Info Goes Away when you back out of the opportunity back to address search...
When looking for opportunities, for example, 'All Opportunities', it takes you to the search area where you can search the address. When you type in the address, the opportunity comes up which is great. However when you are in the opportunity and click 'back' in the browser to take you back to the searched addresses, it's completely gone back to the default search area. This is super inefficient and it would be great to go back to what I had pulled up to keep it organized instead of redoing my search again.

reassign contacts when team members leave
When an agent leaves a team, contacts assigned to that team member need to be reassigned to the rainmaker automatically.
Often times a team forgets or doesn't know this needs to happen, then emails may go out from Smartplans that look like they come from that agent even though they are not on the team anymore.1 vote -
Notification on Consumer Favorited Properties
In the notification settings we can set notifications for a property inquiry or a note on a collection, but not if someone favorites a property. This is very useful info that we need.

Include Email/Text Responses and Activities in Recently Active Widget
Recently Active should include contacts who have communicated by responding to a Smart Plan Twillio text or email. Recently active should also include contacts where an agent has "Added an Activity" for that contact. This will help agents know what prospects are most active beyond just website visits.

The ability to filter by our teams assignees in opportunities
Team Rainmakers/Admins would benefit from being able to filter through our opportunities by "Assignee". Right now you can only filter by owner or tag. On teams the "owner" will always be the Rain Maker. Making an assignee option to filter through would be extremely helpful for teams with 3 or agents or teams that have a high volume of units.

Add Open House Tag to Open House Leads (Personal/Team)
Auto apply the tag "Open House Signin" to any lead that comes in from the Command Site Open house links.
Because leads are auto assigned to the agent doing the open house, we do not have the ability to use lead routing to add a tag and trigger smartplans. This means agents on teams must manually put the leads on SmartPlans.
Solo agents have this via lead source. This is a huge pain point for teams and rainmakers who have multiple open houses and need speed to lead.

Show Street Matches First in Property Search
If someone goes to my website and starts typing in their street address, they should not have to scroll through literal PAGES of other partial matches for an address before finding their address.
No other real estate website does it this way.

Add Leads from Landing Pages to Email List
We need to be able to create a Landing Page with a Form. When a lead fills out the form, they are added to an email list for Campaigns.

Bulk Delete Contact Tags
Please make Bulk delete contact tag in command settings. If someone accidentally chooses to allow a cateogry to upload as a new custom tag when uploading a spreadsheet they may end up with hundreds of custom tags in their drop down lists. Then to delete the custom made tag they have to delete each one individually in command settings instead of a bulk delete option.

save search
Save searches should be enabled for all Contacts despite of them using the KW App. Just like Matrix, Flex, Brivity, Chime, Top Producer and other CRM's. As of now, if the contact does not use the App, the save search will NOT go out.

Market Center Design Templates to Share with Agents
Right now inside designs, you can only either use the templates preuploaded in their by KWRI or the 3rd party design applet. It would be nice if Market Centers could create their own templates such flyers for market center events, custom Facebook cover photos, etc. for our agents to use so we don't have to refer them to either Canva or design them ourselves for them.

How to make Vendors searchable within Command
So my broker told me she wanted a better layout for our vendors list.(We currently have an excel spread sheet) I began playing around in command and found that even though we put our vendors contact info in command with a description of what they do the what the do part in the description wasn't searchable in contacts. For instance if i needed a window reapairman i can't just type window and it pull up my contacts for my window repair vendors. I wanted to know what made information searchable in command. Require Rainmaker Approval before Document, Offer, and Commission Submission
This would be useful as it would allow the RM to oversee all deals going through their team to ensure the opportunities have the necessary team documentation correct, as well as allow the RM to ensure the offer and commission submission is correct (i.e. splits, etc...) prior to submitting it to the MC for review.
This would ideally be something the RM would have control of and be a "final check" before submitting the docs and offers to the MC for their approval by the agents on that team.
