Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. When nurturing a lead or contact in Command... Have it roll up to a 411 and/or 135 plan(s), having a way each time we touch a lead and/or contact in Command, there's a running list of how many more people we need to contact for the day ie contact 100 people a day.

  2. When doing labels print only the last name of the couple once unless one of the parties has different last name. Example Joe and Jane Smith not Joe Smith and Jane Smith

  5. In order to build our businesses, we are encouraged to know our numbers, not just "potential" and "probable", but our actual numbers. At any given moment, an agent should be able to know their GCI for the current year without using other platforms or having to calculate themselves.

    Imagine being able to click on reports and see:

    "As of today, your GCI for 2023 is..."

    "As of today, your closed units for 2023 are..."

    "As of today, your closed volume for 2023 is..."

  6. In Command, the "Timeline" tab for tracking phone calls/emails/texts should be called "Activity" and where it says "Activity" it should read "Timeline"

    I believe this will be more effective for agents and leadership identifying where to log activity in Command.

  7. To expedite the listing registration process, we propose implementing a feature that automatically populates the other address fields when a user enters the zip code. This enhancement would not only save time but also ensure accuracy in address details, making the registration process quicker and more user-friendly.

  9. The qualifying smartplans should have option to pause as soon as the client responds to an automated text. The whole point of these smartplans is to get them to respond so then we know they are a real person but then we know best way to communicate. The plan should pause so then we can go in and respond specifically to their response. There can be a "resume" option that the agent selects too

  10. Would love it if we could change the "From" name in the emails that go to clients from Command Saved Searches.

    Standard Saved-Search mails being generated to the client by Command show up to them as coming from "Keller Williams" ....we would like the mails to appear to them as coming from our team name or anything else we want.

    ALSO would like to be able to edit the text in the body of those mails which currently reads "There are updates to your saved search, [search-name-here], that you may be interested in. I'd love to hear what you think…

  12. Command should be able to automatically track activity and outreach to our DB's.

    This should be broken down by automated outreach (smartplans) and manual outreach (typically driven by tasks, calls, emails, texts or appointments).

    This information is already being captured in each contacts timeline.

    It would be helpful to add contact reason and contact outcome for each task or activity type ie for reason it could be cold outreach, DB follow up, Lead follow up, Client update, listing appointment, buyer appointment, etc. There may be different reasons for different activity types.

    Then outcomes may look something like no answer, wrong…

  13. Ability for Leadership to update Sponsored Events & Partners Widget in Multiple Market Centers: If you are a leader in multiple market centers you are unable to edit/create Events or Partners for the new Widget on the Command Homepage other than for the market center with the lowest MC#.

    Update this feature to allow multiple market center leaders to edit/create events/partners for all market centers they are affiliated with.

  14. Currently, there is no way to bulk-assign opportunities. I would like to be able to bulk-assign opportunities to anyone on my team, especially if they have "Unlimited" team permissions.

  15. Would love to be able to use the email campaign feature vs the smart plans every time, however, at the moment I have try and send every agent the same email and have them send to their people, I'd rather just be able to send one for the team, and default to the assigned agent.

  16. Please allow us to select the permissions for our team members. Standard is too restrictive and enhanced is too open.

    The Rainmaker should be able to determine the level of access based off of responsibilities.

  17. Can you update the way our phone number appears in emails. My marketing profile is entered 407-616-3513, but in the email it appears +14076163513 (with no spaces).
