Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.

  3. Digital Business Card - Ability to add profile picture from Marketing Profile

    For the QR code in the Command app for the digital business card, I would love to see the ability to add your profile picture into this business card that is in your Marketing Profile to make it look more professional or the ability to customize what details you do/don't want on the business card.

  6. Sort Contacts by Last Personal Contact

    I’d like to pull my contacts list sorted by least recently contacted. But I want this to be by personal contacts/reachouts (texts or calling) but not marketing emails. So if I sent a marketing email last Thursday and I sort my contacts by last contacted, everyone shows last Thursday since I sent a marketing email. But I just wanted it to show when I personally contacted them. The reason this would be helpful is I can easily pull my list of contacts based on those who I haven’t made a personal connection recently and then prioritize who to reach out…

  9. Improve Data Sync from MLS to Listings Applet

    Easy button would collect data that is already in Command/the KWLS to save time on back and forth between Agents and Support. Ex. If their listing has been Active on the MLS for less than 24 hours, messaging indicates to allow up to 24 hours for changes to sync with KWLS. If the listing has been Active on the MLS for 24+ hours and there are still no photos detected, Listing applet has an easy button next to the listing to submit a ZD ticket to Support with MLS/listing details/List Agent details to kicks tart investigating the missing photos.     Team owned contacts can not be changed quickly to a new owner instead it's a 1 by 1. This is most commonly seen when contacts are uploaded incorrectly

  13. Create a drive/document database for MC Leadership to easily communicate to agents

    Google drive is great, but in our company's endeavor to make Command our one-stop-shop for all things relevant to our business, the ability to very easily point towards an applet or homescreen card that acts as a database for important documents or information will make coordination and ease of access much better for Market Centers.

    Tenant need to have a consult like the Buyer. Tenants can be represented and we need to have that paperwork done and recorded before a going under contract with a lease.

  15. Auto-Match Listings to Buyers' Criteria

    Ability to enter an MLS number for a new listing into a search feature that will locate anyone in your database that meets that criteria (has searched for similar properties on your website, etc.)

  17. Share Opportunities between Individual Agents

    Teams are able to add assignees to opportunities so both agents are able to see the opportunity. Single agents should have the option to add agents in their market center to their opportunities if they are splitting the deal or working as a mentor on the deal. This way the other agent can have access to the whole opportunity and see the documents.

    The ability to download all documents from an opportunity to a single PDF file is useful and should be implemented.

  20. KW Command should be optimized to be used on a tablet or mobile device.

    KW Agents should have full use of their command dashboard on a mobile web version. When using a tablet, we should be able to use the full capability of Command. Example: when working on an opportunity and adding documents, before submitting to compliance, there is an ability to remove or edit uploaded documents if you are on a laptop or a desktop. The command prompt and dropdown menu are there on a mobile device, but it does not respond to a tablet or phone. This feature should work no matter what type of device you are using.
