Send email notifications on tasks in Command
Tasks notifications on the app are a hit or a miss. They sometimes do not appear until 1-2 days after the task was created. Like other CRM's, it would be great if an email can be sent each time a task was created or at least once a day. Our team cannot currently depend on getting tasks and this is crucial to our internal team communications and customer service.

Improve Data Sync from MLS to Listings Applet
Easy button would collect data that is already in Command/the KWLS to save time on back and forth between Agents and Support. Ex. If their listing has been Active on the MLS for less than 24 hours, messaging indicates to allow up to 24 hours for changes to sync with KWLS. If the listing has been Active on the MLS for 24+ hours and there are still no photos detected, Listing applet has an easy button next to the listing to submit a ZD ticket to Support with MLS/listing details/List Agent details to kicks tart investigating the missing photos. Agents need the ability to add files (PDFs, Word docs, etc) to Contact. The current Notes section is less than useful and often we take handwritten notes when meeting face-to-face and scan for keeping yet cannot add them to this CRM. If I perform a CMA or provide any other service as a courtesy where an Opportunity is not required, agents should have the ability to add the PDF file to the Contact.

Add Multiple Documents to One Checklist Item
The ability to add more than one document per item in the compliance checklist. The current workaround at the moment is to create a duplicate checklist or have the MCA create multiple items for the same document.

"Back to Contacts" Goes Back to Place in Contacts Page after Scrolling
Want to seen the one that we were looking at last. I wish it would save place in my scroll. I want it to go right back. Would use the back and forward buttons some times but not always. Match behavior from Google Contacts.

Create a drive/document database for MC Leadership to easily communicate to agents
Google drive is great, but in our company's endeavor to make Command our one-stop-shop for all things relevant to our business, the ability to very easily point towards an applet or homescreen card that acts as a database for important documents or information will make coordination and ease of access much better for Market Centers.

Api nation google integration allows for more than just primary phone and email
, while we do have support for multiple emails/phones in contacts within Command, API Nation says they be able to sync to the primary fields for emails and phone numbers.
KW Command currently allows for syncing information to the Primary Email and Primary Phone fields only.

Edit scheduled campaigns
If possible, Agent wants to be able to edit a campaign once it's scheduled, and not having to cancel and recreate it with the edits

Allow Tech Support Remote Access rather than constant screen shots
Easier and more efficient tech troubleshooting with remote log in access like Reppert factor. Tech Support feels antiquated to constantly screenshot issues - would be nice to actually have a phone conversation as well as the chat doesn't always translate well when it's technical.

Contact Assignees Notified w/ New Notes or Activities
Idea: Assignees of Contacts get a Command notification whenever a new note or activity has been added to the contact their assigned to. While beneficial for solo agents, this would also be extremely beneficial for teams and ensure that all assignees of contacts are easily notified when something new happens with a contact their assigned to.

In the tasks page, allow the name column to be sorted. That way, I can see if a contact has more than one task.

Legal Name and Contact General Name
Use legal name field for contact for dotloop integration and docusign instead of the general name field. The general contact name field at this time has to be the clients "legal name" in order for it to carry over as the signatory name but is too formal in most cases when using smart plans or campaigns.
John Doe - Contact name (becomes signatory name for documents)
Jonathan Doe - Legal name (does nothing) - so Jonathan Doe needs to be the contact name - but then sounds too formal in smart plans and campaigns etc1 vote
