  1. Please use the Military information label in a way any office can see who is or not affiliated.

    WE would like to have a report about this, something like (Military status) Active/inactive and if active, try to show the name of any of those 8 statuses on website settings!

  3. A discrepancy has been identified in the "Top Associates Report" where Solo Agents are being misclassified. This occurs when a Solo Agent is configured as a "Team" within the Team Management system, despite the team's only other member(s) being an Unlicensed Admin. As a result, the reporting tool incorrectly places these individuals under the "Teams" or "Groups" category, rather than classifying them as "Solo Agents."

    This misclassification appears to stem from a lack of seamless data integration between the Reporting Tool and the Team Management system. The reporting logic currently identifies an agent as part of a team solely based…

  4. Limit Month End Close to MCA & AMCA ONLY. Having the button available for anyone with MC Leader status is a HUGE risk. Please "gray out" the button for all other leadership roles.

  5. Advanced filters like have been added to personal command are needed.
    Such as:
    Smart Plan > includes > choose from smartplans
    Smart Plan > excludes > choose from smartplans

    Last contact, last updated, created, lead source, tags, etc. All available with the includes, excludes, none, etc

  6. Seeing property types & subtypes in reports is very helpful! Although, the way commercial is being tracked has really skewed unit & volume measurement.
    Depending on the type of transaction, some commercial properties are measured by square footage not units. In this case, the Square Footage is populating into the UNITS portion of Reports. It makes tracking volume & units accurately really difficult. I would like to see that value moved to its own column at the least. Although, there is an opportunity for specific commercial reports, too!

  7. Top Down Reports Have Incorrect Email Addresses: Top 20% Report does NOT download the correct email address for the agent. So, they do not see important emails. It does NOT pull from their preferred email address in their KW profile. Instead, it just uses their KW email, which many of them do not check. Please align the top down reports with the email the agents are asking to be used in their profile.

  8. We have agents who have completed the joining portal and full onboarding through the new system, and have left for one reason or another. When they return, their checklist items are all completed and to uncheck them, it needs to be done manually one-by-one. It would be nice to have a Remove/Delete all and then be able to add new checklists incase items have changed on checklists since the associate was here last.

  9. It would make it a lot easier to have their production within their profile. Our agents sometimes have a quick question regarding their DA and to be more efficient instead of having to search for the property in transactions for an immediate answer, it would be amazing to have it accessible right in their profile. This could also help if an agent may need another copy or simply a breakdown of their production so they can track it as well.

  10. I would love to see a prompt when you close the month asking if your appointment numbers are correct before actually closing the month. All other sections - # of contracts, listings, agent count, CO$ - they all tie back to something else but appointments do not. I miss being able to double check that part like Winmore used to ask us.

  11. We utilize this area to indicate breakdown of commissions and transaction fees or concessions since it is not detailed on the CDA itself and only lists the adjusted GCI.

    In addition, we would like to NOW be able to indicate if the Seller, Buyer, or combination of both are paying said commission.

    Having this in the comments, rather than adding them separately after printing the pdf ensures this information stays with the CDA in the event it is revised.

  13. Remove the 3 auto filters in place in the Compliance Applet. We can add in filters we want when searching. When we forget and clear filters, then we have to re-search everything.

  14. When searching opportunities through Compliance Applet, I would also like to see the status of the commission request. Is it submitted, opened, terminated?
    We still have to go through full opportunity or search multiple times for one transactions to find if it's fully compliant.

  15. In our region, we have alot of Mega groups - think 30+ people. I have in my MCs a bunch of smaller groups (under 10 people) that do impressive numbers but they will never get recognized for awards because the mega teams just outproduce them significantly. I'd like to see us filter our groups based on agent count of the team so that the smaller groups can get some recognition as well.

  16. Reports before the switch.
    The MCA was able to see the financials from other market centers in KW and now that report is gone. Allowing access to the financials of all the Market Centers provides transparency and it allows the MCA the ability be able to compare their Market Center with other similar make Market Centers.

  18. When an MCA edits something in a commission request, upon clicking save the commission request is automatically approved. I need to be able to make edits before agents click the final approval. Like for adding a wire fee or a private deduction etc.

    There is still a MAJOR need for agents to be able to review commission requests and submit prior to an edit of an MCA or AMCA.

  19. is there a way in command mc to see how many of our agents run campaigns? and how many campaigns they run? the vital signs report does not have it so just wondering if there's another way

  20. Add Teams Rank Metric in Rankings Within Market Center report. The report currently combines teams and groups into one. The existing Rankings Within Market Center report in MyKW allows you to choose from Individuals, Individual Teams, Teams, and Groups. The migrated report omits Teams (Non-Individual).
