    It would be awesome to have the ability to draw custom boundaries for neighborhoods in Command as some towns do not have neighborhoods associated with them.

    Command has a pretty comprehensive neighborhood/city list to add to our contacts Smartplans. We are running into missing neighborhoods and citys, especially less populated areas, leaving out clients looking in these spots.

    Hi, I was told to come here to get a few neighborhoods added. We can start with The Dunes of Naples in Naples, FL. It's an older community, but for some reason isn't selectable on on neighborhoods search. It's 7 highrise buildings and a clubhouse. I've included screen shots so you know where it is. And an address for one of the buildings is below. Thank you!

    This nextdoor neighborhood must be split in half on SW 112th Ave. To the West is a townhouse community named "Sonoma", to the East is a rental community named, "The Palms at Doral". Would you please update it?

    The neighborhood boundaries need to be adjusted so every property falls within a neighborhood. When I set up a neighborhood for a contact, I can look at the map and see where all of the neighborhood boundaries are. A good majority of homes don't fall into any of the neighborhood boundaries that are set up, and I'm talking about a metro area. I find this tool fairly useless at this point with how fragmented the neighborhoods are.

    The neighborhood boundaries are awful in a lot of rural America.

    Please give us the ability to draw our own neighborhoods. It looks like the hesitation from KWRI is figuring out how to have a master set of neighborhoods for the Market Center and KW.com.

    This is easy. Let the Market Center adopt the boundaries from an agent that has already drawn them. This then becomes the default set of neighborhood boundaries for MC sites, KW.com, and new agents. Individual agents can then choose to use this set or draw their own. This doesn't need to be overly complex.

    This is vital that we have the ability to draw our own boundaries as this is a core feature in the consumer experience. This affects the agent's ability to use the MNN, consumer app, agent sights, neighborhood snaps, saved searches, etc. Agents in rural areas are being left behind and are missing out on the tools that KW is building. Please, please, please, unlock this functionality.

    Please! Make it so that when Smart Plans are sorted, they stay in the same sort and/or create Smart Plan Sort views.

    Being able to "star" smartplans so your top/most used ones are at the top of the list or a way we can pick the order. Our team has a lot of smartplans for different things so it would be nice to have our main smartplans on the top of the list so our agents don't have to search through

    As new SmartPlans are added / download / created, it would be great to be able to re-organize or customize this page. Maybe create buckets like "Lead Based" or "SOI Based" SmartPlans. "Holidays" as well. This way, you don't have to scroll through the list just to find what you want or see what you have set up. I guess just a more visual screen would be nice.

    My Smart Plans Ordering: it would be very helpful if we could have the ability to custom vue/custom order our People Plans based on the ones we find most valuable. In other words, order the My Smart Pans so that my favorite is at the top of my list of Smart Plans.

    At the moment, Non-Listing FB Ad type in Campaigns allows only single image ad. It will be great if multiple images can be advertised in Non-Listing Ad category.

    Currently we are only allowed to select 4 photos per social post campaign. We would like to use this tool to post our new listings each day, and there are several days a week that our new listings exceed 4, so increasing this number, particularly coming into the spring market, would be fabulous. Also, can you allow for multiple photos to be uploaded at the same time, rather than one at a time?

    Allow team agents to be able to edit certain design and smartplans that they can send to their clients. Right now agents cannot view or edit any design even if they are created for that particular agent to be able to customize to send out to their clients

    Our teams shares the designs for brochures, letters and more. If one team member is not available, another can work on the designs. If you could add a tab for Teams that can be shared by all team members, that would be amazing and very helpful. That way - the My Designs can be private, but the team can share the other responsibilities.

    Can we please make it very easy to know if an agent has been paid for their transaction? It would be amazing to have the word "PAID" in bright red letters with a check mark at the top of the opportunity. Please see attached example idea. Thank you!

    When an agent leaves our team, and we reassign their contacts to the team, command slots them as a collaborator to the contact. We would like to bulk remove these so the agent no longer shows on any contacts but cannot and have to go one by one. We do not need to see the old agent on the contact as a collaborator because we can see them as a past assignee in the timeline.

    Need an option to add team members in team account as collaborators on contacts to all contacts at one time. When rainmaker adds contacts in bulk from phone or previous CRM, it's too much to have to go through individually to add each team member as a collaborator and without doing some, team members are unable to see contacts in their own team command.

    When you are looking for referral partners, the only community group that gets a special tag is Luxury. It would be nice to be able to filter by all communities (ie. Commercial, Land, Military, etc). This way we don't have to dig through all of the agents looking at one Bio at a time.

    When I am searching for an agent sometimes we don't have a MC in that city so I have to search by production. When searching by production some agents don't list that city in their bio. Would like to be able to filter agents by the city they have listed in their bio when searching agents in market centers.

    We currently charge a transaction fee of $300 up to 15 transactions on only Listings or Sales based on their CAP period. Can this be a feature tied to their associate card that we can toggle and edit?

    I'd like to be able to add a profile picture to the contact. Also, to save a picture of their business card so I can throw the paper ones away. Maybe a document tab that is in their profile and not in opportunities.

