'Photographer Photo Portal' like the Compass CRM
In the Compass CRM they have a photographer portal that allows agents to invite their photographer into their ecosystem that lets them upload all the photos and content that they hired them for. The photos/content (floor plans, videos, etc.) get uploaded directly into the agents CRM and begins automating marketing and designs well before the listing is even active. (Paid ads, flyers, social posts etc.)
This gets the listing marketing rolling much earlier instead of waiting until the listing is active on the MLS.
The feature also is convenient for photographers as it allows them to have one single account…

Allow Bulk Upload for Images
The option to bulk upload images for use on your website. Currently you can only upload one image at a time.

Agents can Download their DA's
No matter which side of the transaction they are on, allow agents to download their own DA's from opportunities.
If the agent is on a team, allow the rainmaker to control what data a team members sees when they download their own DA.

commission tracking
Pull a report together for forecasting and GCI by the agent using a source of Probable GCI and using commission from the offers and commission tab once the opportunity has moved to the Under Contract phase. Drill this down to the agent level if on a team. You can add a split line in the opportunity breakdown when creating to trigger the correct commissions by the agent if on a team.

Allow 10 Images for Paid Ads
Instagram allows users to post an image carousel up to ten images, so we should really be allowed the same limit when scheduling through our app. Some places cannot show their best potential with such few images, and it also compromises the design and feed organisation of our professional profiles, making it harder to develop a visual identity

Ensure Consistent Access to ‘Do Not Share’ Option Across Opportunities and Listings Applet for MC Exclusive Listings
Agents require the ability to create Market Center Exclusive Listings directly within the Opportunities Applet, including the option to select “Do Not Share - Listing Will Only Be Visible to You.” The current inconsistency in the UI between the Opportunities Applet and the Listings Applet forces agents to use a less intuitive workflow, which could result in potential exposure of sensitive client information. This inconsistency disrupts the user experience and increases the risk of errors, especially when dealing with NDA-protected listings.

LLC on DA
On the DA it lists an agents name , not their LLC Name (like we had in Winmore).
Agents created these LLC's to be paid to and Title will cut the check to what is listed on the DA. Please change the name in the DA to the LLC Name so the checks from title are written correctly.2 votes -
Google Ads for KW Emails
At current, it seems that KW emails do not have access to Google Ads. I believe that this access would be beneficial for agents, as it would allow another avenue for advertising. I suggest that this option become available through one's KW email.

Include Address in Home Valuation's Contact Timeline Notification
when a contact signs up on your website for a free home valuation they are automatically entered into our crm. The property address they entered doesn't get added to the contact. Can this be added automatically so we don't have to go back in and update or forget?

Limit contact visibility on enhanced permissions
An agent wants to create a smartplan on a team account, and will need enhanced/unlimited permissions, but that will also let the agent see all the team owned contacts
Agent reporting the feedback wants to be able to limit the agent that have enhanced/unlimited permissions to not being able to see all the team owned contacts but still being able to create smartplans

Immediate Need to Resolve URL Pre-Approval Requirement
I am reaching out to express my serious concern regarding the new requirement to pre-approve URLs in all emails and texts. While I understand the importance of ensuring system security and preventing phishing, requiring us to manually pre-approve URLs in every communication is an impractical and unsustainable approach. This workaround is, frankly, a disruption to our business processes and an unreasonable expectation for users in the long term.
The need for security is essential, but this measure places an undue burden on us that hinders productivity and undermines our ability to use the CRM effectively. We expect our CRM provider…

Enhanced Sorting Functionality in Customized Columns on Contacts
I wanted to share some feedback regarding the sorting functionality in Contacts, specifically related to customized columns.
In our workflow, we use a custom field to track some particular data for our contacts. However, I noticed that custom fields do not support sorting as we add them into the customize columns, unlike the built-in columns like "last contacted", "primary email/phone", which automatically allow sorting by clicking on the column header. I experimented with various custom field types (Text Field, Date, Number, etc.), but none enabled sorting.

Add Customizable Buyer/Seller Guide for Agent Sites
We had a great interactive buyer / seller guide on our previous sites experience. With the new website upgrades, we only have a small sample of the buyer's guide, in blog post format.
I don't want my customers to have to read each individual blog post, when the previous card template worked great and was fully customizable. KW should consider building a pre-made template or site page we can install on our new sites.

add entity field to docusign details for mapping
A large proportion of listings in our area are held under a trust or other legal entity. It would be great if, instead of doing a 'workaround' there were a field in the docusign details to enter the name of the entity buyer or seller so it could map and populate the corresponding field on the legal documents.
