To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. When paperwork is missing on an Opportunity (Required Documents) and it will jeopardize a closing/payout to the Agent, it would be great if Command could automatically email the Agent 2 weeks from Closing Date and 1 week from Closing Date with a reminder to load missing documents, and to include a list of what those documents are (or allow the MC to select what reminder timelines they would like). This will save time for the MCA/Deals team with contacting the Agents manually when this happens.

  2. Currently, separate admin access is only allowed on Team Accounts. Individual agents should be allowed this function too. An Individual agent's first hire is an admin after all, so why limit their growth in command?

  3. Clients who have multiple properties may have more than one home anniversay (i.e. investors, second vacation homes, etc.).

  4. When doing labels print only the last name of the couple once unless one of the parties has different last name. Example Joe and Jane Smith not Joe Smith and Jane Smith

  5. I have an innovative concept that could benefit both fellow agents and my own business. At present, the KW Landing Page operates as a centralized system that accumulates all new leads without distinguishing their originating landing pages. As a result, the full potential of Command is limited. It would be highly advantageous to have the ability to personalize the source for tracking purposes and to access additional functionalities.

    For instance, if I generate a landing page for my builder and wish to monitor leads generated from that particular source, the only feasible method currently available is to filter by source…

  7. It would be helpful to be able to pull reports of opportunities with a date range and status option. Many times, we have wanted to see the transaction type, where each transaction is; cultivate, appointment, closed etc and include the contact details. Also, it would be great to have the report csv exportable.

  8. Replace having to manually enter vendor type with a dropdown list of all vendor types within MoveEasy's provided spreadsheet template when bulk uploading to My Preferred Vendor List which feeds agent's website. Second, ability to add custom vendor types.

    This would save the agent / admin so much time uploading or entering vendors and be able to more accurately convey to the customer what the vendor can all do.

  9. The qualifying smartplans should have option to pause as soon as the client responds to an automated text. The whole point of these smartplans is to get them to respond so then we know they are a real person but then we know best way to communicate. The plan should pause so then we can go in and respond specifically to their response. There can be a "resume" option that the agent selects too

  11. Currently, there is no way to bulk-assign opportunities. I would like to be able to bulk-assign opportunities to anyone on my team, especially if they have "Unlimited" team permissions.

  13. Ability for Leadership to update Sponsored Events & Partners Widget in Multiple Market Centers: If you are a leader in multiple market centers you are unable to edit/create Events or Partners for the new Widget on the Command Homepage other than for the market center with the lowest MC#.

    Update this feature to allow multiple market center leaders to edit/create events/partners for all market centers they are affiliated with.

  14. It would be helpful and save time to have a "Create buyer side transaction" button from within command to create a mirror image opportunity that switches the buyer and seller side and adds it to the pipeline.

    This would be in lieu of manually creating a buyer side transaction when the listing agent has both sides of the deal personally or a team member.

  15. Would love to be able to use the email campaign feature vs the smart plans every time, however, at the moment I have try and send every agent the same email and have them send to their people, I'd rather just be able to send one for the team, and default to the assigned agent.

  18. Just like we save the person's photo in our Phone contacts, please can we have an option to save a photo of our customers in Command.

    It would help the many people who are visual learners and great for recognizing faces before names.

  20. Other than the answers article, there is zero indication from Command or through the 'create saved search' process that indicates that a client MUST be registered to you in order to receive the email updates you put them on. This needs to be called out in the creation process or have steps for the client to opt-in or accept the email updates.
