Opportunities WITHDRAWN from the MLS or TERMINATED
Whenever a contract has been closed, the Opportunity Phase is changed to CLOSED. It would be very helpful, especially for tracking purposes, to have a WITHDRAWN Phase if the seller decides to withdraw the listing from the MLS or a TERMINATED Phase if the buyer or seller terminates the contract. Otherwise, these all go into the Archive file and it doesn't really explain why it is being archived and cannot be used to filter out your withdrawn and terminated Opportunities.

Be able to add a company as a contact and not have the name shift
In Command, when adding an LLC or a Business, the contact card will re-arrange the name of the business. Can we have an option to put in a person or a business and if it's a business, have it NOT change around the name?

word search in documents uploaded
In Documents, there is a feature that I would like to see in Command where the documents you upload are searchable. Frequently, we receive very wordy documents and emails and need to find them within files that have hundred of pages. Sometimes we have obscure documents or contracts that we don't remember the name of and we want to find it in the file. If we could search the documents that we upload, this would be very helpful. SkySlope has this feature and I really miss it now that I have moved to Command.

Ability to assign tasks to a Client
Ability to assign tasks to a client that shows up in the daily (or weekly) updates. For example - Seller to schedule terminate utilities. Or, Seller to provide contract to their mortgage officer. etc

Eliminate the pop up box when checking off a task in an opportunity
A pop up box comes up every time you check off a task in an opportunity. This box gets in the way of reading & checking off the other tasks, so you have to scroll to see the next task you want to check off. Eliminate the pop up box so that we can quickly check off the tasks that have been completed. The pop up box is not necessary. We don't need a pop up box to tell us we just completed checking off a task.

Digital Business Card - Ability to add profile picture from Marketing Profile
For the QR code in the Command app for the digital business card, I would love to see the ability to add your profile picture into this business card that is in your Marketing Profile to make it look more professional or the ability to customize what details you do/don't want on the business card.

Run Adds on other agents listing
I received the homeowner's permission to run an Add Campaign for 80 Foxcroft Dr. Camp Hill, PA 17011 but it does not display when searching. I found out through our online chat that in order to use Campaigns it must be my listing and in Command. Would it be possible to add other agents listings in order to located interested buyers?

Separation of Database tasks and Opportunities tasks
I use smart plans to create tasks for lead generation AND I use opportunity tasks. Currently, that all goes to the same list (which is great). I would like an extra tab at the top to select only the opportunity tasks out of the general tasks. Obviously, these are more time sensitive than the lead gen tasks created generally so I would like to be able to check them quickly from that list rather than go into each opportunity individually.

See the exact time a design was last edited
Agent wants to be able to see the last time a design was edited, command already includes the date but agent wants to see the exact time as well when it was last edited

Make design templates convertible.
Most of the designs are social. It would be nice if you could convert them to email or other categories rather than having to redo the design. This would make our job a lot easier as some of these can be universal anyway.

Allow Minute/Hour Delays between SmartPlan Steps
I would like to suggest adding the ability to set minute and hour delays between steps in SmartPlans. This feature would greatly enhance my marketing outreach by allowing me to send a series of texts with specific delays between each. For example, I could send an initial text upon adding a lead to a SmartPlan, then delay 5 minutes to send a second text, and delay another 3 minutes to send a third text, and so on. Additionally, it would be beneficial to combine these minute/hour delays with the existing time-of-day settings; a good example: enabling a sequence of texts…

Revert to previous searchability in Filter and Advanced Filters. Previously was able to type the search term directly and now have to click into a search field, creating additional click and time.

Dynamic Statistics
With the stats applet in the website builder, it would be great if we could link to our MLS to have the stats update in real time (or once a day). For example, having XX active listings, or XX solds, etc.

Email Notifications for Incoming Twilio Texts
Have the availability to have an email notification for Twilio text messages. Currently you only get a desktop notification, phone notification, and a push notification. Those only work if you are logged into command. The Command app in notorious (at least to me) for logging me out without notice and when this happens there's not a way to know that text messages are coming through. We'd just like the ability to also turn on email notifications.
