Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  3. For the new Multi-Factor Authentication, instead of email, it would be great to have the option to get a code sent to your phone instead of your recovery email.

  4. For my email campaigns, I would like to see what individual contacts in my specifically click on in my email. For example, did they click on a specific article/image, or a specific button?

    That way it allows me to better interact with the contact, and could potentially allow for agents to create a trigger for a SMARTPlan creating a follow up if a lead clicks a specific link.

  5. Currently when attempting to create a custom or landing page the items below are features that aren't offered or available.

  6. I had a few suggestions based on both my experience and feedback from clients:

    Map Placement: Would it be possible to move the area map and the “similar properties” section higher up in the listing description? Right now, they're placed all the way at the bottom, which can be a bit confusing—especially with the other map showing the specific neighborhood.

    Map Consolidation: If there's a way to combine both maps into a single, more streamlined view, that would be incredibly helpful and improve the user experience.

  7. When doing a saved search for a client, there isn't an easy way to suggest properties through KW Command.

    Is there a way we can click into the specific saved search we have set up for a contract, and recommend properties to that client?

    Being able to see the properties that align with that specific search within Command would be incredibly helpful, because the only way we can do that is through our local MLS.

  8. Whenever a client unsubscribes from an email, they unsubscribe from "all email communication." Is there a way we can provide a way for clients to opt out of specific communication (campaign lists, smart plans, etc.) or all communication altogether or allow the person in our database to reach out to us specifically to adjust their communication preferences before deciding to unsubscribe?

    I've had clients unsubscribe from newsletters, but would still like to get property notifications, or vice versa.

    This could help us reduce our unsubscribe rates on email campaigns, and improve client/agent satisfaction.

  11. Idea for Development: Help Icon Standardization

    Implement a “question mark in a circle” icon next to all form fields, especially those marked as required (*), to provide users with clear, accessible tooltips. This icon is widely recognized as a symbol for help or additional information.

    For example, on the Create Opportunity form, the Opportunity Type field could use a help icon that explains the dropdown options. Adding consistent help icons across all forms will improve usability, reduce user confusion, and enhance the overall user experience.

  12. when recording a Call on the contact timeline it defaults to We Talked when you actually may have left a message (CLM) or no answer of the phone (CNA)

  15. It would be wonderful to have the ability/capability to add attachments to notes and tasks in command. Sometimes a photo is a valuable part of your notes or tasks.

  16. It would be great if our agents could incorporate .gif files into their email designs easily via the image. We have agents in our market that like the animation gif that their brokerage offers.

    The added movement makes the piece seem more engaging rather than static, especially for video previews.

  18. Add option of "Complete and set new task" with the "complete task" option. If you have a smart plan just click complete but if you want to set a custom task it would be GREAT if there was a button next to "complete task" that said "Complete and create new"- so much easier than going back in and creating new tasks each time.

  19. When you customize columns in Contacts, it would be great to add the Neighborhood option to be able to see that on a larger scale. You can create a SmartView showing who has a neighborhood, but you have to click into each name to see which neighborhood they have.

  20. Have a field for: Referral? "yes" or "no"

    If yes, another field opens up to have the Referring agent's contact information entered so it links to the client, and another field for either $ or %. If there's no referral fee involved, someone can just put 0 (zero). Once an opportunity is created, that information would populate, and the agent could click a toggle to push it to the DA.

    This would help keep track of referrals easier so they wouldn't have a chance to get overlooked and missed. This would also be a great way to track where referrals…
