I second this, I would love to be able to see the columns most important to me in my account.

Even if we didn't have a push notification, but even where the card was updated and if we could pull a report on agent who have unsubscribed.

This is important as it can add a lot of unnecessary clicks.

I agree this is so important. It can be so hard to read old notes you wrote when following up with clients or recruits before an appointment

Where would you expect to see these custom fields in the Associate record? Would it be on a specific tab, on the left sidebar, etc? Where would you set up these custom fields (ex: in the Admin Applet)? Who would be allowed to create and edit these custom fields? Would they need to be marked as required?
Please let us know so that we can work on ideating this for you!

I totally agree that this is needed. I would expect to see it it in the same place in the cards that the agents have under general information on the left sidebar. I think setting up the custom fields could be completed in the admin applet. I think only the OP should be allowed to set them up if deleting them would not be possible in the future as tags are not able to be deleted by old employees. I think anyone should be able to fill out the custom fields or add "new" field selections. Being marked as required would be nice, but not necessary and it would be nice if we could mark them to add to onboarding profile. Searching these fields and using inclusion and exclusion filters including sort would be critical.

I’d love to see an option in CommandMC to remove assignees en masse. Ideally, there would also be a prompt during leadership offboarding that offers to either remove their assignments or transfer them to a new leader. I understand some market centers might want to keep those relationships intact for follow-up or reassignment, so having flexible options—like transferring to a current TL or choosing which assignees to retain—would be incredibly helpful.
The problem I’m trying to solve is that former leaders, even those no longer with the brokerage or now at competing firms, are still showing up as assignees. This creates confusion about who’s responsible for which contacts and tasks. On top of that, when a long name is listed, it can visually hide the names of other assigned users, making it harder to quickly identify ownership. There’s also no way to filter or sort by assignee who have left leadership positions, just the current leadership roster can be filtered, so the cleanup becomes a manual, repetitive task.
I solved this by having my VA manually click into each record, edit, save, and repeat—but across thousands of contacts, it was very time consuming. A batch action tool or even just filter functionality would go a long way.
In my case, I manage three market centers with a over 10,000 recruits and we aren't a large market. This issue affects all of them, and right now, the only way to stay on top of it is with hours of tedious manual work. Streamlining this process would be a huge time-saver and would improve clarity and data accuracy across the board.
