To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.

When working in the KW Command Design editor, I’ve noticed that when I set my design text color to white (or any light color), the text in the editor itself also turns white—making it almost impossible to see or edit. It would be really helpful if the editor could default the text color to black or provide a way to make it more readable while editing, regardless of the final design color. This would make it a lot easier to make changes and avoid mistakes when working on marketing pieces. It's a small change that would go a long way…

  2. Add spaces to the phone number when you are viewing the contact from the opportunity.

    Currently you can see spaces in the phone number in the app and on the contact card. When you need to quickly see the phone number in the opportunity it's HARD to read when you need to quickly call.

  3. This Idea would be for both Recruits and Associates. Command has access to the Productive app and it is extremely helpful. Many of our offices use the Command side to run our associates because it has more useful applications such as productive. From a risk, compliance, and productivity standpoint, having PRODUCTIVE in Command MC would be highly beneficial. It can record our calls and have a AI summary of the call uploaded into our contact card with the calander appointments and the tasks that need completed as well as soon to be released email follow up.   4. I’d like to track daily lead generation activities in Command, including dials made, responses (yes/no), appointments set, door knocks, new contacts added, and follow-up touches to ensure consistency in outreach and engagement.

  9. , while we do have support for multiple emails/phones in contacts within Command, API Nation says they be able to sync to the primary fields for emails and phone numbers.

    KW Command currently allows for syncing information to the Primary Email and Primary Phone fields only.

  10. Easier and more efficient tech troubleshooting with remote log in access like Reppert factor. Tech Support feels antiquated to constantly screenshot issues - would be nice to actually have a phone conversation as well as the chat doesn't always translate well when it's technical.

  11. When sending messages via Twilio, the agent would like to insert a letter or template, but this feature appears unavailable. Also, within the SmartPlans timeline, there is no option to delete outdated newsletters.

  12. On the right-hand side of the contact profile, the "Last Time Contacted" field appears empty. Scrolling to the bottom of the page, there is no information about how or when the lead was added—no creation or interaction dates are shown.

  13. Idea: Assignees of Contacts get a Command notification whenever a new note or activity has been added to the contact their assigned to. While beneficial for solo agents, this would also be extremely beneficial for teams and ensure that all assignees of contacts are easily notified when something new happens with a contact their assigned to.

  15. Please add "Assignee" as a column in the Export file. Within the export file, team managers need to know which team member is assigned to a specific contact. Currently, you have to first filter by assignee and then export, which means separate exports for each team member. It'd be more efficient to export all contacts, clean up the file and then sort by an Assignee column. So many other fields are included in Export, why not Assignee?

  16. example: select contact A and B who are linked as spouses with same address and export them. on the export sheet you get the contacts selected and any other contacts that are linked as relationship to contact A or B who have an address. So the user is trying to just get labels for their couples, but then any sons, fathers, cousins, etc of those contacts are exported as well if they have an address. it is exported as a separate label, but it is confusing to agents as they didnt want those people exported. it would make more sense…

  17. Essentially duplicate the existing direct mail campaign process, but partner with a third party company (like scribe) that would print and mail out handwritten letter using their 3d printing technology. So I could upload into Command a copy of a handwritten letter and select who I want it to be sent to, both in and outside of my database, just like how real mailers is currently set up. Then scribe would simply print the message on the selected cards, and mail them to who we have selected. This would be an incredible tool for all database touches and farming.

  18. The Lead Sources ring chart needs to reflect ALL leads for the time period so it matches a Contact find OR the Sources report needs to note that it's only reflecting the TOP 10 sources. It is not clear from just looking at the report right now.

  19. Can we get the Opportunity Name (shadow) in Command to say "Property Address" NOT the Contact Name. The Contact name is ALREADY in there. It makes it impossible to find the Opportunity in Command when it's put in with a Customer/Contact name.
