Hide System Lead Sources
Currently we have over 100 system lead sources, some of which are not applicable to many agents' businesses.
It would be great to be able to hide the system created lead sources from showing up as an option in the pick list when entering a new contact.

Provide continued access to profit share reports for retired agents who don't have access to Command when reports move from MY KW
Profit share reports are now maintained on My KW. Since Retirees don't have access to Command, they will need another way to access this information when reports move over to Command.

Add the ability to use Facebook (Meta) Pixel
Most of us run ads on Facebook as well as Google.
Pixel is Facebook's version of an ad tracking/conversion tool.
Google ads tend to be more expensive than Facebook ads.
Facebook is great for building awareness. Our clients need a way to start building a relationship with us BEFORE they ever speak with us.

settings for saved search
when creating a saved search for a contact, would be handy if there was a way to change the default settings. like on the options for property type - default is all 10 types, I would like to be able to change that so I dont have to uncheck 9 types every time.

Filtering Options When Viewing Ad/Program Analytics
Having more options to filter the statistics that are reported from Command on the ads/programs that are ran. I noticed that on a "Dynamic Ads for Real Estate" program we have that renews each month, it adds ALL the analytics from the start of the ad and keeps adding to it. When the ad renews each month, it would be helpful to have a way to filter the stats so I can see what happens on a monthly basis.

Ability to change the Opportunity type and or Envelope type
Quite often a Buyer may change from considering buying resale to buying new construction and vice versa. Would be nice to have the ability to change between those 2 options for a Buyer Opportunity. Unfortunate that not only in Command but also DocuSign, you have to start from scratch (versus being able to tie a new Opportunity to an existing Envelope). Challenging that both sides have to be created again.

When in designs be able to change the red color to your brand color
When using a template such as open house be able to change the red to our brand color we have saved in assets automatically. I don't even see a pencil to edit the color on these.

We need to have the board 'My Profit Share' removed from the homepage.

Daily Tracker Report from Contacts Activity Log
Since we already have places in command to log activities for each contact, is there a way to collect that information into a daily tracker? Tracking the daily activities would help with identifying the 20% activities and help agents with accountability. Seamlessly providing this information when an activity is logged in the CRM for an individual, would provide more complete record keeping as well as necessary documentation. You can't manage what you don't track.

Discussion on mobile app
Have the capability to have discussions within the command app. This feature would allow agents to communicate with the team in real-time and eliminate a third-party app like google chat while allowing all communication to stay within the command.

Emails in campaigns from Designated Agent
Take the feature from smart plans of selecting who the communication comes from in campaign emails. This will ensure a better open rate and fewer clients unsubscribing from the email.

Adding SmartView contact groups to contact link search in task creation
Currently when creating a task in command you have to search for every individual contact you want to add/link to that task. Thereby creating additional work when you want to add, let's say, a follow up task for a large group of contacts. Adding Smart Views/searchable tags in the contacts link search bar within the task creation dialog would save lots of time when assigning tasks to larger groups. Checkbox or user setting to change previous charitable donation decision
We need an option or checkbox somewhere in the Offers & Commissions interface to allow changes after someone has checked the "Do not show me this again" box on charitable donations. Some agents have had that checked by admins that are no longer here and are having to remove donations they never wanted to make every single time. It is wild that I was told there was no fix/no solution to this issue by support.

Opportunities that do not close
There is a option for all phases of an opportunity that goes through a normal transaction but not a drop down for an opportunity that busted. We can select lost opportunity but in the property details it still shows active. Unless I am doing something wrong???
2 votesHi there! The opportunity should no longer show in the active stage once it is marked as lost. You may be missing the step to save that you marked it as lost. Here is an article that can walk you through how to do it on mobile.

OPEN HOUSE LISTINGS & SIGN-UP DATABASE
An open house database will allow opportunities for agents to upload their listings for available open house opportunities and in turn will allow other agents to request hosting an open house.
This update will allow both opportunities to be housed on one platform.

Push Through Notification on CELL for Incoming Text Message responses to Twilio via Command touches
more than once a contact has replied to a text sent through Twilio. These need to have push through notification as I cannot manually check every platform I have in real time throughout the day. An incoming text from contact is a special, very convertible, kind of hand raise when response time is rapid. Market leader, realtor.com. zillow, etc all ping me with push through notifications on my CELL when important activity like this takes place. I need command to have this function.
