Having the ability to attach my VCF contact card to twilio messages would save time and help to cement the relationship with leads or new clients.

Have separate fields for First name, Middle name, and Last Name
Have separate fields for First name, Middle name, and Last Name. We have some couples that only have 1 email address or no email and only an address. We would like to put John & Jane in the first name field, then Doe in the Last name field. As it sits right now for those that we have both names in it will only put the first (John) in an email sent... not John & Jane. So it'd make it nicer and more clean to have them in separate fields.

Emails with Contacts Automatically Create a Note in Command
I find myself cut and pasting my email interactions into notes all of the time. Emails with contact should automatically create a Note in command. It will easily show you the last time you connected and give you a clearer picture of your history with the contact/client. Contactually had this feature, and it's a no brainer.

Customize the 'Meet the Team' section with your team members' information.
We are trying to see if we can get bios for each team member to display in the Meet the Team section of the Agent Site. Is this at all possible?
We know you can add the bios to the Marketing Profile, but we want them displayed in the Meet the Team section of the site if it's a possibility.

edit task
Currently when in the task view, you have the options to check a task as completed or go into the 3 dots for more options.
Instead of the 3 dots, why not just open the task for editing? This allows one click to open, saving time. You can add a delete button to the task so it can be deleted rather than saved. This would increase efficiency.1 vote -
Filter email by "contains"
Prior to Command being updated, I was able to filter where - email, by- contains. Using this filter allowed me to find common emails, such as filtering by contains @kw.com to tag the contacts with KW Agent. Now it shows starts, does not start. I found it to be very helpful to also find emails of larger organizations, to know where my agents might find it useful to leverage for leads.

I would love to connect all family members to a contact
I can only add up to three family members to a contact. I have several families that I would love to connect and have no way to do that.

Bulk Action - Share Digital Business Card on Command App
The Command app should include a Bulk Action to share your digital business card to selected Contacts. As of now, the Share option is only for sending the business card outside of the app. It would make sense to include that for Contacts within Command. I also think this would encourage more people to utilize the digital business card.

Conference Room booking in Command
Since MyKW will be eventually going away, I would love to see an option for agents to be able to book conference rooms/worskspace areas for Market Centers that leadership sets up inside of Command on the homescreen or somewhere else.

Add the ability to submit daily activity through the app, not just desktop version.

Paid ads invoices, it would be great to isolate activity for a given year and then create a PDF for that year for tax purposes

Campaigns – Leads Behavior
When the agent clicks on a lead's name in the Campaigns section, nothing happens. The expectation is that clicking the name would redirect the agent to the corresponding contact profile in the Contacts section, but this is not occurring. As a result, the agent must manually enter the lead information into the system, which is causing frustration.

Larger/Darker text appearance in Command App
Either Larger or Darker appearing text in Command Mobile app. Character text is small, light blue text hard to read, especially out in the sunlight (and older eyes!) Larger text or Darker/bold text would be so Much easier to read and less eye strain and heqdache.

Tasks - sort by name
In the tasks page, allow the name column to be sorted. That way, I can see if a contact has more than one task.

"Sync Transaction" button available under Documents Tab in Opportunities
To save some time and clicks, the "Sync Transaction" button should be available also under the Documents tab in Opportunities. It can still be in its original spot, but add this option as well just to make it more convenient for agents.
