Prioritize Address in Contact Entry Modal
Please move where we add the address in the contact up with the email and phone number. Our MC has less than 20% of its contacts with addresses because they will not hit the additional info button.

We’d like to suggest enhancing the Contact Profile page in KW Command by integrating real-time property data and a Google Street View preview based on the address saved in the contact's profile.

Make the AI Summary Optional or Hidden in Contact Profiles
We’d like to suggest a change to how the AI Summary appears in contact profiles within KW Command.
Currently, the summary automatically generates and takes up a large portion of the screen whenever we view a contact’s profile. This behavior is frustrating and disruptive, especially when we're trying to quickly review a contact’s timeline or call notes. The summary often displays irrelevant or redundant information, and it’s not something we asked to see every time.

Adding Interactions: Outcome Details
In Associates Command, adding an Interaction Activity: no can select an outcome compared to CommandMC = you can select the outcome: answered, no answer, left voicemail, etc. Support said this feature is not available in associates Command, only for CommandMC : However, in the standard Command platform used by associates, these specific interaction outcome options are not available. The functionality in CommandMC is tailored for Market Center leadership to manage and track interactions more comprehensively, which may not be mirrored in the associate-facing Command platform.

Link All Contacts in a Household or With A Common Address
We need the ability to link multiple contacts living in a single household with the same address.
There should be system logic to identify and suggest household members based upon a common address in command. There should also be the ability to manually link household contacts if we do not yet have their address.
This would be different from the relationships feature since related contacts may or may not all live together.

Smart Plan Preview
When you are searching SmartPlans, there should be a way to preview them before clicking on "add to library." It seems very cumbersome to have to add it to my library, click edit, click preview, just to find out the SmartPlan was not what I thought it was.

Conference Room booking in Command
Since MyKW will be eventually going away, I would love to see an option for agents to be able to book conference rooms/worskspace areas for Market Centers that leadership sets up inside of Command on the homescreen or somewhere else.

Comprehensive Campaign that includes Social Media Posts, Email, Text, and Mailer
This might be more comprehensive and harder than I may be making it seem, and I also feel this would be a HUGE value add to Agents/Admin and MCAs/TLs. It would be nice if we could build a Smart Plan that included multiple different Campaign Features. Building a Month Long Campaign for an event or Reverse BOLD 100. Features would include scheduling by Date, Utilizing Text & Email (Already does this in a smart plan) AND adding the ability to have Social Posts scheduled to go out based on the linked accounts in our Marketing Profile. Custom Merge Tags for SmartPlans
Would love the option and ability to create/name custom merge tags within smartplans. That way we can build out text messages and emails that auto-populate that aren't restricted to names and phone numbers. Fields for "lender name" or event "escrow officer" would be good to have on hand during live transactions. This is a feature I have seen executed within other CRMs and I think it would be a good asset to have within Command for agents.

Improving the number of search criteria we can choose from when setting up recurring searches for our clients.
adding some additional search parameters to what we currently have...maybe not all of the ones available in mls but at least the 20 most used would be a great start. I'm currently having to set up reccurring searches through mls for more than half of my contacts instead of command due to lack of filter options.
