To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.

  1. In Agent profile, the email boxes are set up as "recovery" and "personal". These are supposed to be different emails, however agents are confusing it as the same thing. Can we reword "personal" to "business" as that is the email they are using for their business.

  3. It would be nice to attach the information sheets that contacts fill out to their contact card within command. The reason is then you would not have to keep the paper and still have it attached to the person directly and in one system so that you could open the attachment to reference rather than having to find a hard copy of paperwork that they filled out at either a buy or sell consult when they signed contract.

  4. Most of us run ads on Facebook as well as Google.

    Pixel is Facebook's version of an ad tracking/conversion tool.

    Google ads tend to be more expensive than Facebook ads.

    Facebook is great for building awareness. Our clients need a way to start building a relationship with us BEFORE they ever speak with us.

    Facebook ads are not as effective without Pixel. Pixel can be attached to the entire website as well be used for specific landing pages, if your using a particular funnel. Pixel allows us to track conversions and optimize our ads. It helps us understand when people…

  5. Today, we do not have the ability to display social media links as columns in our contacts applet. In a social media (SM) connected world, SM is sometimes the primary form of communication and therefore should be easily available for us to navigate to when making touchpoints on our leads.

  7. Being able to run a report for each smart plan email that is sent to see who un-subscribing from what plan, or who has opened each email. We are sending multiple emails for different plans, and it would be nice to be able to pull a report for each smart plan email that was sent within a particular smart plan!

  8. When adding steps to smartplan the work area is stuck to the side and unable to widen. Can it be edited where we can make the screen wider not only longer? Or bring it it the middle where the stesp aret and move the steps where the editing steps are. In this box I am typing in now has the ability to make the box bigger by clicking on the double arrow on the top right, that would work for the email edit box in smartplans!

  9. Currently our Agents can create an opportunity and submit a commission request without having the proper documentation submitted.

    Is there a way that we can have the disclosure agreements and contract of sale for sale transactions a requirement and the agents won't be able to submit the commission request without uploading them to the opportunity first?

    For rentals we also require leases however, sometimes buildings don't provide them to the agents so maybe its best for now that we have that as optional.

  11. Instead of having to change the default email to a specific agent, you could have a "team email" as a default option on "team" accounts that allows you to send emails in a campaign to all contacts of the "team" without it having one specific agent's contact information.

  12. When submitting documents in the Opportunities section and you have to add a lot of documents that might not be listed by the broker, you have to click "Add Document". Once the document is added it drops you to the bottom of the screen where the document was added so then you have to scroll all the way back to the top of the screen to add another new document.   14. The ability to assign a custom resolution to our designs would be greatly appreciated. I noticed that mailer designs output at a resolution that is not compatible with the mail campaign upload. Some additional integration between those applets would also be great

  15. It would be great to include a TASK Action for all tagged contacts at the same time. Right now I can pull up all contacts with a certain tag, but I can't mass Task them the same task.

  16. Currently, command mobile only sends out a task summary push notification for the day. Example: "You have 5 tasks due today and 10 tasks overdue"....

    Would love to have a task push notification go out for individual tasks that are due by a specific time. Example: "Send Bob a confirmation call/text to confirm your meeting at 2:30pm today. Due at 10am"

  17. With so many teams and different pay structures for those team members, it would be nice to have the ability as a team owner to input each agents split, and for the math to show it how I pay them out. IE: if I have an agent on a 70% split and another on an 80% but they are each paying 5k toward the team cap, the system would track and show the cap and automatically change the commission to the new rate after they hit their cap. I can not see anything in command to see where my team…

  18. There's no way to remove smarplans in bulk from specific contacts. We have a team of agents that use the team command and one of our agents wants one of the smartplans removed from his team contacts but the only option is to do it one by one (there's over 2,000) or remove the smartplan for all the agents team contacts, which is not a real option. Thank you!

  19. When importing contacts from your database, the birthday field updates to a date that is a month later than the actual birthday if you already have birthdates in the contact cards being uploaded.

  20. Today when I search on our Teams production to see how we rank in, say the Texas South Region or the entire U.S., I can only search by Region. Would love to have more options to filter the production data on the areas mentioned here:

    1. By Type (Group, Team or Ind. Team)
    2. By Reg #
    3. By MC
    4. By MC #
    5. By City
    6. By State (Include entire U.S.)
    7. By GCI
    8. By Volume
    9. By Units
