How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.

  1. I would like the ability to hide the Contact Form from my agent site. It is the only module on the homepage that cannot be hidden. It is giving me a lot of spam leads and I would much rather that potential clients contact me directly via email.

  2. The more I am working with the website, the more I wish we had a few more stock widgets to work with in addition to "rich text". Something like an image/text box or a CTA that is responsive and always look neat and tidy would be especially helpful. It's hard to get images and text to line up across all devices without additional css and most people just want a plug and play option for their blogs and landing pages. There are some work arounds, but they aren't obvious and this is something that has come up over and over…

  3. After clicking a listing in the listings applet, I lose any and all filters that I might have applied when I click back to return to the map/search results. This makes it cumbersome to navigate using Listings unless I know to open every listing in a new tab.

  4. Currently it is not possible to access the Parties To The Transaction for an opportunity within the Command App. Agents often need to contact the lender, title company, or inspector on the go, and it is critical to have access to this contact information within the app.

  5. Please add in an i icon to the Kelle Guide for Setting Goals on what Cost of Sales & expenses are! This helps agents who have not read MREA or taking Business Planning Clinic understand these fields better to then configure those amounts to complete the Kelle Guide faster.

  6. KWW agents want to see the currency in the Opportunities applet reflect as their country's respective currency rather than USD.

    In this case, for the Philippines, they want to see it reflect as peso.

  11. To enhance user experience and operational efficiency, I propose the addition of a printer-friendly report feature in Command CRM. This feature would enable users to easily generate clean, clear reports for Activities, Goals, etc., without resorting to multiple screenshots or dealing with cluttered screen prints. This addition will significantly aid in data review and strategic planning, especially in team settings.

  12. Ever since Mailchimp stopped being used we still cannot add bulk contacts to command email lists.

    This is a basic function and would stop us from having to rebuild email lists every time we want to send an email to the database or list we have already built every time we get new contacts to add.

  13. If someone goes to my website and starts typing in their street address, they should not have to scroll through literal PAGES of other partial matches for an address before finding their address.

    No other real estate website does it this way.

    i have attached multiple screen shots for the same address search for an example.

  14. As a MCTT, I've noticed with a lot of agents that it can get very confusing on where they need to put in information to go on their Consumer sites. I have a lot of people that update their bio and headshots in the My Profile section and then wonder why it's not updating anywhere because it's hard to find the Marketing Profile and no where really explains the difference between the two.   15. I’m receiving automated texts through my twilio account. These texts are many characters to include emojis. There are consuming my credits. How do I block that number from using all my credits.

This would be useful as it would allow the RM to oversee all deals going through their team to ensure the opportunities have the necessary team documentation correct, as well as allow the RM to ensure the offer and commission submission is correct (i.e. splits, etc...) prior to submitting it to the MC for review.

    This would ideally be something the RM would have control of and be a "final check" before submitting the docs and offers to the MC for their approval by the agents on that team.

  17. Within Opportunities, could there be multiple checklist templates setup to choose from when populating the checklist for a given phase of the opportunity. For example, a new construction buyer opportunity may have a longer-timeline to it and a few different but standard steps (like a blue-tape walkthrough, or activating appliance warranties after the home is purchased). I know I would like this functionality, maybe others would as well.

  18. Currently, I have set our Team's yearly production goal under our rainmaker's account while logged under the team account. Initially I thought this was setting the goal for the whole team under the team account. I had an individual agent on the team add in their annual goal in their Command account on the team side. Since doing so, when looking at goals for "All Team Members" it now has the combination of the Team/Rainmaker Goal, plus the individual agent. Ex: 65 Transactions (Team) + 16 (Individual) = 81 Transactions (All Team Members, not correct)

  20. For tracking purposes. Is there a way to go in and check for all updated notes and activities per month or time period? The goal is to know what activities we are doing and to be able to track our activities. This would be a helpful tool to coordinate with team and leadership opportunities. And to know how productive we are in working our database.
