  2. To enhance user experience and operational efficiency, I propose the addition of a printer-friendly report feature in Command CRM. This feature would enable users to easily generate clean, clear reports for Activities, Goals, etc., without resorting to multiple screenshots or dealing with cluttered screen prints. This addition will significantly aid in data review and strategic planning, especially in team settings.

  3. I would really like to be able to export an email campaign's results to an excel spreadsheet. For example, I have 26 emails that didn't send. It shows the reason why but I would like to be able to export this list to use to update those that may have incorrect emails. Or export the list of those that didn't open it so that I can send it to the agent in a spreadsheet so they can connect with the clients.

  4. Within the function of Linking Contacts to a Task, it would be useful to search contacts by a Tag. Currently, a user is only able to Link Contacts to a Task by searching for them individually by name. I would like to create reminders to reach out to Leads that I have identified as "hot" "nurture" or "watch". I have already added those tags to the contacts but it would be tedious to add them name by name.

  5. Within Opportunities, could there be multiple checklist templates setup to choose from when populating the checklist for a given phase of the opportunity. For example, a new construction buyer opportunity may have a longer-timeline to it and a few different but standard steps (like a blue-tape walkthrough, or activating appliance warranties after the home is purchased). I know I would like this functionality, maybe others would as well.

  6. Ever since Mailchimp stopped being used we still cannot add bulk contacts to command email lists.

    This is a basic function and would stop us from having to rebuild email lists every time we want to send an email to the database or list we have already built every time we get new contacts to add.

  7. Under smartplans, we should be able to attach a document to a particular email. For instance, I have a smartplan set up where I wanted to send any prospective lead that comes in a Home Buyer's Guide. I should be able to attach the guide to the particular email I want it in.

  8. We cannot edit or delete system tags, which results in duplicate tags being created/used. Please give us the option to edit or remove system tags.

  9. Currently, a Guest Admin cannot participate in Opportunity Discussions, since Guest Admins sometimes fill multiple roles in support of a transaction this would be a key feature for larger teams to take advantage fo this feature.

  10. For agents licensed in multiple states, it would be a huge problem solver for them if they could have multiple marketing profiles with a toggle at the top of the Command Platform, whereby no matter where they were working in Command, they could toggle between branding for their Arizona vs Washington clients, for instance.

  12. As a broker at a previous firm, Dotloop was much easier to use than Docusign. It allowed me to autopopulate my MLS ID, brokerage license # and my license # in every contract, saving me time from having to look up the brokerage license number and typing it in manually every time. I was shocked with the number of agents KW has that this functionality is not there.

  13. It would be helpful to be able to tag people not included in the particular opportunity such as VAs and cooperating agents so we can notify others of things they need to do.

    For example:

    If an admin is the one that submits the paperwork and is the point of contact, we want them to get the notification. However, we can only do that right now if they are in command and the rainmaker uses the team opportunity and assigns the admin to the opportunity.

    Another example is Agent 1 submits the file as the listing agent and Agent 2…

  15. A drag and drop feature should be included. I think design should be removed. A easy click feature should be included to produce mass emails with pictures to leads/clients.

  17. Hi! Please provide new Email Design Templates to attract sellers. The current design templates are 2 years old. We, agents, need marketing email designs that support current market conditions, and provide more options in general. This would help me to use Command to support the MREA's suggestion of 33 touchpoints to convert, instead of using outside sources.

  18. Hi, I'm from one of the Worldwide regions and we do not use text message or SMS frequently here.

    I am wondering if you would consider having "send Whatsapp message" as one of the Bulk Actions on Contacts; this will help greatly especially for when we want to send festive greetings (without using Whatsapp Broadcast directly), and allowed for this update to be recorded on Contacts Timeline too.

  19. For tracking purposes. Is there a way to go in and check for all updated notes and activities per month or time period? The goal is to know what activities we are doing and to be able to track our activities. This would be a helpful tool to coordinate with team and leadership opportunities. And to know how productive we are in working our database.

  20. It would be helpful to be able to add the other agent on the other side. The current co-broker tab requires tax id info. I am only needing to add name, brokerage, email and phone in the parties to the transaction section.
