Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Current opportunity shows <Listings> / <Buyers> / <Leases>. The third classification requires further selection of <Tenant> or <Landlord>. That is non-intuitive and confusing if <Landlord> is needed. Changing the main classification for leases to parallel that for sales elminates the problem.

  2. This would be a GREAT feature for doorknocking and pop-bys. The ability to see which homes I have in my contacts and which I need to have added. It also gives us the ability to easily add notes to the database as we go door to door!

  3. It would be helpful if we could read the email a Contact sent in Command, instead of having to go search it in my email. For example, I set up a smart plan and I've had clients respond, but I can't read their responses in Command.

  4. It would be great to have a pixel that we could install to our own websites (not the KW provided websites). Follow up Boss has this feature and it's wonderful. Let's implement to Command too, please!!

  5. This company raves about DTD2. That being said how about we have a KW Created Smart plan Much like the birthday smart plan, Monthly neighborhood nurture, and the home anniversary that uses the AI to effectively schedule a task for the next corresponding day for that specific DTD2 task. Whether it may calling, texting, emailing, or sending a postcard.

    Tips: Each smart plan should be dedicated to one thing

    • One for Calling
    • One for texting
    • One for Email
    • One for Postcards

    All to keep up with the models for DTD2 and because not all agents are at the same level…

  6. There is currently an API Nation intregration for Follow Up Boss that works with personal Command, but the large majority of Follow Up Boss users are teams. As an MCTT, I see this as the biggest stumbling block for teams that would like to use both Follow Up Boss and Command.

  7. I usually have to merge multiple PDFs into one file in order to upload it. I would love the ability to add multiple attachments to any category without having to make it into a single PDF

  8. The ability to pin a note to the top of the note page that has important information in it that you can quickly see without searching through the notes for it.

  9. For contacts, Command requires us to create separate contacts for spouses. That is double the work and most of the time results in contacts with limited detail. We can just create one contact and input both names (i.e. Jason and Jan Smith). Then we only have one contact. However for e-mails, it removes the word "and". If we could do a merge field for Full name rather than just First and Last, it would pick up on the word "and". Then we wouldn't have to create separate contacts for both spouses.   10. Would be super helpful to be able to send out Quarterly Ezine (or parts of it) in bulk email with smart plans. Currently can only add email templates from Designs.

  11. It would be very helpful to have folders for smartplans. In "My Smartplans" if you have more than one smartplan used for one group of people for instance that could be a folder called "Buyers" for example. This would streamline the smartplan page and ensure that you don't accidentally add someone to the wrong smartplan.

  12. When a referral transaction closes, the agents must submit the referral form to compliance to receive the payment. Right now, we are missing a feature that just clicking a button will download the agreement to be submitted to the MC.

    My suggestion is for KWRI to create a download PDF form tab in the referrals session of Command to make this process easy for agents. It would be even more amazing if there was a button that allows the agent to create opportunities from the referrals session.

  13. In a team command I would like to be able to bulk add collaborators like i can bulk assign. Essentially they select all the clients to do the bulk action and then select add collaborator and then it pulls up the list of agents to make a collaborator.

  14. When contacts unsubscribe, it would be great if the system auto-tagged them as unsubscribed-text or unsubscribed-email so they can be filtered and considered for archive or if we want to keep them as a contact. This would allow us to remove contacts who don't want to be contacted more easily.

  15. Hello, have you considered making lead forms under landing pages editable?

    "Let's Talk" - let us choose the call to action - not all like to talk. They may just want to request information from us. Still allows us to capture their info and nurture the lead with a campaign.

    "Phone Number" - not everyone wants to give their phone number in exchange for information. Email should suffice, but leave it up to the agent to decide for their campaign.

    With flexibility, an agent can better use the landing page (lead magnet) for not only sales prospecting, but for profit…

  16. It would help if the smartplans generated a email to agents once the emails are released. Similarly, for the text messages, either a text confirmation to us, or an email as well with a copy of the content that was sent. I am new at this but I feel like unless I copy myself or until I hear back from someone, it all goes into a dark hole.

  17. It is really hard to keep track of texts that fail without checking each contact on your database. If we had this option, we could look into using alternatives for those contacts. There are also issues where there is no error messages on why it did not push through.

  19. Since I can't always be at the computer or online, I like to keep a hard copy of tasks with me at all times. When I review it in the morning (on my commute) it helps me prepare for my day!

  20. It would be very helpful to improve our overall Contact Health Score if we could focus on those that are in the red (0-49%). I have been unable to figure out how to sort or filter or in any way get the list of only the red contacts in order to focus on improving the data for these.
