Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. It would be hugely beneficial if there was an option to create custom forms and add them to Agent Sites. This eliminates needing to create a Google Form and then manually add Contacts to your database. Creating those forms with the ability to set up lead routing / auto tag / smartplans would be awesome!

  2. There are not enough characters to each section whenever you're adding information like the title and sponsor of the event. Please make it available to add more than 22 characters to these events.

  3. There are agents out there who boost posts of their recently sold listing instagram posts, for example, as a way to increase reach for those posts. You can do it natively from instagram.com. I was wondering if there was integration for that feature in command, but it seems like there isn't. if tehere isn't, agent would like to have one

  4. Command MC event widget- auto delete event: Make it so you can add an end date for the event. This way it auto-deletes from the homescreen after the class or event has completed

  6. Several agents in our MC are utilizing the "Create New Version" feature in the Documents checklists in their opportunities. When creating the new version, they have the ability to name the new version to anything they desire, but there currently is not a feature allowing agents to rename the original version. Since this feature is used most often when a deal falls apart, agents are more likely to know the details of the original version before they know anything about the new version, but it is still only ever called "Under Contract".   7. Make versioning for Opportunity document checklists a lot more obvious. Agents and trainers don't know that this exists and are adding a new opportunity for every offer a buyer has.

  8. Please add “the Cove” neighborhood in Natomas, sacramento Ca. This is a neighborhood that so farm and the lack of ability to add people to a Neighborhood is infuriating

  9. In Agent profile, the email boxes are set up as "recovery" and "personal". These are supposed to be different emails, however agents are confusing it as the same thing. Can we reword "personal" to "business" as that is the email they are using for their business.

  10. It would be beneficial to have a column in contacts under "tasks" and sort by the due date. It would also help to see what contacts already have tasks and which contacts marked as a lead need a task.

  12. other CRMs have this for mailing labels, or other mailing label softwares do and not being able to set a certain person to be addressed first seems unprofessional

  14. Can we have an option to skip weekends in the smartplans? I tend not to work/make calls on weekends, and by monday I am overwhelmed with the numbers I have in my task list for the week and so I do nothing...eventually just archiving everything and starting over. Can you fix this?

  15. Increase the column width of the Smart Plan Name and decrease the width of the other columns. more characters or space is needed to see the full name of the smarptlans. The other columns like date need less space.

  16. Wants tempalte tasks to recylce and set deadlines on. Task list for new builds will look different from tasks assocaited with resales.

  19. Our largest competitor in the Milwaukee market is fully connected to our MLS. One of the things our agents are finding very helpful is that once they are confirmed for a showing with one of their agents, they receive an auto email confirming that showing along with listing details and the MLS documents attached to that email.

    Is it possible to have our MLS connected to Command / KWLS so that a similar process occurs for Keller Williams' agents? I'm assuming it would need to be connected to the Showing service (i.e. Aligned Showings or ShowingTime) + our Metro Milwaukee…

  20. Today, we do not have the ability to display social media links as columns in our contacts applet. In a social media (SM) connected world, SM is sometimes the primary form of communication and therefore should be easily available for us to navigate to when making touchpoints on our leads.
