To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. We had a great interactive buyer / seller guide on our previous sites experience. With the new website upgrades, we only have a small sample of the buyer's guide, in blog post format.

    I don't want my customers to have to read each individual blog post, when the previous card template worked great and was fully customizable. KW should consider building a pre-made template or site page we can install on our new sites.

When you send an email (designs coming soon) or text message to many contacts from the Contacts applet using the "Actions" dropdown, it can be difficult to recall a text message you sent and the list of agents you sent to. Or what particular email you sent and to what list of contacts. I understand that you can see this from the contact record 1 by 1.   3. In the Compass CRM they have a photographer portal that allows agents to invite their photographer into their ecosystem that lets them upload all the photos and content that they hired them for. The photos/content (floor plans, videos, etc.) get uploaded directly into the agents CRM and begins automating marketing and designs well before the listing is even active. (Paid ads, flyers, social posts etc.)

    This gets the listing marketing rolling much earlier instead of waiting until the listing is active on the MLS.

    The feature also is convenient for photographers as it allows them to have one single account…

  4. Please add in an i icon to the Kelle Guide for Setting Goals on what Cost of Sales & expenses are! This helps agents who have not read MREA or taking Business Planning Clinic understand these fields better to then configure those amounts to complete the Kelle Guide faster.

  5. No matter which side of the transaction they are on, allow agents to download their own DA's from opportunities.

    If the agent is on a team, allow the rainmaker to control what data a team members sees when they download their own DA.

  6. KWW agents want to see the currency in the Opportunities applet reflect as their country's respective currency rather than USD.

    In this case, for the Philippines, they want to see it reflect as peso.

  7. We need to be able to create a Landing Page with a Form. When a lead fills out the form, they are added to an email list for Campaigns.

  9. On the DA it lists an agents name , not their LLC Name (like we had in Winmore).
    Agents created these LLC's to be paid to and Title will cut the check to what is listed on the DA. Please change the name in the DA to the LLC Name so the checks from title are written correctly.

  11. At current, it seems that KW emails do not have access to Google Ads. I believe that this access would be beneficial for agents, as it would allow another avenue for advertising. I suggest that this option become available through one's KW email.

  12. I am reaching out to express my serious concern regarding the new requirement to pre-approve URLs in all emails and texts. While I understand the importance of ensuring system security and preventing phishing, requiring us to manually pre-approve URLs in every communication is an impractical and unsustainable approach. This workaround is, frankly, a disruption to our business processes and an unreasonable expectation for users in the long term.

    The need for security is essential, but this measure places an undue burden on us that hinders productivity and undermines our ability to use the CRM effectively. We expect our CRM provider…

  13. I wanted to share some feedback regarding the sorting functionality in Contacts, specifically related to customized columns.

    In our workflow, we use a custom field to track some particular data for our contacts. However, I noticed that custom fields do not support sorting as we add them into the customize columns, unlike the built-in columns like "last contacted", "primary email/phone", which automatically allow sorting by clicking on the column header. I experimented with various custom field types (Text Field, Date, Number, etc.), but none enabled sorting.

  16. When looking at the results of an email campaign, they are listed in no particular order and there is no way to sort or search the results. If an agent needs to search to see if a Contact either received or opened an email, one must scroll through the entire list and manually search. Not time efficient and there is no reason it should be so time intensive to search for results for a contact. Timeline does not include the email nor any indication if opened. This should be basic functionality, not a feature request.

  20. currently, the monthly neighborhood snapshot Smart Plan (a KW developed Smart Plan) provides both a header and footer, but the format is not professionally presented and is not adjustable.
