Smartview for Listings Applet
In the listing applet, it would be great if there was a way to set up a smartview under the search category not just the Team Listing category. Example: I would like to create a Smartview for our internal Listings for our office and not have to use the filter options each time to get the search I want.

Skipping Weekends
Can we have an option to skip weekends in the smartplans? I tend not to work/make calls on weekends, and by monday I am overwhelmed with the numbers I have in my task list for the week and so I do nothing...eventually just archiving everything and starting over. Can you fix this?

Team Goals Set Separately from Combined Individual Team Member Goals
Currently, I have set our Team's yearly production goal under our rainmaker's account while logged under the team account. Initially I thought this was setting the goal for the whole team under the team account. I had an individual agent on the team add in their annual goal in their Command account on the team side. Since doing so, when looking at goals for "All Team Members" it now has the combination of the Team/Rainmaker Goal, plus the individual agent. Ex: 65 Transactions (Team) + 16 (Individual) = 81 Transactions (All Team Members, not correct)

Edit Agent's Location on the KW App / Agent Sites
Currently, the location displayed for an agent on the KW App / Agent Sites (About Page) pulls from the specific location of the market center that they are a part of. It would be nice for agents to be able to edit this location. Especially agents who do not serve that area. We recently merged market centers and all 100 agents are now showing up with a city that is 50 miles away. In order to not confuse the consumer, agents need access to be able to edit this information.

Tag Cooperating agents in an opportunity through Command MC
It would be helpful to be able to tag people not included in the particular opportunity such as VAs and cooperating agents so we can notify others of things they need to do.
For example:
If an admin is the one that submits the paperwork and is the point of contact, we want them to get the notification. However, we can only do that right now if they are in command and the rainmaker uses the team opportunity and assigns the admin to the opportunity.
Another example is Agent 1 submits the file as the listing agent and Agent 2…

Instead of the current Designs applet, I would love to see Canva be integrated into Designs instead since the current one is not very user friendly.

Auto Tag Open House Leads - Teams & Solo
Auto apply the tag "Open House Signin" to any lead that comes in from the Command Site Open house links.
Because leads are auto assigned to the agent doing the open house, we do not have the ability to use lead routing to add a tag and trigger smartplans. This means agents on teams must manually put the leads on SmartPlans.
Solo agents have this via lead source. This is a huge pain point for teams and rainmakers who have multiple open houses and need speed to lead.

Smart plan organization
Allow for smart plans to be organized in folders or with tags. I want to be able to search through my smartplans the same way I can search through my contacts.

Reports on Smart Plan Emails
Being able to run a report for each smart plan email that is sent to see who un-subscribing from what plan, or who has opened each email. We are sending multiple emails for different plans, and it would be nice to be able to pull a report for each smart plan email that was sent within a particular smart plan!

System generated call list
Will be great if the system can generate call lists for agents to have daily. Apart from their scheduled follow ups / smartplan touches.

Ability to post an ad for a listing in the 'Private' agent network (and not published in public MLS yet)

Automated Physical Snail Mail Anniversary Date
I had this prior to KWCommand when we used "E-Edge" and it worked flawlessly. I need anniversary physically snail mailed out based on "home anniversary" date meaning purchase or sale date to my customers. I've called, emailed, FB, and I am sure that this still does not exist in Command. I understand that I would be billed accordingly as in E-Edge.

Allow Zapier to add tags/phone number/address to contacts that already exist
Currently Zapier can create a new contact and add in all information (tags in particular) for that contact into command, but if the contact already exists the additional tags or information aren't added to the contact and a duplicate contact error is created if the phone number or address is already filled in.
Alternatively, when a new contact fails to be created because a duplicate contact exists additional information from the failed new contact creation that wasn't part of the original contact could still be added to the contact that was detected to be a duplicate.

Create more SmartPlans Agents can use.
Please create tons of smart plans to choose from to add a client to that do not need to be edited to add in my specific agent identifying fields. There should be various smart plans to choose from for different levels of nurturing to add a client or lead to.

get rid of the apply button!!
Why add an extra step - and one that is far enough down on the page that it is missed?? I spend a lot of time scheduling tasks for a year from now - and you have to scroll through 12 months of the calendar, then pick a date, then remember to scroll down and hit apply. I get down with scheduling 10+ tasks, then go to my home page to discover at least 3 tasks I forgot to hit apply and I have to start over with the calendar scroll, then apply.......what a waste of time.
