To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. I would like a map search function in Command, similar to what is in MLS's and home search apps. So that if I have a Listing at 123 Main St, I can draw a circle around that address, and it will show me everyone I have in my Database who is within that search area so I can contact them specifically about my Listing. Or Farming, or mailers, or any other numerous options to find my contacts by geographic areas.

  2. This is not my idea alone. Presently the duplicate contacts filter is looking for a match in any Phone # , Name or email address. ( I assume )

    Why would the designer include Business phone #'s knowing that MANY contacts work in the same Real Estate office or other Organiztion that shares the same phone # . The current search filter produces WAY too MANY "possible duplicates" that are clearly NOT duplicates. Somebody needs to look a little harder into what makes more sense than you currently have.   4. When creating Direct Mail Campaigns in Command, it should check the contacts selected for duplicate addresses and not send multiple postcards to the same address.

  6. Tracking sources as a whole in the database is useful, but if we are truly to understand our conversion numbers on lead generation sources we need to be able to pull a report for CLOSED units by lead source. This will enable the business to know which lead sources are most frequently closed, then leading to understanding which lead gen pillars we should be double down on to increase productivity and profitability.

  7. When you need to have a dual opportunity - it should just have a button that automatically replicate the opportunity w/o having to manually make it - it is a repetition and time-consuming

  8. it would be great if we can actually see the open rate of each smart plan. So that we can track the number of emails sent versus the open rate versus the click rate.

  9. Add financing options & acres to the page where we add a "Saved Search". I work with a lot of veterans & I don't see a way to set them up seeing only homes that will go VA financing. Plus I don't see where & can search by lot size either if I have a buyer wanting a home that's on 1+ acres.

  11. The mailing addresses of contacts with Township or Village in the address is does not come up correctly. It just lists the street, state and zip code. No city.

  12. There is currently no option to remove a specified group of contacts from a smartplan. Example: If i filter my database by a certain tag. When I select the bulk action box there is no "remove from a smartplan" option. This would be nice since agents might want to retire a tagged group from a certain smartplan.

Regions and market centers frequently create content for their agents to use yet it is hard for agents to find. if if those leadership roles would have the option to publish their smart plans to a market center folder or regional folder it would be much easier for agents to find them and search through them. That way agents could see everything thing their office or region created for them in one spot.   14. Many agents don't keep a proper Profit and Loss Statement. It would be great if an opportunity had a place for a very basic P&L or expense sheet. How much was spent on photography, marketing, tc, etc.

I am a new agent and I am still getting familiar with all of the entries, can you create either a help prompt that explains the entries, so I can navigae better. or provide a slick sheet that is accessible within command that breaks down the description for each prompt. For instance define "Agreement won" under the "Key Dates". Does Agreement won refer to the representation agreement or are you referring to an actual sales/buyer agreement?

  19. Setting up how your featured listings show on agent sites is time consuming and not easy to find.

    It takes 9+ steps to reach the point where you can add specific listings to the featured properties list on your KW Agent or Team Site.

    So if you are an agent running open houses for another agent and want to pin that property, it takes a long time.

  20. This is similar to a couple other SmartPlan ideas. I just wanted to make the distinction between how they work now and what we need. Currently, they focus operations timing on the people and when they're added, not to the plan iteself, regardless of when the people are added. Even the DTD2 plans that are in the library don't really work because when you add new people to the plan the plan starts from the beginning.
