Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Do no limit the access to use HTML builders and Iframe to customize KW Websites. This feature is highly sought after and used by hundreds of agents. This feature has been a significant reason why agents are using the KW Website and not an outside source. Many agents have disabled their paid websites for the KW website because of the HTML builder where they can build their own custom pages.

  2. While using the Task tab, I attempted to locate a specific task by searching the contact’s name, but this functionality doesn’t appear to be supported. I also reviewed the help documentation on the website and confirmed that the system currently does not allow task searches by contact name.

    To locate the task, I had to use a workaround—clicking the colored labels on the side, selecting the red “Past Due” label, and manually scrolling through the list until I found it. This method was time-consuming, especially given the length of the task list.

  6. It would be very helpful to have the ability to update "linked" contacts all at once. For example, if I update a contact's address, home anniversary, or conversation notes, it would save time and ensure all linked contacts remain up to date. A prompt or option to "update connected contacts" when clicking save would make the process more efficient and help maintain consistent and accurate information.

  7. It would be helpful if there was a way to adjust the viewing of contact notes so it's not just one large paragraph. We reach out to our clients and keep track by date and start a new line for each date but when we look at the notes, it's all one paragraph vs being sorted by date even if we start a new line so they are all separate.

    An option such as bullet points that can list things out within a single note would help in keeping things organized better.

  9. Setting up how your featured listings show on agent sites is time consuming and not easy to find.

    It takes 9+ steps to reach the point where you can add specific listings to the featured properties list on your KW Agent or Team Site.

    So if you are an agent running open houses for another agent and want to pin that property, it takes a long time.

    Navigating through the Websites applet, switching to Expert Mode, and then digging into the homepage settings can be confusing, especially without clear visual cues or step-by-step prompts. For newer agents or those not…

  11. Let agents view the saved search results from command, hyperlink the search criteria and show the results or timeline event with the property sent similar to when the property is viewed.

    As of now the properties look to be sent and the agent has no idea and no way to view what was sent unless the client clicks the property.

  12. Have the task list go directly to the next unchecked task. TCs are opening the task list within opportunities and having to scroll all the way down to where their next task it. Either compress the accordion view on all sections are autoscroll to the first undone task.

  16. were unable to unsubscribe from the monthly neighborhood alerts. While I was able to manually do this for them, I wanted to alert KW that there seems to be an issue with the unsubscribe option on those monthly emails. I don't need any further support (just passing along this info for the tech team). Thanks so much, Jil

In Associates Command, adding an Interaction Activity: no can select an outcome compared to CommandMC = you can select the outcome: answered, no answer, left voicemail, etc. Support said this feature is not available in associates Command, only for CommandMC : However, in the standard Command platform used by associates, these specific interaction outcome options are not available. The functionality in CommandMC is tailored for Market Center leadership to manage and track interactions more comprehensively, which may not be mirrored in the associate-facing Command platform.
