Can you please make it more obvious when an opportunity is approved for commission (the file is complete) maybe send a notification to the agent AND turn the file a different color or send off confetti......

Is there a way to add a custom graphic into our signature for automated and Bulk Action emails? Branding is a critical aspect of my business plan and not being able to do so creates less value when obtaining capitalization.

Email Notifications for Incoming Twilio Texts
Have the availability to have an email notification for Twilio text messages. Currently you only get a desktop notification, phone notification, and a push notification. Those only work if you are logged into command. The Command app in notorious (at least to me) for logging me out without notice and when this happens there's not a way to know that text messages are coming through. We'd just like the ability to also turn on email notifications.

Should be able to block or mark leads as scam. We get scam emails from the website and all we can do is archive them.

Share Opportunities between Individual Agents
Teams are able to add assignees to opportunities so both agents are able to see the opportunity. Single agents should have the option to add agents in their market center to their opportunities if they are splitting the deal or working as a mentor on the deal. This way the other agent can have access to the whole opportunity and see the documents.

Notes left for MCAs and compliance to or from agents
Notes left for MCAs and compliance to or from agents - place a little "Mark as Unread" - because sometimes I am communicating with an agent as an MCA and check a message sent, and find out it was meant for our compliance person. They miss it because it's no longer indicating there's a message for them.

KW Command should be optimized to be used on a tablet or mobile device.
KW Agents should have full use of their command dashboard on a mobile web version. When using a tablet, we should be able to use the full capability of Command. Example: when working on an opportunity and adding documents, before submitting to compliance, there is an ability to remove or edit uploaded documents if you are on a laptop or a desktop. The command prompt and dropdown menu are there on a mobile device, but it does not respond to a tablet or phone. This feature should work no matter what type of device you are using. Include Team Emails in Email Reports
Teams would like a way to view more detailed email analytics for team members. Say, one agent sends out a SmartPlan through their Team SmartPlan account, the Rainmaker should be able to see those analytics instead of only the emails sent out from their account. Currently, the email metrics will show from that particular account. There is not a team email metrics at the moment. Basically there needs to be a 'Teamified' Reports applet.

Ability to create mailer drip in command similar to mailbox power
Ability to add contacts to a mailer campaign. For example: have a seller lead on a weekly or monthly mailer postcard campaign to stay top of mind. Similar to emails and text. This is just another way to stay in touch physically. Mailbox power is a third party tool that offers this ability but it would be better if I can manage it from command.

Stacking tags on top of each other
I saw this was 'released' but not in the way I would like it. So I sort via a tag like A and W. When I add another tag it expands the search to include the second tag- NOT WHAT I WANT. I want to be able to add another tag that looks at all those A and W tags and only keeps those that also have this second tag, such as Past client, then add another tag reducing my search from under those tags.

Send Neighborhood Nurture via Postcard Campaign
Have the ability to send monthly market update postcards, using the same data as the "Neighborhood Nurture" emails, but in postcard form.
This would allow users to automatically create highly customized mail pieces specific to each individual's neighborhood and address and send them out to whole mailing lists.

Support International Phone Numbers in Commissions for Referrals
Currently, when adding an international referral in the Commissions section, the system does not allow users to input phone numbers with international country codes. It assumes all phone numbers are in a North American format, which results in errors for agents working with international referrals. This enhancement will allow users to add international phone numbers, ensuring proper data entry and improved communication with referral agents.

I would love to see the option to send messages to team/collaborators to chat about a lead without an opportunity or deal; to tag a team member so they get a notification; to keep communications in one place for the team.

Alphabetize Team Member Names in Assignee Field
When updating ownership in a team account, the agents listed are not alphabetical - making it hard to find the agent I need to update the ownership
