To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  2. Allow agents to easily tracker referral information in Opportunities so that they can easily submit the commission information for referral agents.

  3. Under the Contact Name, Command shows "Last contact on..."
    What it fails to specify is what the contact was - phone call, email, text, etc.

    Knowing the type of contact the last contact was helps in determining priority of calls and who has been called or only emailed.

  4. When using phone number merge field in Smartplans, remove +1 and add dashes. Also in marketing profile it should show the dashes.

  6. In a Contact record that has a saved email address, when I right click on the email address hyperlink, there is no option to click "copy email address". This is a feature in many applications. It would be helpful to quickly copy from this Contact view screen instead of having to click Edit contact to then copy. This new option would save a step.

  7. Monthly nurture neighborhood needs to be updated. This is a key way to stay in touch with our past clients and future clients need to be able to input new subdivisions. .........Per KW Our developers are aware this data is now becoming outdated and they are investigating ways to accurate acquire neighborhood information from other data providers.

  8. Go back to the original Command panel. The new window pain is not useful and just requires extra clicks to to collapse the panel on Listing Opportunities. Also, the clients names do not appear under the address like they used to, which was much easier to view.

  9. It would be helpful if there was a way to adjust the viewing of contact notes so it's not just one large paragraph. We reach out to our clients and keep track by date and start a new line for each date but when we look at the notes, it's all one paragraph vs being sorted by date even if we start a new line so they are all separate.

    An option such as bullet points that can list things out within a single note would help in keeping things organized better.

  10. Currently, when an agent enables Keller Home Loans (KHL) on their KW website or mobile app, the leads generated through the “Save Thousands” / KHL promotion are routed to the generic KHL site and then assigned to loan officers outside of the agent’s control. This creates two major issues:

    The lead originated from the agent’s KW site but is assigned to another loan officer, causing the agent to lose the opportunity.

    Since KHL loan officers are often dual-career (loan officer + realtor), this may also result in losing the lead to another real estate agent.

  11. Hi KW Labs Team,

    I’d like to offer feedback on the current Commission Request process in Command and suggest an updated, agent-friendly design based on common challenges we see at our market center. I understand that I may not know all the ins and outs of the backend process, but this is a time-consuming problem for both the agent and the staff.

  15. Hi KW team! 👋

    I’d love to see a feature added that makes it easier to create contacts without all the manual typing.

    Idea 1: Business Card Scan → Auto-Contact

    It would be amazing if we could scan a business card in Command and have the system automatically pull the name, phone number, email, and other details into a new contact.

    Idea 2: Email → Auto-Contact

    It would also be incredibly helpful if, when sending or receiving an email, we had the option to instantly generate a new contact from that email—no copying, pasting, or retyping the info.

  16. For example, if I have a smart plan that routinely sends out text messages on a Thursday, I'd like the option to skip Thanksgiving, and have the texts sent the following day instead. I'm sure I upset a lot of people yesterday by bothering them on the holiday. It'd be great if we could have this ability available by Christmas! Thank you for your consideration!

  17. Let agents view the saved search results from command, hyperlink the search criteria and show the results or timeline event with the property sent similar to when the property is viewed.

    As of now the properties look to be sent and the agent has no idea and no way to view what was sent unless the client clicks the property.

  18. download a list of my contacts that clicked on the link within my SmartPlan. Those are ideal follow up calls, and right now you have to manually write down the Email address and individually search the database. We need the ability to download the list of contacts, with complete contact information, that opened an Email or clicked on a link in an Email.

  20. Do no limit the access to use HTML builders and Iframe to customize KW Websites. This feature is highly sought after and used by hundreds of agents. This feature has been a significant reason why agents are using the KW Website and not an outside source. Many agents have disabled their paid websites for the KW website because of the HTML builder where they can build their own custom pages.
