When I am searching for an agent sometimes we don't have a MC in that city so I have to search by production. When searching by production some agents don't list that city in their bio. Would like to be able to filter agents by the city they have listed in their bio when searching agents in market centers.

Can we please make it very easy to know if an agent has been paid for their transaction? It would be amazing to have the word "PAID" in bright red letters with a check mark at the top of the opportunity. Please see attached example idea. Thank you!

We currently charge a transaction fee of $300 up to 15 transactions on only Listings or Sales based on their CAP period. Can this be a feature tied to their associate card that we can toggle and edit?

When an agent leaves our team, and we reassign their contacts to the team, command slots them as a collaborator to the contact. We would like to bulk remove these so the agent no longer shows on any contacts but cannot and have to go one by one. We do not need to see the old agent on the contact as a collaborator because we can see them as a past assignee in the timeline.

Need an option to add team members in team account as collaborators on contacts to all contacts at one time. When rainmaker adds contacts in bulk from phone or previous CRM, it's too much to have to go through individually to add each team member as a collaborator and without doing some, team members are unable to see contacts in their own team command.

For contacts who unsuscribed from a smartplan like a monthly newsletter. I have the report yet I cannnot tag these contacts that they unsuscrobed and to follow up with a phone call. Only way to add a tag to 50 contacts who unsuscribed is to do it manually in each contact and that would take a while. I would like to add a tag follow up with a phone call cant do it. You also cannot pull up the contacts who have unsuscribed in your contacts.

We should be able to see how many people opened our email sent from a smart plan so we can track what kind of communication to our database is working. Most other email platforms allow you to see who has opened your email. We would love any kind of tracking we can use around smartplans. Right now we feel like we just send them and hope people respond or follow up.

So I signed up a past client on a Neighborhood Snapshot Smartplan and it was successfully sent last month. By chance I needed to look up information for this client and saw an error on his timeline. The error is a known issue that Support tells me is being fixed at some point, but this begs the question--Do I have other contacts that are not getting information, texts, etc. from Smartplans?
It would be nice to have a daily, weekly or monthly report that tells us if the Smartplan actions were successfully delivered or not. If an error occurs, the report should include the contact (ideally a direct link for the contact's record) so that the user can correct the error.

Once a contact unsubscribes there is no notation in their contact information. You can still select them but it will not deliver. There needs to be a notation that we can see when going to the contact that flags the email address to DNS.

We can filter tags to include into a campaign or search, but can we exclude tags for the same purposes? (ex: something going to customers only, we can exclude realtors, without manually clicking each person off)
If a person choose 'unsubscribe from all', then a tag that automatically gets added as 'unsubscribe' and triggers an error message, if they are added to a campaign. (ex: same way that we get an error if no email address in an email campaign and for us to click to remove all those without emails, we'd get one that some are unsubscribed, and if we click that button, it removes them and we stay more easily compliant.)

For my market, I am able to create auto-searches through my MLS for buyers. There are many options within the MLS to customize the search for the buyer. In Command Saved Searches, I feel as if that component is very limited and does not really narrow down options for buyers like the MLS can do.
It would be great to see the Saved Search component in Command expanded so there are a wide variety of filters, such as "filter out properties that are subject to seller finding suitable housing, condo names, etc." I would much rather use this feature as I would be able to see which properties my contacts in Command have viewed, as opposed to my MLS where I am unable to see that information.

My idea is to add a filter to Create Saved Searches for our buyer contacts, that can specify the number of levels, and the specific location of the bedrooms. I think this is helpful because the search would only include 1 level, or 2 level homes, or more level homes, according to what the consumers want, and it could even go further in describing on what level the bedrooms are located. Consumers who want a home with the master bedroom downstairs, or want more than one bedroom on the first floor, don't want to spend time going to look at 2 level homes only to discover that all the bedrooms are upstairs, or if they already said they are only interested in 1 level homes, I would prefer to email them only 1 level homes. I think adding these filters to the Create Saved Searches tool, could save agents and customers a lot of time and gas money.