    It would be nice to be able to save documents acquired during ongoing conversations under the contact side. Also, the ability to add folders to save documents. Example: the past client has no desire to sell anytime soon, but you meet with them on a yearly basis and give them an "updated" CMA estimating the home's value at that time. It would be nice to save this on the contact side of command vs. making an opportunity each year and marking the opportunity as lost after the meeting.

    Not sure if US has the same requirements but in South Africa we need to keep the FICA documentation of the contact. This is a certified copy of the persons identification document and proof of residence. But we would like to store much more of the contactr

    It would be so great if there were a way to attach docs, jpgs, pdf's, etc to contact cards. I am a pen and paper note taker, and I have a scanner that I use to uploan my notes. I would like to be able to link them to the contact card. Even if it is a linked file, like a dropbox link, that would be fine. But this would help keep EVERYTHING in one spot. I imagine it would be especially helpful to those who have those notepad notetakers as well. This is a function in Follow Up Boss that I am sad to leave now that I am coming over to Command.

    I know I could add the link as a note, but just to have a separate file folder for docs is what I'm looking for.

    I type some letters, or use handwritten cards to clients. And CMA's and text messages. I would like the ability to import a file (could be pdf) to show what I sent to them (so I remember) or a pdf even of a scanned card send to them on their timeline. I just finished a letter in word that I printed and delivering with other neighborhood info and the ability to simply import what I'm taking to them would be very helpful.

    Other platforms allow to attach documents to the actual contacts in Command like we can to the agents on the MC side. I have a team who wants this feature because of referral agreements. This team generates a LOT of referrals and sometimes there are multiple referrals from one person throughout the year. They have to have a separate system to keep the referrals because they can't add them to the contacts in Command.

    They do create the opportunity, but will need it again for new opportunities when the client buys or sells more than one house. It's already on the MC side of things so hopefully it wouldn't be that hard.

    For contacts who unsuscribed from a smartplan like a monthly newsletter. I have the report yet I cannnot tag these contacts that they unsuscrobed and to follow up with a phone call. Only way to add a tag to 50 contacts who unsuscribed is to do it manually in each contact and that would take a while. I would like to add a tag follow up with a phone call cant do it. You also cannot pull up the contacts who have unsuscribed in your contacts.

    We should be able to see how many people opened our email sent from a smart plan so we can track what kind of communication to our database is working. Most other email platforms allow you to see who has opened your email. We would love any kind of tracking we can use around smartplans. Right now we feel like we just send them and hope people respond or follow up.

    So I signed up a past client on a Neighborhood Snapshot Smartplan and it was successfully sent last month. By chance I needed to look up information for this client and saw an error on his timeline. The error is a known issue that Support tells me is being fixed at some point, but this begs the question--Do I have other contacts that are not getting information, texts, etc. from Smartplans?

    It would be nice to have a daily, weekly or monthly report that tells us if the Smartplan actions were successfully delivered or not. If an error occurs, the report should include the contact (ideally a direct link for the contact's record) so that the user can correct the error.

    Once a contact unsubscribes there is no notation in their contact information. You can still select them but it will not deliver. There needs to be a notation that we can see when going to the contact that flags the email address to DNS.

    We can filter tags to include into a campaign or search, but can we exclude tags for the same purposes? (ex: something going to customers only, we can exclude realtors, without manually clicking each person off)

    If a person choose 'unsubscribe from all', then a tag that automatically gets added as 'unsubscribe' and triggers an error message, if they are added to a campaign. (ex: same way that we get an error if no email address in an email campaign and for us to click to remove all those without emails, we'd get one that some are unsubscribed, and if we click that button, it removes them and we stay more easily compliant.)

    Enable the SmartPlans Applet to send emails from your "reply-to" email address that is connected to your Command Email in place of the routing email address it initially sends the automated emails out on.

    This would ensure that contacts in your database are getting the experience of an email directly delivered from you personally vs. an email that might be perceived as spam mail and deleted.

    Suggestion.....For the activity tracker, I recommend adding landlord and tenant as well. It only has buyer and seller. We do leases also. Commercial leases can have the equivalent $ to a residential transaction.

    When utilizing checklists and client updates in an opportunity in Command, you should be able to customize the email template used to send client updates when checklist items are marked complete. This way the communication can be more personalized.

    This would allow Command Contacts and Gmail contacts to sync up. That way when we try to email someone, we already have their email address readily available when we get new leads.

    Just one thing which I feel will be so helpful it its not much trouble for the engineers. All other CRM programs have this the functionality to see the text and what you wrote/sent what you receive to be able to view it within KW Command. You do need to leave the application go to Google Gmail to see the emails.

    Just a thought! The whole idea is to operate from one only ecosystem.

    I'd like to see a Filter in Recruit Management that allows me to pull a list of all Recruits referred by a certain agent in my Market Center. This will be extremely helpful for TLs in helping agents build their profit share trees by collaborating on Recruit follow-up, setting and tracking agent goals for # of Recruits referred, and allowing me to dedicate time blocks to working on a certain agent's referrals.
