Would be GREAT if instead of just "complete task" there was an option to "complete" OR "Complete and set new task"
Add option of "Complete and set new task" with the "complete task" option. If you have a smart plan just click complete but if you want to set a custom task it would be GREAT if there was a button next to "complete task" that said "Complete and create new"- so much easier than going back in and creating new tasks each time.

Customize columns to add neighborhoods
When you customize columns in Contacts, it would be great to add the Neighborhood option to be able to see that on a larger scale. You can create a SmartView showing who has a neighborhood, but you have to click into each name to see which neighborhood they have.

Handwritten Letters Campaigns
Essentially duplicate the existing direct mail campaign process, but partner with a third party company (like scribe) that would print and mail out handwritten letter using their 3d printing technology. So I could upload into Command a copy of a handwritten letter and select who I want it to be sent to, both in and outside of my database, just like how real mailers is currently set up. Then scribe would simply print the message on the selected cards, and mail them to who we have selected. This would be an incredible tool for all database touches and farming.

Add "Referral Partner" Field in Contact Details
Have a field for: Referral? "yes" or "no"
If yes, another field opens up to have the Referring agent's contact information entered so it links to the client, and another field for either $ or %. If there's no referral fee involved, someone can just put 0 (zero). Once an opportunity is created, that information would populate, and the agent could click a toggle to push it to the DA.
This would help keep track of referrals easier so they wouldn't have a chance to get overlooked and missed. This would also be a great way to track where referrals…

Is there any way to create a search or update for just PGA West in Command, or to suggest adding that granularity in the future?
clients and leads need to be able to set up searches and neighborhood updates specifically for the communities within the current La Quinta Beat 45 area. For example my farm is PGA West but I cannot set a search for my farm/neighborhood because it pulls in all of the other communities within this La Quinta Beat 45 area--- which I have never heard it called anywhere but on this KW site. People search for speciic country clubs here, not as much general areas or cities.

Auto-generate listing presentation, marketing analysis, schedule follow ups, etc
Auto-generate with AI. Create workflows in the pipeline that auto generate everything from listing presentation, CMA & marketing strategy in each stage of a client's lifeline. In scheduling would be able to click a button to generate a listing presentation (editable), once scheduled it would send an appointment reminder to the client morning of appointment, along with all necessary listing presentation docs like CMA, listing presentation accessories pulled from the details and contact page. Would be really cool if in the app we could just ask KWIQ prompts to generate these and email them directly to us or client.

Designs with AI integrated in Opportunities
Would love in the marketing tab to pull all designs and templates created. Listing presentations autofilling from details page but also editable in templates. This would speed up listing presentation prep and in general all design prep for all designs going forward.

As this "platform" is allegedly built on the Google platform, lose the Beta program "Unique Recovery Email" and have agent use the Google Authenticator application. Start thinking BIG - stop with the band-aid fixes that require new methods every few months.

Add Real-Time Property Info & Google Street View in Contact Profiles
We’d like to suggest enhancing the Contact Profile page in KW Command by integrating real-time property data and a Google Street View preview based on the address saved in the contact's profile.
Proposed Features:
Live Property Snapshot: Pull basic property details (beds, baths, square footage, lot size, last sold date, estimated value, etc.) from a trusted public data source based on the address in the contact’s profile.Street View Integration: Embed a Google Street View image of the contact’s address directly in their profile for quick visual context.

Make the AI Summary Optional or Hidden in Contact Profiles
We’d like to suggest a change to how the AI Summary appears in contact profiles within KW Command.
Currently, the summary automatically generates and takes up a large portion of the screen whenever we view a contact’s profile. This behavior is frustrating and disruptive, especially when we're trying to quickly review a contact’s timeline or call notes. The summary often displays irrelevant or redundant information, and it’s not something we asked to see every time.

Twilio Texts from Team Contacts to Register as Duplicate (Do Not Create Personal Contact)
Recently, I submitted a support ticket on this issue where contacts in my team account are directly texting me a question to my twilio number (because I had them save it as a direct form of contact), and it is creating a new contact in my personal command with the phone # as the name.
