"Already Used" Chip for Quick Posts
Is there a way if I use a quick post, it is put under a title or section letting me know that I have used it since my options have been updated (or maybe even a toggle indicator for 'used'). I forget which ones I have used and I don't want to be seen as repetitive.

Back Button in Email Design to Go to Email Templates
when you open an email design and hit back, it takes you back to the designs screen where you have to hit create and then choose email again. Can we please just have it go back to the email templates page?

Opportunities API Access w/ 2 way sync
I use third party software to display information from multiple databases into Airtable as a web app for my team. I would like to also bring data from Opportunities into the teams app and be able to make changes in my app that will sync back to Opportunities in Command.
This would allow Teams to use another lead aggregator, like GoHighLevel or Brevity, that includes Pipeline data syncing into Command.

Duplicate Folder
I have a folder with custom design templates for my open house materials (sign-in sheet, print-flyer, door hanger, social post, social ad, etc). I would like to duplicate the entire folder with all of these templates. Right now I duplicate each individual design one at a time. This gets very tedious when I have a bunch of upcoming open houses because I have to duplicate each media piece multiple times and move them between folders. I'd like to just duplicate the entire folder rename it, then start editing the content.

Schedule Twilio Texts
Waiting to send texts to the database in real time is inefficient for people that plan ahead. Being able to schedule a text to send at 9AM while you are working at 6AM would be an amazing tool for those that practice real estate at odd hours. It would allow an agent to plan out their lead gen for the next day and "automate" it a bit.

Notification for Leadership When Chosen as Sponsor
Receive notification when an agent picks leadership or staff members as a sponsor so a conversation can happen before that is accepted to keep the culture of profit share, so it can be corrected and changed if needed before it becomes non-changeable.

Quick-Create Campaign from Selected Listing
Hi! I am not sure if this can be done, would you consider having a quick link <Create Campaign> shortcut button on Listings Dashboard (https://console.command.kw.com/command/listings)?
As we review our listings on the Listings Dashboard, we would find listing that we like to run ads on. They can click on this button and land on the Campaign page (https://campaigns.kw.com/#/dashboard) immediately to run the ads, populated with the listing details.
Currently the process is to click on Campaigns > Select Ad Type > Select Listing > Run ad
With the quick link button it can be click on…

Add "cc:" Field to SmartPlan Email Steps
Please add a cc' field for Smartplan emails. We are currently unable to see outgoing Smartplan emails and would like the capability to see the email that was sent out.

Let every agent decide for themselves what information is required for new leads
I keep getting fake leads from scammers who just want to use email and WhatsApp. I would like the ability to create my own lead form for leads coming to me so that if I want, I can both require an actual phone number and the ability to put a message stating that I don't use WhatsApp to deter these types of leads. It also makes it look like I'm not converting any leads when they're all fake to begin with. Thanks.

Make Filters Sticky in Listings
After clicking a listing in the listings applet, I lose any and all filters that I might have applied when I click back to return to the map/search results. This makes it cumbersome to navigate using Listings unless I know to open every listing in a new tab.

API
Work with API Nation to start new integrations. (Example) KW Communities, KW Commercial, KW Command, and MLS and Transaction desk. Realness, Buildout, CoStar, Circle, each system was developed at a certain time for its self, and the connecter of most issues would be a system for them to connect. I believe I had an amazing call today with Michael Davidovich t. (858) 876-8274 x702 from API Nation and hope that he can help speak with the right people who can help connect all the dots.

Show All Required Fields with Red Star
As a trainer, many fields ALL over Command are required in order to save your work. Yet! They are stated required in DIFFERENT ways, such as Starred, Starred in RED, or marked (required), Can we please get parity in how we are visually showing this? Preferred method being starred in red, as that is the majority of items, especially when considering the Marketing Profile.

Add All Contact Fields to Import Template
Currently for the default Command import template not all the fields on a contact card appear as options on the import template. Fields that contacts can have such as Title/Company do not appear on the template as a data column. Also, the there is an issue with zip codes that begin with 0, which takes an extra step to format in order for the zipcode to input properly.
Request is for the template fields to match all the current contact field options available in a contact card.

Change the wording from "Offers & Commissions" to "Offers & Compensations"
Since the NAR lawsuit, it would be nice to see the wording change on the Offers & Commissions tab change to Offers & Compensations since the real estate industry wants us to now call commissions compensations. That was KW is in line with everyone else and this doesn't confuse anyone.

AI Tool to Create SmartPlan from Reviewing Text
ChatGPT or other tools can create .txt or PDF files that are multistep touch campaigns. If SmartPlans added a function to read these files, import the information and create the steps it could save massive time and create a high level of scale to SmartPlans

Set Team Goals and Individual Goals
Currently, I have set our Team's yearly production goal under our rainmaker's account while logged under the team account. Initially I thought this was setting the goal for the whole team under the team account. I had an individual agent on the team add in their annual goal in their Command account on the team side. Since doing so, when looking at goals for "All Team Members" it now has the combination of the Team/Rainmaker Goal, plus the individual agent. Ex: 65 Transactions (Team) + 16 (Individual) = 81 Transactions (All Team Members, not correct)
There should be a way…

Integration with Buffini's Referral Maker
I love using command. I also use Brian Baffini's referral maker. Would love to see an integration between the two, so I don't have to enter data in both CRM 's.

activity default
Ability to change default on selected activities. Many times I only want to see "calls" and "Incoming texts" for example. When proceeding to the next contact it currently resets to all selections checked and the need to redo only what I want to see has to be set each time.
