All Notifications Filter Addition
I would like to request the addition of an "Unsubscribed" or "Unsubscribed" from Email filter to the All Notifications dropdown menu in Command. We currently have the following available dropdown options, All Notifications, Admin, Campaigns, Command Email, Consumer, Contacts, KW, Opportunities, Referrals, Tasks, and Text and Call. Adding an "Unsubscribed" notification to the dropdown would provide agents with a quick and efficient way to identify contact who opted out of email communication. Text cut off in timeline
I'm using my laptop and received a text message from a lead. It was a rather long message, so I tried to read it on my computer.
Unfortunately much of the text was cutoff, and I was unable to view the entirety of the message. The good news is I could find it on the mobile app and read it there. The bad news is I don't want to go from one device to another.
For those of us who also work from the computer, we have to be able to read these message.

Allow a total mailing label export for a filter.
Currently you can only export 500 contacts at a time. For larger databases, the separate downloads then need to be combined. This causes duplicate mailing labels if there is a "relationship" tying two contacts together that then need to be deleted. The current 500 record limit results in extra time and work to get a clean export. Please allow a mailing label export for all records in a filter.

Large Text Adaptability
If agents utilizing "large text" on their phones open the Command App, they are unable to click "ok" on the TCPA notice as it doesn't adapt to the text size chosen.

I would like to submit two feature enhancement suggestions that I believe would significantly improve the daily experience of agents who rely on Command as their primary CRM.

Google Crawlers Access
Some of the agents I work with would like to allow Google crawlers access to their KW websites so their pages can appear more prominently in Google search results.
Specifically, they would like the ability to whitelist GoogleAdsBot so Google can crawl KW landing pages for ad verification purposes.

Video in Email Campaign
I want to add a short video to my email campaign. Now the only option is to create a link, and I use You Tube for my link. When that link is played it covers up the entire email message. I would like my short video to stay contained in a small oval within the png, which needs to be saved as an mp4 as soon as the video is added. ADD ACREAGE PARAMETERS TO SAVED SEARCHES FOR CONTACTS
Currently, it is impossible to create a SAVED SEARCH for any of my contacts that includes acreage parameters. This is a basic function of any property search, much like BED, BATH or PRICE parameters. Please add this functionality ASAP, as I find this to be an oversight, not just a 'cool feature'. Otherwise, the whole feature is useless to agents.

Option for additional mailing labels
The mail label feature is amazing and the labels come out looking so nice and professional. However, when using BULK MAIL, it is necessary to have an address with a name and "or Current Resident" added to it. Bright MLS has this feature and I am hoping that Command can add this as an export. The ONLY way to use Bulk Mail is to have 'or current resident' added to the name you are sending to. Take rentals out of some reports.
Some reports, such as the Associate Listing Detail report include rentals and this skews the average number. For example, I've had 3 listings ($830k, $950k and $1.099k) yet my average price is $550k. I would like to recommend that rentals not be included in the average number or not in the report at all. Maybe a separate report for rentals?

DNC compliance integration
DNC at the federal and state level are not optional but I have not found any compliance for an office or agent to connect to a DNC list or provider to make sure the office is in compliance and the fines for those are massive if its discovered that a brokerage is not maintaining oversight and compliance when will Command integrate some type of compliance for its market center office to ensure they are keeping the required oversight of their agents for compliance with the DNC at a federal and state level.

Zapier
Zapier Integration triggers! We need to send contacts and information to kw command with Zapier but can not use Zapier to trigger contacts to Mailchimp, Mailbox Power, and other systems. Why???? Automation is key, and I feel being forced to use API Nation is just wrong when Zapier is free for us. Their really needs to be triggers with Zapier to do such. I have spoken to them, and they say it’s on KW.
