In our market Co-brokers are often paid by the Title company on Receipt of Written Authorization from the Sponsoring Broker - Can Tax ID, Tax ID Type, and Pay To be made Optional?

Adding feature to add a tag to contact. Numerous choices on how to use this feature. One would be to start new instances of smart plans without having to link smart plan. Another would be for adding tags for contact that attended different events.

Hey folks! We are looking to possibly implement this in the future. Two questions for you to answer, when you have the time:
- What information would you need to see for the co-op agent and transaction?
- How far back would you want to see co-op information? e.g. 30, 60, 90 days

Right now, to make cobroker recruiting calls, our leadership team has to click into each offer to get the agent on the other side of the transactions information. It would be useful to be able to pull a list for every cobroker on the other side of the transaction so that we can call through in bulk!

Is there a way to hook DocuSign to the CommandMC recruiting management tool so we can send recruits to docusign to complete onboarding paperwork, then have the copy of it saved to their profile in the system once they have joined? So, create a tab on their contact where we can click on documents and go to docusign like an opportunity for agents.

If there were a way for our system to do reverse prospecting like our MLS and allow agents targeting a specific listing or with a new listing client to know how many buyers in our office or region are specifically targeting their home and the ability to connect with those agents directly.
It's a very different conversation to tell a seller that 'my office has x# approved buyers looking for a home like yours.' Being able to share listing info with those agents in advance is a competitive advantage for our KW agents.
And at the buyer consultation, I see "y# potential listings coming soon from our office that might be a good fit and sometimes we can arrange to get into the home early or potentially buy it off market."

Agents are less likely to donate to local KW Cares right now as the convenience is gone and extra steps are necessary to add a deduction for the donation. Can we please add a pop up box when submitting commissions for Local KW Cares. This is very important as the MC is responsible for 20% of any KW Cares grant. :)

What happened to the KW Connect Training Calendar direct link on home page of my kw.kw.com? Our market center uses KW Connect Training Calendar and it's not easily found. Can the the Connect Training Calendar direct link be placed back on the home page :)

After a deal falls apart and it goes back under contract a new version of the under deposit folder is made. Ever time I log back in it reverts back to the original version and not the current deal. I have to change folders for each time I go into the opportunity. This also leads to the Market center putting messages in the chat section of the old deal. Maybe the old deal could be archived somehow.

When an Agent adds a comment to a Stage using the Add Comments feature, typically there is a reply before the Agent adds another comment.
When this is the comment and response pattern, the submitted comment and response comment appear left and right justified with a date/time stamp.
If the Agent has submitted multiple comments on different dates or times before there is a reply, the result is each comment does not reflect the sent time stamps making it appear that multiple comments were sent on the date/time shown on the last comment.
This can be clarified by checking the Opportunity timeline but it would be nice if each comment sent displayed the time stamp in the Add Comment window.

We need the ability to add more than 1 home anniversary date! We live in cottage country - many people buy multiple properties! We'd like to track a client's residential home anniversary date and their cottage home anniversary date!!

Agents are instructed to add phone numbers without dashes or dots, but when you add the information to designs- it looks terrible. Phone numbers need dashes or dots.

When I forward my KW app to my customers it should prefill with my agent information so the customer doesn't have to do so many steps. They already have to register for the app. Also, when I send my app the verbage in the text message should say: This is my KW app, please download it, register with your information and enjoy! What is on the text message is not a good message.

Make the from email-address on the Monthly Neighborhood nurture something other than "no-reply" Ideally it would be from my personal email address so the likelihood of it being opened is much greater.

COMMAND MC - Would love to be able to print out a one page report to see agents usage. Currently only able to pull 10 agents at a time. I can distribute to my staff, etc.

Provide a Report For MCTT's MCA's or OP's to view the connection of the programs in Settings. This will help with the identification of Tech Adoption in the MC. A report that lists who has, and who has not connected each program to Command would provide amazing visibility for the OP to baseline the Tech Adoption via Use/Connections and for the MCTT to use the list to increase tech adoption. For example, the Twilio migration would have been great to get a report of which Agents where connected to it so the MCTT could reach out to the entire list for a migration plan or info. Even create a smart plan for that list. Same for use of Docusign, migration of Dotloop, Connected to Gmail, etc
For Example - How Many Associates in the MC have a Connection to
Docusign (ie 140 of 180 Associates - click here for List)
Twilio (ie 86 of 180 Associates - Click here for List)

Have the option to limit the Courtesy of information displayed with listings on Agent Sites to just a Brokerage Name and not both a Brokerage and Agent name based on the requirements in individual regions/boards. Thanks

Our board, the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board provides us with Neighborhoods maps, Area's and Sub Area's. Would we be able to use Data directly from the boards that have neighbourhood maps and integrate those maps into sites and the app so it's locally more accurate and relevant?

Our consumers need the ability to search for previously SOLD homes. This is a functionality that investors use Zillow for. We need this added to the Search Filter on our Apps and Websites.

For agents licensed in multiple states, each state has its own requirements regarding what info has to be present on marketing pieces. E.g. I am licensed in both CA and TX. In CA, I am required to display my brokerage which is Keller Williams OC Coastal Realty. It is not acceptable to only use a generic KW logo without the specific CA brokerage mentioned. I obviously cannot use that same marketing logo when marketing in Austin, TX where i am with the Southwest Market Center. The solution would be to allow multiple marketing profiles, and the ability within Command to choose which marketing profile applies.

It would be helpful if there was a question in the commission section of Command where agents can refer good agents to the market center for recruiting purposes. A question like "Did you have a good experience with this agent?" Add a place where the KW can add in the non-KW agent's contact information.
