  1. Twilio sends a default message to contacts who receive a text message for the first time using the team account. This message is sent only once. The agent would like this message to be disabled as it confuses her contacts.

  2. An option to bulk delete tags within an account that were created or imported in by agents (non-system tags) to help speed up processing of accidental or mistaken imports and help clean up databases.

  3. Please ask the agent this question instead of us. This would be helpful so we can get the data in our market center on what is canceling and why. We do not always have the time to call and ask our agents even though we would love to.

    This would also hopefully help stop them from terminating a transaction they are trying to change information on if they input something wrong.

  4. Regarding Task Lists under Opportunities (both Buy and sell)

    In Opportunities (Seller or Buyer) when you're making Checklists, there's the ability to make tasks assignable.

    Presently the options are self, "unassigned", or specific "team members" (you must pick an individual).

    I'd like to see this be dynamic: For example, as the Rainmaker, if my Buyer's Agent makes an opportunity for a Buyer, I want all the tasks they're responsible for assigned to them. The field in the task list wouldn't be assigned to an individual, but rather their role ("creator" of the opportunity), while some tasks would be static and…

  7. Please add the option to enter a contract date in the Opportunity Key Dates section without requiring an offer to be created first. I rely on the contract date to trigger tasks, and previously I was able to enter it manually. Now, the contract date only populates after an offer has been created and marked as accepted in the Offers tab, which limits workflow flexibility.

  9. Activity Tracking Report now under Activity & Custom Reports inside Business Reports only for CommandMC,

    This report is essential for individual agents - this is something KW recommends them to track daily, so we need to make it easier for them to do so

  10. I would like to suggest a small but very useful improvement for FrontDoor, specifically in the Listings Approval module.

    It would be extremely helpful to have an additional column that shows the Agreement Expiration Date for each listing. This would allow Market Centers and agents to easily track which Listings are close to expiring and take action in advance to renew them, instead of discovering it when the listing is already inactive.

    Additionally, when exporting the data to Excel, this column should also be included so the information remains available for offline tracking and reporting.

  12. I would like to see a Remine Docs integration that serves the same functions as the DocuSign Rooms integration. Our primary MLS includes Remine in our subscription, and it has been more reliable than DocuSign. It also loads in property details and opposing agent/seller information on each of the forms which saves loads of time.

    Linking an opportunity to a Remine Docs transaction would be sensational.

    Market Reality: Unlike the US market, which relies heavily on Email and SMS, the Brazilian real estate market operates almost exclusively via WhatsApp (99% adoption rate).

    Current Workflow: Agents currently face operational friction, as they must leave the Command platform and manually save phone numbers to initiate contact. This delay negatively impacts lead response time.

    Business Opportunity:

    Efficiency: Implement a "Click-to-Chat" feature directly within Command, allowing immediate interaction without manual contact saving.

    Standardization: Integrate KW proven scripts (MREA models) as pre-set message templates. This assists new agents in maintaining professional communication standards.

  17. Transaction Coordinators need to be able to access Command without constantly needing a verification code from the agent they are supporting.
    Please figure out a way to add an authorized person to a Command account. Maybe through an 'impersonation' function? Or tie my personal account to an agent account (much like a team).
    The verification code requirement is unsustainable for the 1000s of agent who have TCs.

  18. Hello,
    I noticed when I put my bio in Command that the layout looks quite different than I intended (ie. Everything looks like one big paragraph).

    Is there a way for me to change the layout so it more appealing to the reader? I would love to customize that text since it comes from the marketing profile/website settings!

  19. It would be helpful if we got an AI that could take in texts like "I talked to a guy named steve at an open house. hes looking for a house in a year and hes a veteran. His number is 333333333" and create a contact with specific tags like "veteran" or lead source as "open house" or create a smart plan for 1 year AUTOMATICALLY.

  20. Please provide the ability to add a checklist (just like in the opportunity phases) to a contact that is added to command. This is an early stage of the lead generation process, but we are not able to create our own checklists on how to "connect" or develop that contact relationship further.
