Allow Minute/Hour Delays between SmartPlan Steps
I would like to suggest adding the ability to set minute and hour delays between steps in SmartPlans. This feature would greatly enhance my marketing outreach by allowing me to send a series of texts with specific delays between each. For example, I could send an initial text upon adding a lead to a SmartPlan, then delay 5 minutes to send a second text, and delay another 3 minutes to send a third text, and so on. Activity tracking work days
Can we please have the work days for the Activity Tracking start on a Monday? It currently starts on Sunday and ends on Saturday, and I believe most of us track activity Monday through Sunday.

Add confetti when an agent submits their commission tab. We have agent's who say they have submitted their commission tab, when they have not. This will allow us to tell them that "unless they see confetti, it hasn't been submitted!"

Show Twilio Unsubscribe Status
As an agent I need to be able to quickly see which of my contacts have unsubscribed from text messages so I can change my approach to communication with them or remove them from other forms of communication. It would be intuitive to have this info located in the Texts & Calls tab of the Reports applet.

Recorded Calls
Would be useful in many ways to integrate recorded phone calls into Command and Command App. This could be useful for having something to go back to, for example if you can't remember what city the client said NOT to look at you can go back to listen, etc. If you are in the car during a call, take notes once you are back at the office. Eliminates that awkward text of not remembering something during the phone call.
This is also useful due to the fact we often find clients saying "you did or did not tell me something"…

Allow Team Members to Edit Team Designs
As of right now there is no way for our team members to edit any designs in the team designs . It would be very helpful to allow only our team members to edit designs thorugh their team account that way we do not have to publish our designs for EVERYONE to see.

Open House Hosting Portal
I'm always seeing agents in my market center looking for open house hosts if they're unable to host their own open house. We have a private Facebook group where people post them, but not everyone has Facebook or is on. I think it would be a great idea to have a portal similar or maybe even built into the Referrals applet where agents can broadcast out an open house of theirs that they're looking for someone to host for them. Ability to Modify Layout of Contact Card
People want to see different contact information when you pull up a contact in Command. My experience developing applications & UI has always been a best practice to have as few clicks or physical interaction/navigation as possible.
To minimize scrolling and see what each agent values as pertinent contact information when the contact is displayed, we should be able to modify the layout of the information on a contact card. For instance, the address is not in view nor is the 'About' section. We should be able to organize the subsections in a contact card.

The ability to pin opportunities to the dashboard. It would be a great feature to be able to see at a glance my active opportunities (further helpful to see those I'm actively working on regardless of whether they are buyer or seller). Currently I have to keep a running list in another program.
