Giving tools like this to the KW Commercial agents, it seems, the other agents, Colliers has better tools, Mapbox and 3D tools to search, VS just a discount for the ARCGIS Pro with 1 option of Business anaylycs tool.

Enable custom template in Designs for postcards go directly to Direct Mail, WITHOUT having to go outside Command (Canva, etc) to resize and then import the properly sized design back into Command. We should be able to mail the designs we create in Command WITHIN Command, without all these extra steps.

Parties to the Transaction Viewable in Command Mobile
Currently it is not possible to access the Parties To The Transaction for an opportunity within the Command App. Agents often need to contact the lender, title company, or inspector on the go, and it is critical to have access to this contact information within the app.

[Command MC] Request to have more conditioned text characters or have a visible characters limit warning in compliance checklist.
When trying to update compliance checklist docs through Command MC, there is a limit to the number of characters that can be included in the "Condition" text box. It would be great to have that limit extended of a prompt that shows what is the character limit.

Paid ads and KW leads scammy
These leads are requesting to be contacted through Whatsapp. Emails are generic emails. Sometimes they start trying to scam, but agents I spoke to were smart and recoginized this.

Select Dates you can schedule Quarterly Call Smart Plan
My Quarterly Call Smart Plan to be editable regarding which days it schedules the calls for. If you don't want calls on weekends or if you take specific days off during the week so you do not get a pile up in your missed calls and focused on your call days.

Select Multiple Contacts with Shift Key
Before this sometimes worked, now it doesn't even work. If I have to select a group of contacts, it is easier with Shift Click, it is something basic that any CRM should have.

Export Tasks to Mojo Dialer
Go to tasks and select all for the day. Have an export option to transport those names and numbers into Mojo Dialer rather than hand dial each prospect!!!

Make smart plans easier. Move edit window off the side
In the New smartplans the typing window on the right side makes it way to small and hard to work with. Can this be moved back to the middle or at least able to expanded to take up more of the screen. This would be better that 75% of the screen being blank space.

Opportunity Stage Change Smart Due Date
Add the option of a Smart Due Date for Opportunity movement through the pipeline. When I move an opportunity from Watch to Nurture (for example), I want to be able to set up my checklist so the tasks fire of X days after the opportunity enters the stage.

Search by Contact Name in Email Campaigns Report
When looking at the results of an email campaign, they are listed in no particular order and there is no way to sort or search the results. If an agent needs to search to see if a Contact either received or opened an email, one must scroll through the entire list and manually search. Not time efficient and there is no reason it should be so time intensive to search for results for a contact. Timeline does not include the email nor any indication if opened. This should be basic functionality, not a feature request.

Possible Duplicate (in Archived) Notification when Creating Contact
if i go to add a contact who has already been archived i would like to push a button and have them un-archived currently you have to log out and go into archived contacts and find the contact and restore them. too much time

Require Rainmaker Approval before Document, Offer, and Commission Submission
This would be useful as it would allow the RM to oversee all deals going through their team to ensure the opportunities have the necessary team documentation correct, as well as allow the RM to ensure the offer and commission submission is correct (i.e. splits, etc...) prior to submitting it to the MC for review.
This would ideally be something the RM would have control of and be a "final check" before submitting the docs and offers to the MC for their approval by the agents on that team.

SmartPlan Email Preview
Two things: Can we have a "view" button so we can see what our smart plan emails are going to look like? And can we select spacing? I can't single space my signature block and it looks amateurish double spaced.

Adjust Header and Footer for Neighborhood Nurture
currently, the monthly neighborhood snapshot Smart Plan (a KW developed Smart Plan) provides both a header and footer, but the format is not professionally presented and is not adjustable.
