More visibilty of emails on team contact timelines
ISA teammember would like for other team mates to be able to see the full email message she sends out from command to clients. currently she has to add an acitivity with the full email text so that other agents can read it and be in the loop. She cold calls the leads so what she emails needs to be visible to the agent members.

Remove default filters for RMs.
Rainmaker wanted did see ALL contacts but default filters are applied. She doesn't like having to tap to remove the filters as it adds extra steps.

Mobile filters not sticky.
Rainmaker removed default filters and closed app. When she went back into the app, the filters were back in place.

Task - Linked Contact/Opportunity missing
When linking a contact or opportunity to a task, it would be great to be notified if the domain is missing information

Free Resource Automation Landing Page
It would be good to be able to create a landing page that has the option for recipients to checkmark certain items to download for free.
EXAMPLE: After a positive call with a FSBO, we might just send them this email that has a link to a landing page. Once they click that link they are taken to a page that has 5-10 options for free download "free open house guide, free facebook/instagram posts, free listing flyer designs, free custom eflyers, free emarketing plan... etc." Then the user can checkmark which items they want to download. 2 Command Sign-Ins for 1 User
This is essential functionality for team leaders who have both residential and commercial teams. The reality is many commercial clients look down on agents who brand with the residential team. Because Command does not yet have the functionality to have two (2) Command sign-ins for the same team leader, it forces differently branded teams to use the same instance of Command. Auto-Calculate Conversion Rates Using Opportunity Date Inputs
The only way to determine what associate training is needed in the sales process is to examine conversion rates from contact to appt to contract to close. These fields already exist in Command. Why doesn’t command calculate these crucial ratios automatically from agent supplied dates? Or similar? The framework is already here and it is quite silly that Command wouldn’t automatically calculate these ratios which have THE MOST DIRECT IMPACT ON AGENT INCOME than any other metric. The Recently Active link takes you directly to all of your contacts instead of showing you the recently active contacts in your database.

Recently Added/Updated Section on answers.kw.com
Please bring back the Recently Added/Updated section at the bottom of the homepage of answers.kw.com. This was a great place to keep up to date with things added to KW products and learn about them.

Ability to Re-Order Sections of Agent About Me Page
On the "About Me" page, I think that section should be above the "My Details" page because the about me section is more relevant than languages spoken/what market center you are on etc. I think it will pull people in if the order is swapped.

You have all of the saved searches limited to sending immediately or only at 9AM on Monday. I want to pick the day of the week that it sends!
