Ability to have a further drop down in "New Activity" for Calls, For Attempted Contact, No answer, Voicemail, etc...
When you add a "New Activity" to a contact, and the interaction is a "call", there is no way to add "attempted call".
In the SMARTPlan version, you're able to drop it down further to be "no answer, left voicemail, etc." but you can't when you add a manual activity.
Could you allow for a drop down menu so we can actually keep track of how many people we actually connect with?

default settings and quick search when creating listings
Agent María González Expósito requests that, when creating a list in Command, it should not be necessary to manually select the currency and unit of measurement (C.A. or m²) each time.
She wants there to be a default setting for these fields or, at least, to be able to search more quickly by typing the first letter of the currency, country, or unit of measurement (for example, typing “S” to find Spain).
Her goal is to streamline the process of creating lists.

Timeline Tab for Listings
We need a 'history' field when registering the listing in Command, this field must show all changes made to the listing, from changing a word to changing the value or availability, everything that happens in the 'life' of the listing must be displayed in a timeline. Task on Contacts Smartview
The problem: This process is inefficient and time-consuming, especially when trying to plan follow-ups for a large list of contacts
The Idea:
Introduce "Tasks" as a selectable option in the "Customize Columns" settings for Contact SmartViews.This new column wouldn't need to show task details, but simply provide a visual, at-a-glance indicator to show whether any task exists for that contact.
Suggested Implementation:
The indicator could work just like the email validity icon:Task Exists: A clear icon (e.g., a red dot, a small checkmark) appears in the column.

Transaction Plans
SmartPlans have been created as "people" plans... keeping in touch with our people. I'm currently trying to connect Opportunities-Checklists with SmartPlans to create a hybrid Transaction Plan, where tasks are performed, some automatically through SmartPlans and some tasks are manual and individually done by team members through the checklists. Currently, though, only checklist items are allowed to "time" them to be done Before/After a Smart Date. We need this ability in SmartPlans also so we can time the SmartPlans within our Opportunity Phases and Stages.

Receive a Command Twilion notification on phone sms. Allow phone sms to be added to the AI summary for contacts.
SMS messages sent within Command using Twilio are included in the AI summary. The messages sent and received on our phones while we're mobile are not and there isn't a way to import them into Command

Merge Field text size
When applying a merge field in a smart plan, the text of the [merge field] that appears does not adjust to match the font size of the rest of the email. It looks unprofessional having the client name tiny (for example) and then larger text in the body. If you leave the text size to match the merge field size, you have all tiny text. Please allow the merge field to adjust with the size and font on the email.
