Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  2. When adding an activity for a contact, you are able to add your notes associated with that call, text, mailing, etc. However, you cannot edit those notes once the activity is saved. So if you make a mistake you cannot undo it.

  3. Frequently, when I search for properties, specific neighborhoods are not available as selectable options. A prime example is the community of "Westlake" in the Loxahatchee area. While the surrounding areas are visible, Westlake itself is missing. This happens with many other neighborhoods as well.
    This problem also carries over to the Design Center, as these same communities are often unavailable when I try to create a "Neighborhood Snap."
    Having complete and accurate neighborhood data is critical. Could you please look into why these areas are not in your system and let me know if there are plans to update the…

  4. I am starting to farm specific neighborhoods I am known in and would like to start sending mail on a monthly basis to these neighborhoods. But as it sits right now Command only allows postcards. I would like to be able to send flyers at least or potentially a folder or something different to stand out and have the ability to upload my own designs. I use only Canva to make my designs and that is also not allowing me to resize them to the right size for the postcards in command.

  5. With the innovative ChatGPT and other AI models able to help create importable SmartPlans using JSON files, it would be amazing if Command is able to import them into our libraries. This would save agents tons of time if this were made an option It would also help the adoption rate for Keller Williams Command Product.

  6. It would be helpful if Command included a feature allowing users to submit missing neighborhoods for review and inclusion. Currently, some subdivisions, like Cumberland, do not appear in search results. In cases where a neighborhood might have been previously listed under a different name (e.g., Wagner Farms), users have no way to request a correction or update.

    By adding a "Request Missing Neighborhood" button, users could easily report missing areas, ensuring more accurate and up-to-date mapping in Command. This would improve usability for agents relying on precise neighborhood searches.

  7. Under "My Profile" "About Me" section - the title "First Date Licensed" to "KW Join Date" or something similar so this field is not confusing. I recently joined but was licensed in 2015. After 9 emails, it was clarified that this field was not at all about my license date, but instead about the date I joined KW.

    This change would reduce/eliminate unnecessary emails and time wasted in the future for others like me that were licensed prior to coming to KW.

  8. It is currently a little cumbersome to have go into the edit penicil to make changes to a contact. For instance a quick tag to add, or a client has a number listed from an import, but I have to go into the edit menu to move that number to their main number. It would be nice if we could just click and edit right from the contact and not have to open the edit screen.

  9. In the past we had a timeline built into our app and sites that has since gone away that I used with my clients. At the time the business was moving so fast we did not have time to run through that as much. Now with the sales timeline being longer and the opportunity for us to show more skill I feel like those timelines are way more useful. Our MLS (STELLAR) who uses matrix has a service called OneHome that has a nice clean interface that does exactly this and reduces the clients anxiety by letting them know exactly…

Our MLS (STELLAR) offers property fit that is a simple process of asking them questions about what they want like a consultation and then from that when listings that we send go out or they search for any listings on our One Home MLS site it shows their property fit score as a percentage of fit to what they answered. I think this would be a nice value add and similar to what we had discussed in the past as Home DNA.   14. agent would like smartplans to would more like https://keap.com/ on keap they use an if/then mapping chart, so that if very specific interactions happen then it will change the flow of the plan as needed. so like our remove triggers but wayyy more in depth

  17. Embed do not call list into command so that it will automatically populate agent's contacts if phone numbers match. Automatically prevent calls to those numbers.
