Add Real-Time Property Info & Google Street View in Contact Profiles
We’d like to suggest enhancing the Contact Profile page in KW Command by integrating real-time property data and a Google Street View preview based on the address saved in the contact's profile.
Proposed Features:
Live Property Snapshot: Pull basic property details (beds, baths, square footage, lot size, last sold date, estimated value, etc.) from a trusted public data source based on the address in the contact’s profile.
Street View Integration: Embed a Google Street View image of the contact’s address directly in their profile for quick visual context.
Why This Matters:
When we're calling or engaging with contacts directly from their profile, having current property data at a glance helps us personalize our outreach and offer relevant real estate services.
A Street View image gives immediate neighborhood context, which is valuable during listing conversations, buyer consults, or lead qualification.
It saves time by eliminating the need to open a separate tab to look up property info or the home’s location.
This would be a powerful upgrade for Command—combining data, context, and efficiency in one place to better support agents in their daily lead generation and relationship-building efforts.
