I am personally super disappointed with the layout of the new task screen. Under far right there are three little dots as if it's an afterthought. The only thing we are doing when we go into tasks is "taking action" by using the 3 dots. I suggest the ACTIONS be moved to a priority position on the page. Ability to customize columns would help this a great deal.

I like that there are now filters for tasks, but I need to be able to select more than one, and I also need to be able to save filters.
I need to see "past due" and "due today" only, at the same time. I'd also like to be able to save filter presets. So that when I go back to the task page, I don't have to select the filters again. -

Add the option for an email as a type of interaction under agent activites.

When adding activities with our agents there are only 3 interactions to chose from … call, meeting & text. I think an other field should be added b/c some times it's an email that was sent or a note card sent and none of those fit under the call, meeting or text option.

During Ignite we must write handwritten notecards for clients and I believe it is just as important to write handwritten notecards for our agents as well.

It would be a lot easier to track and contact those people who are looking at homes through the Monthly Neighborhood Nurture if we are notified when they click on the link. That way, we wouldn't miss out on a sale opportunity.

Please make a notification bell for when a contact views a listing in a neighborhood snapshot. Example "VIEWED LISTING 2117 KENDALL AVE (https://console.command.kw.com/command/listings/details?id=WI_SCWMLS-1918449) ON MARKET NEIGHBORHOOD SNAPSHOT LANDING PAGE". This is the timeline notification for contacts set up on a monthly neighborhood nurture smart plan. We have no way of knowing they are viewing beside manually going into those contacts. I feel these are MISSED opportunities.

We would like to see a notification show up when a task is assigned within CommandMC as part of a SmartPlan or moving a recruit through the pipeline.

Sometimes we co-list a property and we are not on a team. Would like abiilty to add co-listing agent in Command that is not associated with any team requirements or classifications.

I would like to add my client's name in the subject line in my smart plans. Other CMA's I have used have this feature and I feel it does get people to open emails

30 years term is not the default term in Canada, 25 years is the default term. It would be nice if a consumer would see 25 years as the default for a Canadian listing.

The DOL is asking to see the Timeline for each Transaction file to prove that the Designated Broker/Managing Broker reviewed files uploaded into KWCommand within 2 days as required by our state DOL. Being able to download or print a PDF version of the whole timeline is needed.

The pencil on the edit details page in an opportunity is really difficult to see. Making it a bit darker would be very helpful to agents.

Active Kick out needs to show as a available property to show and submit backup offer. The way it is now unless you are searching pending properties that are active Kick out will not come up. This property should still show to be available not pending.

When a user is searching for homes, there is not a way to filter out MLS active contingent listings. The search just has a general "Active" selection. Users find a home they like, send or save them only for me to tell them they are under contract. It'd be a very helpful feature that would allow our site to be more attractive to use.

The lack of this feature is causing file audit issues in multiple MCs we've spoken to.
Currently single agents working with a TC do not have the ability to add them to their files. Rainmakers usually assign this to another team member or TC so don't want to receive deficiency notices, or do not monitor them.
With the option to add email notifications, file deficiencies can be sent to the appropriate team member, agent or TC directly by the file auditor.

Agents should be able to (in their Settings) update who the "Compliance App" e-mails go to when documents are rejected.
Ex. if they have an Admin, the admin can be directly notified that a certain document is missing.

Bring back the Facebook Pixel & Ads button so it would be easier to access who visits the website

If you can connect a Facebook Event Pixel to landing pages/marketing material, you could then re-target those that engage with advertising.
If you could allow HTML access to the landing pages, we could then attach whatever pixel we need.
When you attach a pixel, facebook will take the user that is interacting and moving forward you could create an audience of everyone that had clicked/interacted with your marketing material.
Instead of just targeting a cold audience how lead accelerator is set up now, you could market in a much more efficient manner by re-targeting a warm audience.
This is how you begin to build your brand by constantly connecting with those that engage and staying front of mind.
This is how we evolve with the know/like/trust relationship with prospects online.

As the PC, I want agents to simplify their tracking methods. I have added all PC agents to the PC team in Command and they are reporting their numbers daily. However, they are unable to see exactly what they've reported in the past. They can see the current week, which I assume is Sunday-Saturday? However that isn't even clearly stated. As the team leader, I can see totals per pre-determined week, however I cannot adjust the reporting period. Now that BOLD is started my agents that are in BOLD need to know their numbers from Tuesday - Monday. This is impossible in the current tracking method on Command. I would love to see some more flexibility for reporting and viewing past activity for all team agents and team leader. I also think that ALL agents, including independent agents, should have access to tracking their activity.

Could we have a Weekly & Daily Breakdown for the Goal section and Customization to create Meetings/Open House and/or other Categories as we'd like to track participation.

Right now you have to do a lot of math on the side to add a referral amount into an agents commission section to just separate out. Unnecessarily complicated-especially when splitting commission with another team member as well in the same opportunity.

An option that would be great would be the ability to toggle Required to Not Required within an opportunity.

Please make opportunity checklist items pushing to tasks optional. Such as a button like there is for "hide completed items" that says "generate task" Filtering them out each day (as filters do not save permanently) is tedious and checklist items from transactions closed 3 years ago have now cluttered our task lists.
