Include Email Template Designs in Opportunities
I like to send certain emails to my clients at different stages of the transaction including "Congratulations, you're under contract" with a list of dates, next steps, and explanations as soon as an offer is accepted. Then another email after the option period, reminders, etc. I have these saved in my gmail as a template now, but would love to see the ability to send the template (saved in command/opportunities) pull the key dates, property address, and client names when filling the email templates.

Allow for Extensions in Phone Number Field(s)
Maybe this is there somewhere and I missed it, but I'm entering a new contact in Command and trying to put in the person's extension at their work phone number and don't see where to do this.

Buyer/Seller Information sheets
It would be nice to attach the information sheets that contacts fill out to their contact card within command. The reason is then you would not have to keep the paper and still have it attached to the person directly and in one system so that you could open the attachment to reference rather than having to find a hard copy of paperwork that they filled out at either a buy or sell consult when they signed contract.

Option for CAP & Royalty Status Rings
Please bring back the ability to see the CAP & Royalty Status Rings for Team Members in the commissions tab! This was vital for our staff to manage our internal reporting and tracking! If this was changed for "privacy" concerns, it could at the very least change to make it an "optional" tab for agents to Allow/Not Allow their Rainmaker and Admins to see their status rings. This puts the control in the agents hands still, but gives teams the option to view it, if allowed, vs just taking it away!

Show Profit Share Reports in Command
Profit share reports are now maintained on My KW. Since Retirees don't have access to Command, they will need another way to access this information when reports move over to Command.

Bulk Remove from SmartPlan(s)
There's no way to remove smarplans in bulk from specific contacts. We have a team of agents that use the team command and one of our agents wants one of the smartplans removed from his team contacts but the only option is to do it one by one (there's over 2,000) or remove the smartplan for all the agents team contacts, which is not a real option. Thank you!

Email Reports for Individual SmartPlans
Being able to run a report for each smart plan email that is sent to see who un-subscribing from what plan, or who has opened each email. We are sending multiple emails for different plans, and it would be nice to be able to pull a report for each smart plan email that was sent within a particular smart plan!

searching checklist items in split and attach
When using the the split and attach feature I want the ability to search for the item rather than scrolling through the list of items to add the doc to. Also within the split and attach option I would like the option to add a new doc to the checklist.

With the vast amount of data and detail we collect/search through, being able to 'chunk' the data via a simple break space helps tremendously when quickly scanning for that important deet. "Was it purple or fuscia carpet they absolutely had to have?" When sifting through mountains of data, this can be cumbersome when globbed together in one gigantic run-on paragraph.

Share Luxury Designs with All Agents
Allow Luxury templates for agents who are not in the Luxury community. There are many agents like me who do not focus on luxury but sell them when they are referred to us through our database, through different Realtor networks like CRS and local city networks. I have sold luxury properties for years off and on. Luxury is a moving target. In my area median price is now $1.2 M and Luxury is $2M plus. I remember when luxury was $500k. Saved Search Choices Remain Sticky after Selection
when creating a saved search for a contact, would be handy if there was a way to change the default settings. like on the options for property type - default is all 10 types, I would like to be able to change that so I dont have to uncheck 9 types every time.

Add "App Link" as Option in Button Dropdown for Email Templates
App link option is currently not included in the button dropdown in email templates. There is currently only Landing Pages and Web Address. I would like to see this under the dropdown options so I can easily link my app link when I send out my email design.

Assigned team email address that can be used to send out campaigns on behalf of the whole team and not just one agent
Instead of having to change the default email to a specific agent, you could have a "team email" as a default option on "team" accounts that allows you to send emails in a campaign to all contacts of the "team" without it having one specific agent's contact information.
