To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.

  1. Can we please have the work days for the Activity Tracking start on a Monday? It currently starts on Sunday and ends on Saturday, and I believe most of us track activity Monday through Sunday.

    Here are some issues that need to be resolved / addressed

    1) We should be able to just pull up and address - there is no need to sync this always come about with errors - why does listing agent have to claim? it should auto sync? Cause of delay in making "greensheets" and commissions when I have to wait for listing agent to claim in their emails

    2) messages for TC should go to me not the agent - so that we can upload files in a timely manner - the forward…

  4. When submitting documents in the Opportunities section and you have to add a lot of documents that might not be listed by the broker, you have to click "Add Document". Once the document is added it drops you to the bottom of the screen where the document was added so then you have to scroll all the way back to the top of the screen to add another new document.   5. Frustrating. It should go back to where you were before. Scrolling up to the top wastes my time as I have to scroll back down and remember where I was.

  6. When I'm starting an opportunity, don't make the commission rate required. On listings, the value hasn't been established, and with buyers we don't have a budget yet.

  7. I love the newsletter in command however when I make my contact list and make certain tags, I noticed this time around that anyone new that I added to command or tagged, wasn't included in the newsletter when I sent it out.

  9. Currently, command mobile only sends out a task summary push notification for the day. Example: "You have 5 tasks due today and 10 tasks overdue"....

    Would love to have a task push notification go out for individual tasks that are due by a specific time. Example: "Send Bob a confirmation call/text to confirm your meeting at 2:30pm today. Due at 10am"

  10. Being able to collaborate with an associate in the office even when you are not a team. We have a lot of solo agents who collaborate with other agents on luxury, commercial, or land listings that the solo agent might not have the education about

  12. When marking multiple tasks as complete, it takes a moment to load before you can mark the next task as complete. I should be able to mark tasks as complete faster that 1 every 10 secs without being forced to use the bulk task action. This is an issue I’ve experienced with the app and the web-based platform.

  14. Is it possible to make accommodations for disabled users? Specifically thinking about dictation in the notes fields (I am dealing with arthritis in my hands) but I’m sure there are others that could use that kind of option

  16. You currently have a filter for date created, but I can only search greater than or less than. I would like to search dated created =. This would allow me to search by year or possibly month and year.

  17. It's impossible to make a new email look right because there is excess white space on both sides. The current templated designs don't have that but they are non-editable. Please help, because it looks terrible in an inbox and makes it much harder to read on a smartphone. Thank you!

  19. The tasks for an opportuinty displays on iPhone alphabetically ordered. Which is wrong. They should be in the chronological order as on the desktop computer (Chrome). When I am displaying them on my computer (Chrome), they are in their correct chronological order.

    I want the chronological order of tasks also on iPhone. It's very annoying and confusing as tasks loose their chronological order. Could you please fix it?

When you send an email (designs coming soon) or text message to many contacts from the Contacts applet using the "Actions" dropdown, it can be difficult to recall a text message you sent and the list of agents you sent to. Or what particular email you sent and to what list of contacts. I understand that you can see this from the contact record 1 by 1. However, a consolidated view of these sent messages and stats for the emails would be a game changer. Also, when someone replies to one of these messages (or another Command email sent from…
