To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Create a Lead Parsing Email which is a unique entity separate from our normal command email like the separate emails that third party lead generation softwares provide. This would allow us to plug in our parsing email which would directly connect our lead generation from Zillow, Google ads, Homes.com, etc, and put it into our contacts in command instead of us doing it manually every time.

  2. I want to be able to archive, change, or delete referrals that I receive or send. Sometimes, the receiving agent leaves KW and does not close a referral after the closing, or the client chooses another option. Being able to clean up my referral page will be most helpful. It causes anxiety for me to see all of the referrals that are either closed, expired, or should just be updated and deleted.

  3. The associate does not want rental numbers included in their average deal sized for their referral profile.

  4. Update all forms fields to allow for FOUR buyers , versus two that we now have, to match same quantity as contracts. When completing forms in DocuSign the fields don't match the amount of buyers. Also the contact information can't be linked back to command. This prevents the proper history being updated.

    It's just too much unnecessary manual work when we already have a system created to do just that.

    Adding TWO additional blocks to add Buyers will improve accuracy, time, transaction history and allow for clean process.

  5. When a loop is imported into command, all forms within the loop are placed into a custom folder. However, If forms are added to a loop after it has been imported into Command, those new forms will not be automatically included in the original custom folder. We would like the forms that were added to the loop after the import to automatically get added to the existing custom folder.

  6. It will be helpfull to be able to edit how often de client updates are send, and also be able to add for example how many views or visits the leasing have had in for example the last month, show the results to our clients and not the tasks that we have done.

  7. Add 'Cash' as a selectable value for 'Finance Type' in Opportunity Details. Currently, selecting 'None' results in two dashes being displayed. This can be confused with the data have potentially been omitted, rather than a clear statement of 'This Buyer intends to use cash', which is an important detail.

  8. It would be extremely helpful if our opportunity dashboard for compliance requests included the expiration date of a listing agreement or buyer representation agreement. We just went through the very tedious process of archiving over a thousand opportunities from the compliance dashboard, many of which were listings that did not sell or buyers that did not buy. The only way to do this was to open each opportunity and re-open the documents. We have a submission date and an est. closing date....can we get an expiration date added so we can archive expired opportunities faster?

  9. Agent wants to have a label or any space in the contacts to add a business card, this to be able to identify and read the business card more easily inside command > contacts

  11. At the very least the Phone Type should be allowed to filter so that we can create Text list for Mobile Phones

  14. The ability to download all documents from an opportunity to a single PDF file is useful and should be implemented.
    We should have the ability to choose individual files, or a combined PDF.

  15. Having a Lost Opportunity Reflect that when in a contacts Opportunities with out having to go into the Opportunites. Example we have a buyer who was purchasing a town home that got to the stage Contingent and Phase Under Contract. How ever it did not go through. We have tagged it as Lost Oppotunities. However if we go into the contacts Opps Tab it still shows Stage Contingent and Phase under contract. It should show there it is a lost Opportunity without having to go in Opportunity.

  18. Agent would like to mass update contacts via a CSV tag import, as he considers it would be a very helpful feature to have as it would save a lot of time, different than bulk tagging from bulk action menu.

  19. We need the ability to merge two contacts that both have agent site connections. If a client creates a new account on the agent site or app after they already have an existing agent site connection, it creates a duplicate contact that cannot currently be merged. We need the ability to merge these duplicate agent site connections when they occur.