Now that the KW Consumer App allows clients to search by Manufactured property, it would be beneficial to also have that option in the Command so that we can add that under property type for the clients as well.

It would be helpful to be able to have more search criteria for the saved searches. Specifically being able to search by acreage of a lot, and more features of any lot (views, stream/creek, private, etc…) would help keep results more relevant to the client.

Right now you can only select "home" as a property type. If the client has specifically asked to only see ranch/ 1 story homes, it discredits the service that we are providing them.

I would like to be able to help clients searching for land by setting up a search based on the amount of land they are looking for in a particular area. I have a client looking for 2-10 acres to build a home, but I am only offered the option to set up a search based on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and living space size.

Add an acreage filter on the Saved Search feature in command for our contacts. Many of my clients want a lot or parcel of a certain size. The field should be the same as the field for home SqFt. This will allow us to use Command for our clients searches rather than some other search tool.

Currently, saved searches in command contacts do not allow you to set up a search that searches by just the city or county nor does it allow you to search by acreage ranges for homes. It would be really helpful to have these search functions available, especially being in a "smaller" area where neighborhoods aren't as big of a search tool.

MLS searches currently have more diverse filters than Keller Williams offers on saved searches. When we send saved searches to cliets were sending homes they may not want to see due to the lack of filtering possibilties.
We need to filter out properties with HOA- alot of clients do not want to live in a HOA community.
Some clients want to live in Housing for older persons 55+, some do not meet the age requirement, currently their isn't a way to filter for these properties in or out.
Number of garages, filter says available parking when searching
Search by school district filter would help alot of famalies find a home in an area they specially need.
These ideas would streamline things for agents and greatly benefit our clients. Adding overall value to Keller Williams, keeping them coming to Keller Williams over our competitors. Why send them everything in a price range when our competitors do the same? We need this edge.

I'm trying to do a practice search on my "app" so I know what it looks like on the consumer side of things. I set up a search, but I am not able to search by "Counties".
I have several people wanting to search for a home in a specific county, such as Rockingham County, VA or Pendleton County, WV. If this specific search were performed, it would search all listings in the county, and eliminate listings within city limits. It just really simplifies the search, so I don't have to type out every single town that is located in a specific county. I would really like to see that as a search option.

Searching for homes are too limited. Most of my clients are looking to downsize. They want a first floor master. They would like to be able to choose style of home such as Ranch style. Many are looking specifically to live in a 55+ community.
Would you be able to add these options to the search choices.

I list commercial properties often and I've just been made aware that our commercial properties do not automatically populate into our individual website. I have also been made aware that if I pay additional fees to become a KW commercial agent then I could post it in their database. I think it would be vastly more professional and inclusive to all KW clients for ALL listings to be showcased on our KW websites... we pay tech fees monthly for access to top-of-the-line websites and technology. This should be a non-issue. *My commercial listings, however, do automatically populate on one of our top competitors' websites within minutes, this is a problem.
If I do not have the full scope of things, I would love more information on this topic.

I'd like to customize when the my task triggers in relation to the contact's birthday date - for example, I'd like to get a task notification 30 days prior to their birthday to send a handwritten card, then a task notification the day before that birthday date to make a call/text - but I'm not seeing that option to do so. I only see the smartplan starting as soon as I add a tag, which wouldn't line up the dates correctly if I added them all to the smart plan on the same day - I need the tasks to correspond with each client's birthday date.
I contacted customer support and there is currently no way to make an editable copy the current KW birthday smart plan while keeping the birthdate triggers - they said the only current solution would be to create 500+ individual birthday smart plans for each contact and recommended I submit the idea here. Seems like a very basic feature to have on the platform :(

I am creating a monthly market updates smart plan. With this plan I need to have some time to update the data, and subsequently update the smart plan with the new information. being able to scheudle a smart plan to send, for example the 3rd day of the month, would allot the emails to be sent the same time each month, and would give time to update the data.

We'd like to send an email out on the 2nd Thursday of every month. Smart Plans allow for a 30 day delay but with that setting, the email will not go out on the same day of the week each month and eventually move earlier in the month. More custom recurring date options would be useful.

