  1. when a contact signs up on your website for a free home valuation they are automatically entered into our crm. The property address they entered doesn't get added to the contact. Can this be added automatically so we don't have to go back in and update or forget?

  2. An agent wants to create a smartplan on a team account, and will need enhanced/unlimited permissions, but that will also let the agent see all the team owned contacts

    Agent reporting the feedback wants to be able to limit the agent that have enhanced/unlimited permissions to not being able to see all the team owned contacts but still being able to create smartplans

  3. I am reaching out to express my serious concern regarding the new requirement to pre-approve URLs in all emails and texts. While I understand the importance of ensuring system security and preventing phishing, requiring us to manually pre-approve URLs in every communication is an impractical and unsustainable approach. This workaround is, frankly, a disruption to our business processes and an unreasonable expectation for users in the long term.

    The need for security is essential, but this measure places an undue burden on us that hinders productivity and undermines our ability to use the CRM effectively. We expect our CRM provider…

  4. I wanted to share some feedback regarding the sorting functionality in Contacts, specifically related to customized columns.

    In our workflow, we use a custom field to track some particular data for our contacts. However, I noticed that custom fields do not support sorting as we add them into the customize columns, unlike the built-in columns like "last contacted", "primary email/phone", which automatically allow sorting by clicking on the column header. I experimented with various custom field types (Text Field, Date, Number, etc.), but none enabled sorting.

  6. A large proportion of listings in our area are held under a trust or other legal entity. It would be great if, instead of doing a 'workaround' there were a field in the docusign details to enter the name of the entity buyer or seller so it could map and populate the corresponding field on the legal documents.

  10. Currently, our Direct Mail Campaigns don't merge spouses when sending postcards, meaning each individual contact is sent a postcard, which significantly increases costs for larger mailings. We should have the ability to upload our own mailing labels (which we can create and have linked spouses merged onto one label) so that multiple postcards aren't sent to the same address.

  11. I like to send certain emails to my clients at different stages of the transaction including "Congratulations, you're under contract" with a list of dates, next steps, and explanations as soon as an offer is accepted. Then another email after the option period, reminders, etc. I have these saved in my gmail as a template now, but would love to see the ability to send the template (saved in command/opportunities) pull the key dates, property address, and client names when filling the email templates.

  12. Maybe this is there somewhere and I missed it, but I'm entering a new contact in Command and trying to put in the person's extension at their work phone number and don't see where to do this.

  13. It would be nice to attach the information sheets that contacts fill out to their contact card within command. The reason is then you would not have to keep the paper and still have it attached to the person directly and in one system so that you could open the attachment to reference rather than having to find a hard copy of paperwork that they filled out at either a buy or sell consult when they signed contract.

  16. There's no way to remove smarplans in bulk from specific contacts. We have a team of agents that use the team command and one of our agents wants one of the smartplans removed from his team contacts but the only option is to do it one by one (there's over 2,000) or remove the smartplan for all the agents team contacts, which is not a real option. Thank you!

  17. Being able to run a report for each smart plan email that is sent to see who un-subscribing from what plan, or who has opened each email. We are sending multiple emails for different plans, and it would be nice to be able to pull a report for each smart plan email that was sent within a particular smart plan!

  19. When using the the split and attach feature I want the ability to search for the item rather than scrolling through the list of items to add the doc to. Also within the split and attach option I would like the option to add a new doc to the checklist.
