Multi Select Tasks
When I have more than 1 task, and I am able to complete one current or past due task, I ought to be able to multi select other past due tasks and either mark them complete or archive them.

Filter by tag in reports
We are able to tag associates. However, I want to be able to pull a report based on a specific tag. Add 'Tag' as a filter in the reports applet.

In addition to the property address, please add the ability to add the parcel number.
In addition to the property address, please add the ability to add the parcel number. Some addresses may have multiple parcel numbers. I primarily work with vacant land and this would be a huge help.

Task list defaults to first unchecked task
Have the task list go directly to the next unchecked task. TCs are opening the task list within opportunities and having to scroll all the way down to where their next task it. Either compress the accordion view on all sections are autoscroll to the first undone task.

adjusting task date
context of readjusting old and outdated tasks i will typically open the task and simply readjust the date to a future date. the date window (within the task) needs to have a "fixed display". as an example, i have a jan 2025 task and I want to edit it for jan 2026. to scroll the dates with an arrow while the "date window" jumps up and down depending on the sizing is extremely frustrating and slow. ideally, you could type a date in or at least have a fixed window for the "arrow" just for quick key entry. small issue,…

condense contact card, less white space
Currently to find information about contacts you need to scroll to see information.
While the email and phone number are visible, things like the description, mailing address, and other information could be included by eliminating much of the white space that is being allocated to separate information.Doing this allows users to get all information at a glance, making the system more efficient.

Respond to MC comments in the documents
I want to be able to respond directly to the comments, in the document section of an opportunity. When we as agents can only make a general comment, and not respond directly to their comments on a specific document our response gets lost, often I respond multiple times, then have to email the team and our Broker before its addresses. Even when I @tag a person.

Notify clients from deactivation - unsubscribe
were unable to unsubscribe from the monthly neighborhood alerts. While I was able to manually do this for them, I wanted to alert KW that there seems to be an issue with the unsubscribe option on those monthly emails. I don't need any further support (just passing along this info for the tech team). Thanks so much, Jil

The mailing addresses of contacts with Township or Village in the address is does not come up correctly. It just lists the street, state and zip code. No city.

Adding Interactions: Outcome Details
In Associates Command, adding an Interaction Activity: no can select an outcome compared to CommandMC = you can select the outcome: answered, no answer, left voicemail, etc. Support said this feature is not available in associates Command, only for CommandMC : However, in the standard Command platform used by associates, these specific interaction outcome options are not available. The functionality in CommandMC is tailored for Market Center leadership to manage and track interactions more comprehensively, which may not be mirrored in the associate-facing Command platform.
