To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.

  2. Current Issue:
    At present, service areas in Command are determined solely by past closings (Rolling 12 months). This creates a major pain point for agents—especially top producers and independent brokerages transitioning to KW—because:

    It misrepresents service areas – Just because an agent has closed a one-off deal in a certain location doesn’t mean they actively serve that area.

    It limits visibility in the Referral Applet – Agents who are new to KW or have past experience in other brokerages cannot showcase their true service areas until they build a closing history within KW. This is frustrating for top agents and…

  4. I would like a map search function in Command, similar to what is in MLS's and home search apps. So that if I have a Listing at 123 Main St, I can draw a circle around that address, and it will show me everyone I have in my Database who is within that search area so I can contact them specifically about my Listing. Or Farming, or mailers, or any other numerous options to find my contacts by geographic areas.

  5. This is not my idea alone. Presently the duplicate contacts filter is looking for a match in any Phone # , Name or email address. ( I assume )

    Why would the designer include Business phone #'s knowing that MANY contacts work in the same Real Estate office or other Organiztion that shares the same phone # . The current search filter produces WAY too MANY "possible duplicates" that are clearly NOT duplicates. Somebody needs to look a little harder into what makes more sense than you currently have. At the very LEAST you should remove Work Phones Numbers from…

  7. When creating Direct Mail Campaigns in Command, it should check the contacts selected for duplicate addresses and not send multiple postcards to the same address.

  9. Tracking sources as a whole in the database is useful, but if we are truly to understand our conversion numbers on lead generation sources we need to be able to pull a report for CLOSED units by lead source. This will enable the business to know which lead sources are most frequently closed, then leading to understanding which lead gen pillars we should be double down on to increase productivity and profitability.

  10. When you need to have a dual opportunity - it should just have a button that automatically replicate the opportunity w/o having to manually make it - it is a repetition and time-consuming

  11. I’ve reviewed several suggestions on how to keep neighborhoods updated in Command. My suggestion would be to allow an agent to easily add, or request the addition of, a neighborhood when they discover it’s missing. Having accurate neighborhood data is essential, as it enables us to assign contacts to the neighborhood nurture correctly.

  12. it would be great if we can actually see the open rate of each smart plan. So that we can track the number of emails sent versus the open rate versus the click rate.

  13. Add financing options & acres to the page where we add a "Saved Search". I work with a lot of veterans & I don't see a way to set them up seeing only homes that will go VA financing. Plus I don't see where & can search by lot size either if I have a buyer wanting a home that's on 1+ acres.

  15. The mailing addresses of contacts with Township or Village in the address is does not come up correctly. It just lists the street, state and zip code. No city.

  18. Currently, the estimated commission is based on the listing price, and a %, if that has been entered. The estimated listing price should automatically update based on the commission % and the actual contract price when that is entered in Command.

  19. In the Contact - Currently the status of tasks are: To Do, Complete and Archived. Can we a drop-down for "Upcoming"?

  20. There is currently no option to remove a specified group of contacts from a smartplan. Example: If i filter my database by a certain tag. When I select the bulk action box there is no "remove from a smartplan" option. This would be nice since agents might want to retire a tagged group from a certain smartplan.
