Increase the column width of the Smart Plan Name and decrease the width of the other columns. more characters or space is needed to see the full name of the smarptlans. The other columns like date need less space.

Allow Team Members to Edit Team Designs
As of right now there is no way for our team members to edit any designs in the team designs . It would be very helpful to allow only our team members to edit designs thorugh their team account that way we do not have to publish our designs for EVERYONE to see.

Smartplan and contacts
In the search filter for contacts,
How can I filter the contacts who had the smart plan in the past and not current? Could you add a filter please? I understand that i can find it in the activity, but with 800 in my database, that's a lot to go thru. This is to avoid repeating the smart plan on the clients.
Or if you cannot delete the smart plan under the smart plan section , even if it's completed.4 votes -
Switch Opportunities from Team to Team, Personal, etc.
On the back end, when an agent designation changes, they shouldn't need to re-upload all their opportunities in order to be in compliance. There needs to be a way to port them over in their entirety.

KWC designs: remove duplicate company address at the bottom of email newsletter
In the 'designs' section of command, and create an email campaign for a new listing, on the very bottom bottom of the design template, it auto populates my KW logo, and contact details TWICE as shown under my photo.
Please help me to remove one side of the branded information and not two of the same footer.4 votes -
Allow Option for SmartPlan Steps to Skip Weekends
Can we have an option to skip weekends in the smartplans? I tend not to work/make calls on weekends, and by monday I am overwhelmed with the numbers I have in my task list for the week and so I do nothing...eventually just archiving everything and starting over. Can you fix this?

Activity tracking work days
Can we please have the work days for the Activity Tracking start on a Monday? It currently starts on Sunday and ends on Saturday, and I believe most of us track activity Monday through Sunday.

When Showing is Confirmed, Send Automatic Email with MLS Information and Documents
Our largest competitor in the Milwaukee market is fully connected to our MLS. One of the things our agents are finding very helpful is that once they are confirmed for a showing with one of their agents, they receive an auto email confirming that showing along with listing details and the MLS documents attached to that email.
Is it possible to have our MLS connected to Command / KWLS so that a similar process occurs for Keller Williams' agents? I'm assuming it would need to be connected to the Showing service (i.e. Aligned Showings or ShowingTime) + our Metro Milwaukee…

Prioritize Preferred Contact Method in Contact Record
preferred contact method should be where the phone and email are entered so can immediately see what client prefers; having to scroll down is tedious--you're just not going to do it for every person you meet; plus they may get annoyed if you contact them the non-preferred way and that strains the relationship (weren't you even listening when i told you not to * but instead to *) Anyway, would like to see it in the main 'box' for the contact

Task Due Date Sort in Contacts
It would be beneficial to have a column in contacts under "tasks" and sort by the due date. It would also help to see what contacts already have tasks and which contacts marked as a lead need a task.

Search by Contact Name in Email Campaigns Report
When looking at the results of an email campaign, they are listed in no particular order and there is no way to sort or search the results. If an agent needs to search to see if a Contact either received or opened an email, one must scroll through the entire list and manually search. Not time efficient and there is no reason it should be so time intensive to search for results for a contact. Timeline does not include the email nor any indication if opened. This should be basic functionality, not a feature request.

Add "Add Document" Button to Bottom of Documents Checklist
When submitting documents in the Opportunities section and you have to add a lot of documents that might not be listed by the broker, you have to click "Add Document". Once the document is added it drops you to the bottom of the screen where the document was added so then you have to scroll all the way back to the top of the screen to add another new document. Email Reports for Individual SmartPlans
Being able to run a report for each smart plan email that is sent to see who un-subscribing from what plan, or who has opened each email. We are sending multiple emails for different plans, and it would be nice to be able to pull a report for each smart plan email that was sent within a particular smart plan!

Display appointment held and appointment set numbers in activities
When an agent is using the activity tracker they log their set and held appointments but the Reports activity lumps this into one number as the sum. I would like to see each metric reported in the Reports>> activity for day, week, and month

Select Preferred Time of Day for Neighborhood Nurture Email
Currently the KW Neighborhood Nurture Emails get sent early in the morning, usually around 2am. Please update the SmartPlan to allow time of day that is preferred.
