To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.

  1. The only place to review replies/calls from Twilio is under notifications. It would be helpful to have an inbox for all Twilio text messages/calls.

  2. In "Reports / Reports" Allow the option to choose a custom range of dates, or rolling 12 mo, 6mo, etc! This has caused several agents and teams some grief when trying to generate specific reports.

  3. As an agent I need to be able to quickly see which of my contacts have unsubscribed from text messages so I can change my approach to communication with them or remove them from other forms of communication. It would be intuitive to have this info located in the Texts & Calls tab of the Reports applet.

  5. Would be useful in many ways to integrate recorded phone calls into Command and Command App. This could be useful for having something to go back to, for example if you can't remember what city the client said NOT to look at you can go back to listen, etc. If you are in the car during a call, take notes once you are back at the office. Eliminates that awkward text of not remembering something during the phone call.

    This is also useful due to the fact we often find clients saying "you did or did not tell me something"…

  6. Agent would like to mass update contacts via a CSV tag import, as he considers it would be a very helpful feature to have as it would save a lot of time, different than bulk tagging from bulk action menu.

  7. As of right now there is no way for our team members to edit any designs in the team designs . It would be very helpful to allow only our team members to edit designs thorugh their team account that way we do not have to publish our designs for EVERYONE to see.

  10. People want to see different contact information when you pull up a contact in Command. My experience developing applications & UI has always been a best practice to have as few clicks or physical interaction/navigation as possible.

    To minimize scrolling and see what each agent values as pertinent contact information when the contact is displayed, we should be able to modify the layout of the information on a contact card. For instance, the address is not in view nor is the 'About' section. We should be able to organize the subsections in a contact card.

  12. The ability to pin opportunities to the dashboard. It would be a great feature to be able to see at a glance my active opportunities (further helpful to see those I'm actively working on regardless of whether they are buyer or seller). Currently I have to keep a running list in another program.

  19. A good opportunity for improvement would be for the original price to be registered only after the property is sent for approval by the MCA, because sometimes while the property is still in draft form, the price can be adjusted before being sent for approval, but just by making these small adjustments, the property starts to be advertised with a price variation.

  20. Currently, there is no system-generated reminder or required action to enter contractual dates and listing details into an Opportunity when a listing becomes Active or moves Under Contract. This can cause Smart Due Dates in the checklist and stages to not function properly if the "Agreement Won" date or other key dates (e.g., listing agreement date, contract deadlines) are missing.
