Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.

  2. It's impossible to make a new email look right because there is excess white space on both sides. The current templated designs don't have that but they are non-editable. Please help, because it looks terrible in an inbox and makes it much harder to read on a smartphone. Thank you!

  3. The tasks for an opportuinty displays on iPhone alphabetically ordered. Which is wrong. They should be in the chronological order as on the desktop computer (Chrome). When I am displaying them on my computer (Chrome), they are in their correct chronological order.

    I want the chronological order of tasks also on iPhone. It's very annoying and confusing as tasks loose their chronological order. Could you please fix it?

  5. Have the ability to include the note I add to one of my contacts to be updated on their associated persons (ie. spouse) contact card. Example:

    I add a note to James Doe and same notes gets added to Jane Doe
    Note: Talked to James and he said they will sell in 3 months

    I want the note to automatically or give me an option to have that same note added to the associated person.

  6. when a contact signs up on your website for a free home valuation they are automatically entered into our crm. The property address they entered doesn't get added to the contact. Can this be added automatically so we don't have to go back in and update or forget?

  7. It would be nice to attach the information sheets that contacts fill out to their contact card within command. The reason is then you would not have to keep the paper and still have it attached to the person directly and in one system so that you could open the attachment to reference rather than having to find a hard copy of paperwork that they filled out at either a buy or sell consult when they signed contract.

  8. Most of us run ads on Facebook as well as Google.

    Pixel is Facebook's version of an ad tracking/conversion tool.

    Google ads tend to be more expensive than Facebook ads.

    Facebook is great for building awareness. Our clients need a way to start building a relationship with us BEFORE they ever speak with us.

    Facebook ads are not as effective without Pixel. Pixel can be attached to the entire website as well be used for specific landing pages, if your using a particular funnel. Pixel allows us to track conversions and optimize our ads. It helps us understand when people…

  9. currently whenever there is a discrepancy with an invalid email Support have to escalate each case. the user cannot see the reason code for why it is invalid. Support team cant go into mail gun to review past error to see if its a full block or something dev can clear. Then issue is escalated to dev team to check the reason and unblock the email if possible. if there was clearer wording for user or a button they could press to contest validity to have the email checked and cleared? (that sounds a bit fancy).

  11. Currently, command mobile only sends out a task summary push notification for the day. Example: "You have 5 tasks due today and 10 tasks overdue"....

    Would love to have a task push notification go out for individual tasks that are due by a specific time. Example: "Send Bob a confirmation call/text to confirm your meeting at 2:30pm today. Due at 10am"

  12. There's no way to remove smarplans in bulk from specific contacts. We have a team of agents that use the team command and one of our agents wants one of the smartplans removed from his team contacts but the only option is to do it one by one (there's over 2,000) or remove the smartplan for all the agents team contacts, which is not a real option. Thank you!

  13. Frustrating. It should go back to where you were before. Scrolling up to the top wastes my time as I have to scroll back down and remember where I was.

  14. It would be great to include a TASK Action for all tagged contacts at the same time. Right now I can pull up all contacts with a certain tag, but I can't mass Task them the same task.

  16. Under smartplans, we should be able to attach a document to a particular email. For instance, I have a smartplan set up where I wanted to send any prospective lead that comes in a Home Buyer's Guide. I should be able to attach the guide to the particular email I want it in.

  17. Two things: Can we have a "view" button so we can see what our smart plan emails are going to look like? And can we select spacing? I can't single space my signature block and it looks amateurish double spaced.

  18. currently, the monthly neighborhood snapshot Smart Plan (a KW developed Smart Plan) provides both a header and footer, but the format is not professionally presented and is not adjustable.

  19. Instagram allows users to post an image carousel up to ten images, so we should really be allowed the same limit when scheduling through our app. Some places cannot show their best potential with such few images, and it also compromises the design and feed organisation of our professional profiles, making it harder to develop a visual identity
