P&L for transaction
Many agents don't keep a proper Profit and Loss Statement. It would be great if an opportunity had a place for a very basic P&L or expense sheet. How much was spent on photography, marketing, tc, etc.

Be able to pull Twilio logs
Agents need the ability to pull Twilio text logs - Date of text, who it was sent to, and actual text message. This can be vital in a E&O case.

Google Calendar Integration with Tasks
Link command tasks with google calendar so when you add or delete a task it automatically adds or deletes on your calendar as a task. Its super annoying bouncing back and forth between both systems

Help text for different prompts
I am a new agent and I am still getting familiar with all of the entries, can you create either a help prompt that explains the entries, so I can navigae better. or provide a slick sheet that is accessible within command that breaks down the description for each prompt. For instance define "Agreement won" under the "Key Dates". Does Agreement won refer to the representation agreement or are you referring to an actual sales/buyer agreement?

auto save smartplans as they are being created
As the smartplan is being created, it should also auto save. There is nothing worse that to spend an hour crafting something amazing, have the Internet go down, or have to leave the screen to do something else, and come back and the whole smart plan you just created is gone!!

Pinned Listings & Featured Properties
Setting up how your featured listings show on agent sites is time consuming and not easy to find.
It takes 9+ steps to reach the point where you can add specific listings to the featured properties list on your KW Agent or Team Site.
So if you are an agent running open houses for another agent and want to pin that property, it takes a long time.
Navigating through the Websites applet, switching to Expert Mode, and then digging into the homepage settings can be confusing, especially without clear visual cues or step-by-step prompts. For newer agents or those not…

Add System Tags to Clearly Identify Referral Status in "My Referrals"
In the "My Referrals" section, referrals should be automatically assigned a system tag based on their status. For example, referrals marked as Lost should have a "Lost" tag. Currently, when viewing All referrals, there’s no clear way to identify which ones are Lost, Pending, Active, Funded, Expired/Canceled, or Rejected. Adding visible status tags would help quickly distinguish each referral’s status.

Live links in the emails report of undeliverable addresses similar to when someone unsubscribes from emails.
It would be very handy to have a live link to the list in the emails report of the undeliverable email addresses so we can archive the contact.

Add a calendar widget for tasks, reminders, and events
It would be great for there to be a built in calendar (maybe your Google calendar) integrated into Command so you can add events, reminders, tasks for you to do, etc. That way it is all built into Command on the homepage or the tasks applet.

Tags should sort alphabetically on contact card and list view
Currently, tags are sorted in order of date added to the contact. With system tags always appearing at the end of the list of tags. Would prefer that tags sort alpha/numerically on the contact card view and contact list columns view.

opportunity notes
Currently the rainmaker cannot edit a note that an assignee created. The rainmaker should have the ability to toggle on or off the editing of notes by all assignees/team members/admins. While an assignee/team member/admin can have the ability create and edit a note, they should not be allowed to delete a note. Only the rainmaker should have the ability to delete any note.

Stop New window In Tasks
Please remove or allow us to choose how tasks are opened. Currently when you open a task for a client it pops up as a new window cause multiple open Command pages. This also forces a manual refresh for any changes or tasks completed.

Enable Task Search by Contact Name
While using the Task tab, I attempted to locate a specific task by searching the contact’s name, but this functionality doesn’t appear to be supported. I also reviewed the help documentation on the website and confirmed that the system currently does not allow task searches by contact name.
To locate the task, I had to use a workaround—clicking the colored labels on the side, selecting the red “Past Due” label, and manually scrolling through the list until I found it. This method was time-consuming, especially given the length of the task list.

Filters to create Collections in Command should match the filters on kw.com
Commercial properties cannot be displayed on Consumer platforms. However, when creating a Collection in the Listings Applet, property search filters show an option to filter by Property Type: Commercial. When users tick this checkbox to apply this filter, there are 0 listings in search results, which is expected but having a non-functionality filter option causes confusion. To reduce confusion and have parity with the consumer platforms, filters in the Collections modal should match the filters found on kw.com and the KW app.
