Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Currently numbers appear +14251239876 adding a dash (ie: +1 425-123-9876) to separate the numbers would decrease eye strain and improve readability.

  2. Please add something in KW command where we can run paid campaigns on YouTube. I think the following options would maximize the benefit.

    1. Give the agents options to upload a list of prospective clients they would like to advertise to, or have an option for command to use the YouTube algorithm to target prospective clients.
    2. Provide options for the agents where viewers to skip the ad after a certain amount of time or watch the entire ad.
    3. Give agents the option to have the ad run prior to the video the consumer wants to watch, or if the ad will…

It is very important that a client (potential seller) receives a bi-weekly neighborhood Nurture including Active, Pending and SOLD properties in order to they have an idea how is the market regarding the last sold similar properties an make a quicker decision selling their units. Only Active and Pending unit are shown. Please see attached the screenshots.

  5. Our MC requires photo ID of all parties involved in the transaction. 99.9% of the time, we receive them as PHOTOS and then have to convert each one and other items from time to time into PDFs.

    It adds up to a lot of wasted time, adding other document types to be uploaded would solve this. Thank you!

  6. It would be great to have the ability to turn on or off notifications and have the option to choose where they go. I would really like to have the option to have oportunity compliance command notifications be directed twards my emial.

  7. For those of us using the Procoach accounts or even teams with newer associates, it would be extremely benifical to be able to adjust some of the questions asked on the Activity tracking form.

    Rather than having "did you sign any contracts today" I would love to be able to change that for PC Agents to "How many contacts did you assing to smartplans today?"

  8. Link an agent's pre-loaded W9 to each outgoing referral they make. This is helpful from the administrative side because it would make the process of payment faster, prevent DA hold-ups while awaiting W9's to be sent, and would prevent the additional time to chase them down.

  10. instead of having to manually enter the closing date from details to home anniversary, it should automatically go to home anniversary date field once the closing has been completed. this way would be easier for reports and smartpans than having to go back and enter each :) thanks!

  12. This would provide an at-a-glance view for with the toggle capability to see the data by Calendar year vs Anniversary year. Having to manually track or depend on the data within individual opportunities is cumbersome. I know this can be streamlined and save time.

  14. This would be very help because if an opportunity is either lost, archived or closed, we will be able to see the notes that will be useful for other team members that are going into the database to call/check in.

  16. Can you have a Opportunity Tag Trigger a Smart Plan? Example If there is a HomeWarranty on this transaction I want it to trigger a few additional emails about Home Warranty programs.

  17. My Operations Manager had a great idea today: Calendar view on Opportunities. (So if you're trying where everything is within a week/month timeframe, it's easier to view.) Sync with Google Calendar too.

  19. Would like to have email and text notifications when a lead opens listing alerts and when they browse the my website. Would also like to have email and text alerts when they open any email I send them. Market leader was perfect and very user friendly. We were forced to switch to command too soon. Command is not ready.

  20. This report would enable agents to be prepared ahead time to send cards, gifts, etc. to mark these events. Agents could simply print the report at the first of the month and then make sure they have cards on hand and gifts ordered.
