Remove Opportunity Side Panel
Please remove the new Opportunity side panel and restore the layout to it's previous version prior to the 10/22/25 update. The recent change has made the system less user-friendly. The collapsible side panel that opens automatically takes up space on the right side of the screen, requiring me to close it just to access the document dropdown. The previous layout was much more efficient, with all elements visible on one page and nothing hidden.

IN command- Add ability to filter contacts by tag and date added
I send monthly postcards to contacts with the tag “Postcards.” Each month, I add about 10–15 new people to that tag.
Currently, there’s no easy way to download only those recently tagged contacts without re-downloading and cleaning the entire list again per the specifications of my printer2 votes -
Create DYNAMIC Assignments for Opportunities
Regarding Task Lists under Opportunities (both Buy and sell)
In Opportunities (Seller or Buyer) when you're making Checklists, there's the ability to make tasks assignable.
Presently the options are self, "unassigned", or specific "team members" (you must pick an individual).
I'd like to see this be dynamic: For example, as the Rainmaker, if my Buyer's Agent makes an opportunity for a Buyer, I want all the tasks they're responsible for assigned to them. The field in the task list wouldn't be assigned to an individual, but rather their role ("creator" of the opportunity), while some tasks would be static and…

Need the ability to add pdf files to a Contact
With the increasing usage of AI note taking devices that export notes and conversations as a PDF file, agents need the ability to add those notes to the contact. Current note limitation where it takes several paragraphs and turns them into one long mess is useless.
Clean outline and transcription on the pdf will help agents who use these call recording and note taking devices instead of asking agent to type in one thing and have platform try to make it all one long sentence.

AI text to contact or voice to text to contact
It would be helpful if we got an AI that could take in texts like "I talked to a guy named steve at an open house. hes looking for a house in a year and hes a veteran. His number is 333333333" and create a contact with specific tags like "veteran" or lead source as "open house" or create a smart plan for 1 year AUTOMATICALLY.

Repeating Task Dates in Command
I often set up repeating tasks for weekly, monthly, 6-weeks, quarterly, etc. If I miss the repeating tasks say from 6-weeks ago, the new 6-week task will not drop as a reminder because of the "past due" status of the recurring task. The recurring tasks need to remain on schedule regardless if a prior task is past due, which would help minimize the risk of leads falling through the cracks and ultimately increase conversion of online leads.

User Defined Service Areas in Referrals Profile
Current Issue:
At present, service areas in Command are determined solely by past closings (Rolling 12 months). This creates a major pain point for agents—especially top producers and independent brokerages transitioning to KW—because:It misrepresents service areas – Just because an agent has closed a one-off deal in a certain location doesn’t mean they actively serve that area.

Search Contacts via Map View from Center Point (Farming)
I would like a map search function in Command, similar to what is in MLS's and home search apps. So that if I have a Listing at 123 Main St, I can draw a circle around that address, and it will show me everyone I have in my Database who is within that search area so I can contact them specifically about my Listing. Or Farming, or mailers, or any other numerous options to find my contacts by geographic areas.

Need corrections to filter set for Duplicate contacts
This is not my idea alone. Presently the duplicate contacts filter is looking for a match in any Phone # , Name or email address. ( I assume )
Why would the designer include Business phone #'s knowing that MANY contacts work in the same Real Estate office or other Organiztion that shares the same phone # . The current search filter produces WAY too MANY "possible duplicates" that are clearly NOT duplicates. Somebody needs to look a little harder into what makes more sense than you currently have. Lead Source Report specific to transactions, not contacts
Tracking sources as a whole in the database is useful, but if we are truly to understand our conversion numbers on lead generation sources we need to be able to pull a report for CLOSED units by lead source. This will enable the business to know which lead sources are most frequently closed, then leading to understanding which lead gen pillars we should be double down on to increase productivity and profitability.

Add More Home Search Options Like Acres & Finance Type
Add financing options & acres to the page where we add a "Saved Search". I work with a lot of veterans & I don't see a way to set them up seeing only homes that will go VA financing. Plus I don't see where & can search by lot size either if I have a buyer wanting a home that's on 1+ acres.
