To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Shortly after the security breach it seems recaptcha v2 was deployed. I believe v3 would be a much more user friendly and more secure method to confirm a user is not a bot.

    Also, I just received probably the most jenky MFA I've ever seen in which the system challenged me for a code it had emails to my recovery email. In this day and age of authenticator apps and tokens I would much prefer something that was actually secure rather than relying on SMTP and the delay of emails.   2. We need the ability to recommend changes to current neighborhoods as well as recommend the addition of new neighborhoods directly. In my area (Maui, Hawaii) I have found 7-8 different instances of neighborhood lines now being drawn correctly to include all housing in the area, as well as certain residential areas not included in neighborhoods at all. Allow command users to request changes to neighborhoods and then push these requests to the leadership team in that market center. This could be easily overseen by local MCTTs.

  8. Agent would like to mass update contacts via a CSV tag import, as he considers it would be a very helpful feature to have as it would save a lot of time, different than bulk tagging from bulk action menu.

  10. I had a few suggestions based on both my experience and feedback from clients:

    Map Placement: Would it be possible to move the area map and the “similar properties” section higher up in the listing description? Right now, they're placed all the way at the bottom, which can be a bit confusing—especially with the other map showing the specific neighborhood.

    Map Consolidation: If there's a way to combine both maps into a single, more streamlined view, that would be incredibly helpful and improve the user experience.

  11. Whenever a client unsubscribes from an email, they unsubscribe from "all email communication." Is there a way we can provide a way for clients to opt out of specific communication (campaign lists, smart plans, etc.) or all communication altogether or allow the person in our database to reach out to us specifically to adjust their communication preferences before deciding to unsubscribe?

    I've had clients unsubscribe from newsletters, but would still like to get property notifications, or vice versa.

    This could help us reduce our unsubscribe rates on email campaigns, and improve client/agent satisfaction.

  14. Idea for Development: Help Icon Standardization

    Implement a “question mark in a circle” icon next to all form fields, especially those marked as required (*), to provide users with clear, accessible tooltips. This icon is widely recognized as a symbol for help or additional information.

    For example, on the Create Opportunity form, the Opportunity Type field could use a help icon that explains the dropdown options. Adding consistent help icons across all forms will improve usability, reduce user confusion, and enhance the overall user experience.

Recently, I submitted a support ticket on this issue where contacts in my team account are directly texting me a question to my twilio number (because I had them save it as a direct form of contact), and it is creating a new contact in my personal command with the phone # as the name. Then, I have to go search the phone # in my team account to see who it is. I have to copy/paste the text I received from them into a timeline note, and then text them back from the team account to keep it in…

  20. It would be great if our agents could incorporate .gif files into their email designs easily via the image. We have agents in our market that like the animation gif that their brokerage offers.

    The added movement makes the piece seem more engaging rather than static, especially for video previews.
