Smart Plan Trigger By Date
Smart Plans and Tasks in Smart Plans I should be able to trigger by date and not have to set by a period of time that goes by.

Task on Contacts Smartview
The problem: This process is inefficient and time-consuming, especially when trying to plan follow-ups for a large list of contacts
The Idea:
Introduce "Tasks" as a selectable option in the "Customize Columns" settings for Contact SmartViews.This new column wouldn't need to show task details, but simply provide a visual, at-a-glance indicator to show whether any task exists for that contact.
Suggested Implementation:
The indicator could work just like the email validity icon:Task Exists: A clear icon (e.g., a red dot, a small checkmark) appears in the column.

Export Mailing Labels via Tag
If I select certain groups via tag or filter...for example birthdays...and export it to mailing labels via the bulk function, I ONLY want to get the specific people that I selected in that tag or filter. Currently, if that contact is connected to a spouse relationship, then the labels contain both individuals and are useless for birthday card mailings or specific things targeted toward one individual.

Timeline Tab for Listings
We need a 'history' field when registering the listing in Command, this field must show all changes made to the listing, from changing a word to changing the value or availability, everything that happens in the 'life' of the listing must be displayed in a timeline. Another improvement would be the possibility of manually including a note in this timeline field, so that, for example, when an agent speaks to the property owner to check if everything is still alright, but there is nothing to be changed in the registration, the agent can record that the listing was updated and…

Automatically Add Client to Saved Search
I would like the ability to have some automation in adding clients to a saved search. This is probably a multi part set up. If a contact were to fill out my open house sign in sheet, I would like an option on that sheet for them to Opt In to receive a saved search for that type of property they are viewing that day. Now I would like to have the ability for a saved search to be created for that type of property in that city/zip code. This removes the manual function of having to create that saved…

Upload Documents into Contacts
I would love the ability to upload PDFs into a contact. Buyer Agreements and Referral agreements could be held here.

Down Payment Calculations
In Offers & Commissions, in the Terms & Dates section, it asks for the Sale Price and then it asks for Cash amount. I have to use my phone to calculate based on the % entered on the purchase contract. I'd like to simply enter the % and have it auto-calculate the Cash amount based on the Sale Price.
Conversely, it requests Earnest Percentage (which we don't use). If I enter the Earnest Amount, it will then calculate the Earnest Percentage automatically, which is what I want the Cash field to do!

Hide "country" for printing labels.
Have ability to hide the country when printing labels. All of my mailings are to people in the US. Having it on the label is unnecessary, looks odd, and maybe unprofessional. I expect agents in other countries have clients that mostly or entirely live in the one country.

Task list defaults to first unchecked task
Have the task list go directly to the next unchecked task. TCs are opening the task list within opportunities and having to scroll all the way down to where their next task it. Either compress the accordion view on all sections are autoscroll to the first undone task.

Allow ZIP Code/Geo Market Areas/School Zones for Neighborhood Selection

Cumberland Subdivison
It would be helpful if Command included a feature allowing users to submit missing neighborhoods for review and inclusion. Currently, some subdivisions, like Cumberland, do not appear in search results. In cases where a neighborhood might have been previously listed under a different name (e.g., Wagner Farms), users have no way to request a correction or update.
By adding a "Request Missing Neighborhood" button, users could easily report missing areas, ensuring more accurate and up-to-date mapping in Command. This would improve usability for agents relying on precise neighborhood searches.

Task view - only the tasks with a due date
Within team tasks and personal, I'd like the ability to hide any task that does not have a due date. Currently, there is no option to see only tasks that have a due date.

Tie close date fields in Details and Commissions together
Tie the Close Date field of the opportunity details section to the Close Date field in Transactions (Commissions) together. When an associate updates the Close Date in the Opportunity Detail screen and there is a Open/Submitted/Approved commission in Offers it would be great if the associate is asked if they would also like to update the Close Date of the Offer (if different). Also, if the associate submits an commission with a Close Date that does not match the Close Date in the Opportunity Details the system would ask if if the date should be updated to match.

Grant Team Rainmakers access to view their team members’ cap status.
Previously, agents could view an agent’s cap status when adding them to a commission request. This functionality is no longer available. Team Rainmakers would like access to their team members’ cap status restored in order to accurately project income and expenses, acknowledge capping achievements, and celebrate important milestones.

Support Chat Box
When Agents or admins engage in the "Chat with Support" option, the chat box is directly tied to the Command page it was opened on. If the agent refreshes or moves from this page before they are done with the chat support, the chatbox closes. The progress is sometimes lost or you receive an email with the support transcript.
This causes frustrations with the Command user as they will have to restart the chat and repeat any of the details provided. This also opens redundant and partial tickets to the Support chat staff.It would be ideal if the chatbox…
