To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. It would be beneficial to have a column in contacts under "tasks" and sort by the due date. It would also help to see what contacts already have tasks and which contacts marked as a lead need a task.

  3. On the back end, when an agent designation changes, they shouldn't need to re-upload all their opportunities in order to be in compliance. There needs to be a way to port them over in their entirety.

  5. The ability to pin opportunities to the dashboard. It would be a great feature to be able to see at a glance my active opportunities (further helpful to see those I'm actively working on regardless of whether they are buyer or seller). Currently I have to keep a running list in another program.

  7. When submitting documents in the Opportunities section and you have to add a lot of documents that might not be listed by the broker, you have to click "Add Document". Once the document is added it drops you to the bottom of the screen where the document was added so then you have to scroll all the way back to the top of the screen to add another new document.   8. The text color on the pages is light grey on white and is difficult to read. Should be able to change the color of the texts on pages.

  9. Increase the column width of the Smart Plan Name and decrease the width of the other columns. more characters or space is needed to see the full name of the smarptlans. The other columns like date need less space.

  11. So we are able to create tasks linked to an opportunity and make it repeating, however we are unable to make a repeating checklist task through the Opportunity Stages & Checklists customization. It would be helpful in particular for the Cultivate phase to have a repeating follow up call task that automatically is created to keep in touch with potential future listings/buyers, rather than having to create a task for every new opportunity in the Cultivate phase.

  12. When an agent is using the activity tracker they log their set and held appointments but the Reports activity lumps this into one number as the sum. I would like to see each metric reported in the Reports>> activity for day, week, and month

  15. It's impossible to make a new email look right because there is excess white space on both sides. The current templated designs don't have that but they are non-editable. Please help, because it looks terrible in an inbox and makes it much harder to read on a smartphone. Thank you!

  17. Under the old system, agents could put in a dollar amount for commissions if they wished, and Command would do the math for them. Since moving to transactions, our agents are forced to input a percentage, which doesn't always match up perfectly with the flat fee they've agreed to. They're left reaching out to leadership and asking us to change it, which takes up time and resources that previously weren't necessary.

  18. The tasks for an opportuinty displays on iPhone alphabetically ordered. Which is wrong. They should be in the chronological order as on the desktop computer (Chrome). When I am displaying them on my computer (Chrome), they are in their correct chronological order.

    I want the chronological order of tasks also on iPhone. It's very annoying and confusing as tasks loose their chronological order. Could you please fix it?

  19. having a kanban visualization model, thus being able to visually identify which phase of the funnel the customer is actually in, this way we will be able to monitor the customer with greater precision.

  20. When a contact replies with a sentence explaining why they want to stop, then it does not recognize the request to unsubscribe because it is not a single word "stop". I reply asking contact to reply with just the single word "stop". Not all do this so I need a way to unsubscribe them manually to ensure I don't send communication inadvertantly
