I am also asking for when you upload a CSV instead of failing d/t duplicate email or phone number, ask to merge the contacts and add notes or updates. I would also like to use this to mass update tags.

Would it be helpful to have a warning message when agents request a termination to let them know that this is only used when the contract falls apart, and that this is not meant for editing Commission Requests?

Please add this. We have literally like 20 TCs used by our agents and tracking them to what file is nearly impossible without it.

DocuSign already has in its features a feature called WebForms. This means that an onboarding agent can fill out one form with their address, email, etc and it will populate to all the correct areas in that packet taking out a lot of work for the onboarding agents. In California, our onboarding packets are about 60 pages long comprised of about 8-10 documents so they have to write their address over and over again, this would really increase agent experience.

The interaction types under "Add Activity" on an agent's card for timeline are limited meeting, call and text. Much communication is done via email and having that interaction type would be incredibly helpful especially if it was done like how it is on the agent's side of Command for their contacts.
