Add Tag When Landing Page is Completed
When I generate a landing page for a FREE Playbook. I then have to manually enter to send to them. It would be easier if I could put the tag in Command for the specific landing page. When the landing page is used it would trigger the smartplan.

Fix the Monthly Nurture Subject line to remove "DBA Logo" height="50" style=max: 150px"/>"
The monthly nurture email has odd-looking code at the beginning of the subject line.

With all the phishing scams out there this code does not present well for our agents.

Customize columns to add neighborhoods
When you customize columns in Contacts, it would be great to add the Neighborhood option to be able to see that on a larger scale. You can create a SmartView showing who has a neighborhood, but you have to click into each name to see which neighborhood they have.

Update Referrals Filters
Referral Filters are limited to KW Specializations and Production numbers. Many times agents need to find someone who speaks a certain language or specializes in waterfront properties or ADA compliant homes, etc. Allowing more filters that would pull information that is stored within White Pages would help improve the types of Referrals being received and requested

Module for IDX Searches
Create a Listing Search module that is customizable so you can create hyper local pages with searches embedded on the page. Other site like Real Geeks offer this and it can be huge for lead generation and hyper local data which is something KW loves to push for.

Automatically add certificates for documents signed in the opportunity
When a document is signed from the opportunity using DocuSign, there is no way to retrieve a copy of the certificate after the fact. Because of this, the certificate should be added to the opportunity automatically in case a lawyer ever asks for it.

We use to have Porch Repair Estimate Generator within every command opportunity. The problem with the estimate, we weren’t connected with someone that would actually make the repair for the price provided.
There’s an app that you can send handyman and really any repair job out to and real professionals will give a quote. Once job approved by person who requested the job, communications will open up. It’s free for the party needing repairs. The contractor pays for credit for the leads. And, contractor is only charged credit when job accepted.

Searchable Custom Fields
Currently we are able to create a custom field in command based on a category created by the user. However this option can only be viewed under the individual contact card. From the contact dashboard there should be a way to filter through custom fields using the advanced or basic filters and the column should be Clickable so these same contacts can be sorted based on but not limited to ascending, descending, newest, oldest etc. Finally the ability to bulk tags these contacts based on custom fields should be available too.

Transfer Smart Plans
When we switched from a single agent to a team account we lost all smart plans that were being used because they didn't transfer with the contacts. We had to re-create smart plans. What a time and money waster because we were not notified that they dropped
