word search in documents uploaded
In Documents, there is a feature that I would like to see in Command where the documents you upload are searchable. Frequently, we receive very wordy documents and emails and need to find them within files that have hundred of pages. Sometimes we have obscure documents or contracts that we don't remember the name of and we want to find it in the file. If we could search the documents that we upload, this would be very helpful. SkySlope has this feature and I really miss it now that I have moved to Command.

Ability to assign tasks to a Client
Ability to assign tasks to a client that shows up in the daily (or weekly) updates. For example - Seller to schedule terminate utilities. Or, Seller to provide contract to their mortgage officer. etc

Eliminate the pop up box when checking off a task in an opportunity
A pop up box comes up every time you check off a task in an opportunity. This box gets in the way of reading & checking off the other tasks, so you have to scroll to see the next task you want to check off. Eliminate the pop up box so that we can quickly check off the tasks that have been completed. The pop up box is not necessary. We don't need a pop up box to tell us we just completed checking off a task.

Add Custom Activity Types
I would like to add things like:
- written note
- comment on social media post
- liked social media post
- conversation
And any others that come up that are relevant to how we interact.

Contact Lists- automatically need to update with newly added tags or contacts
I love the newsletter in command however when I make my contact list and make certain tags, I noticed this time around that anyone new that I added to command or tagged, wasn't included in the newsletter when I sent it out.

Separation of Database tasks and Opportunities tasks
I use smart plans to create tasks for lead generation AND I use opportunity tasks. Currently, that all goes to the same list (which is great). I would like an extra tab at the top to select only the opportunity tasks out of the general tasks. Obviously, these are more time sensitive than the lead gen tasks created generally so I would like to be able to check them quickly from that list rather than go into each opportunity individually.

See the exact time a design was last edited
Agent wants to be able to see the last time a design was edited, command already includes the date but agent wants to see the exact time as well when it was last edited

Bulk Add Neighborhood(s)
After an open house, I would like to be able to assign neighborhood(s) to all visitors who attended the open house. Would need the ability to "look up on a map", not just type in the neighborhood since Nextdoor com does not always have the proper info.

Make design templates convertible.
Most of the designs are social. It would be nice if you could convert them to email or other categories rather than having to redo the design. This would make our job a lot easier as some of these can be universal anyway.

tag search
Revert to previous searchability in Filter and Advanced Filters. Previously was able to type the search term directly and now have to click into a search field, creating additional click and time.

Dynamic Statistics
With the stats applet in the website builder, it would be great if we could link to our MLS to have the stats update in real time (or once a day). For example, having XX active listings, or XX solds, etc.

Notification on Consumer Favorited Properties
In the notification settings we can set notifications for a property inquiry or a note on a collection, but not if someone favorites a property. This is very useful info that we need.

1) Liberação de características dos imóveis em seus acabamentos, para que possamos ir construindo as várias opções e posteriormente com apenas um click, já possamos definir o que precisamos.
2) Liberação da duplicação do listing para que a modalidade apenas seja alterada (e logicamente na descrição a alteração seja feita), para que não seja necessária a digitação de todas as fases do listing. Ex. imóvel para venda e ou locação
3) Que exista uma carência para a apresentação do nr do IPTU e assim o listing não fique pendente por falta dessa informação, liberando listing. Caso não seja apresentada a…1 vote -
add incoming communication of any kind on the advanced filter
add incoming communication of any kind on the advanced filter. THis already exsist as a filter within the contact itself. For instance, I would like to filter out any contact that has every called, texted of emailed me in the last 6 months. this will help us determine which contacts to add smart plans to.