I created a 28 touch smart plan and started 1/3/2023, I added everyone I currently have to it. But would like a setting that would allow me to add new contacts to it and not have to start the plan from the beginning, Almost like a start button that would start the plan and allow you to start a new contact at whichever step it is at.

Over the years I have customized my 36 touch campaign. Included in my campaign are events and touches that occur the same time each year. For instance, I send out calendars each November and send holiday cards each December. I would love to create a Smartplan with my current campaign however not being able to choose dates on the calendar makes this difficult. I still haven't figured out the work around.

Unfortunately the birthday reminders and the home purchase anniversary deactivate as soon as the smart plan is closed. Would be AWESOME to input the smart plans once then it is set automatically every year without going again to the contact and setting up the smart plan again. We have Twilio and the Birthday smart plans have set a text that will go automatically so if we miss it at least the text is sent the same day. This would apply to any anniversary we want to remember from any of our contacts. Weddings, Dog's birthday etc, etc.
In my contacts in Gmail, I input a birthday once, syncs automatically with my calendar for every single year without doing anything else and I get a reminder

It would be helpful to be able to set the time for texts or emails to be sent out in SmartPlans, so people could receive an email on the day or so before an event and then get a text reminder the day of the event and know they would receive it an hour or so before the event.

Although there are a few tags I like that are created by the "System", I find that the a number of them I don't use and find it very annoying to have them in my scroll list. Is there a way to change the coding to allow agents access to delete original tags created by the "System" in the same fashion that you can do when you have created a tag yourself that you don't want anymore. Thanks

Through trial and error I have learned that when you import database files into Command, the system will create a new custom tag so that it can import properly. For example, importing a spreadsheet that has "Girl Scouts" as a custom tag will populate it as a System-Created tag (which you cannot delete or change...ever). This makes the database management/cleanup incredibly complicated for teams. Please allow us to delete or edit "system" created tags AND lead sources so that we can avoid cluttered databases.
*Side note:
A workaround that I have found for this is to populate the custom tag/lead source ahead of importing so that it can latch on to the existing placeholder instead of "creating" a new one for you. However, this still does not solve the issue of past created tags/sources.

It would be amazing if we could add custom dates in the kwcommand opportunity tab under details like Option & Earnest Money Due, Option Period Ends, Financing Contingency Ends, Leaseback Ends, etc. and have these dates automatically sync to our google calendar & shared with the client. It would be even more amazing if these sync'd dates were set up to automatically send out reminders 2 days before and the day of.

Sync into command activities that are in my Google Calendar related to a contact in Command. So if I have a meeting scheduled in my calendar where one of my contacts is an attendee, then bring it to command as an activity on that contact's profile

Adding a calendar event simply opens your Google calendar and doesn't log anything within the KW Command system. Seems you then need to log this meeting again in the system at a later point.
It would be excellent to load Google Calendar bookings into Command if the contacts email address is included in the invite list or if you create a calendar event in Command, this gets sync'd with Google Calendar. Command should allow you to book meetings or events with the same functionality available in Google Calendar and also allow you to add additional notes to the system that don't get distributed to invitees - just an internal record of what happened. Would also be great to be able to update a meeting outcome ie you've booked a listing appointment, add notes on what happened and update the outcome as cancelled, rescheduled, listed, listing with competitor, no longer listing, etc. Pulling this into reporting would help to identify trends and gaps in skill level.
Better scheduling management would also be great. Would be great if we could create a booking page for a variety of activities ie booking page for listings, listing appointments, etc that we can direct people to so that they can book a viewing depending on the property they want to view or schedule a call/appointment with us. This would also need to link through to our calendar so that time cannot get booked if we already have a meeting.
With any meeting booked, there should be the ability to send an automated reminder email the day before, an hour before and do this is text form as well.
When you are looking for referral partners, the only community group that gets a special tag is Luxury. It would be nice to be able to filter by all communities (ie. Commercial, Land, Military, etc). This way we don't have to dig through all of the agents looking at one Bio at a time.
