Allow Tech Support Remote Access rather than constant screen shots
Easier and more efficient tech troubleshooting with remote log in access like Reppert factor. Tech Support feels antiquated to constantly screenshot issues - would be nice to actually have a phone conversation as well as the chat doesn't always translate well when it's technical.

Change, Delete, Archive Sent/Received Referrals
I want to be able to archive, change, or delete referrals that I receive or send. Sometimes, the receiving agent leaves KW and does not close a referral after the closing, or the client chooses another option. Being able to clean up my referral page will be most helpful. It causes anxiety for me to see all of the referrals that are either closed, expired, or should just be updated and deleted.

Allow agent to use the same contact phone number or email address in the addtional field and primary field
Agent would like to add the same primary phone number/email to a contact in the additional field on the contact card and not get the error 'That phone number/email address already belongs to this contact.'. He'd like to have the same number or email address on the primary field as well as on the additional field

Contact Assignees Notified w/ New Notes or Activities
Idea: Assignees of Contacts get a Command notification whenever a new note or activity has been added to the contact their assigned to. While beneficial for solo agents, this would also be extremely beneficial for teams and ensure that all assignees of contacts are easily notified when something new happens with a contact their assigned to.

Share Opportunities between Individual Agents
Teams are able to add assignees to opportunities so both agents are able to see the opportunity. Single agents should have the option to add agents in their market center to their opportunities if they are splitting the deal or working as a mentor on the deal. This way the other agent can have access to the whole opportunity and see the documents.

Recommend edit to neighborhood feature
We need the ability to recommend changes to current neighborhoods as well as recommend the addition of new neighborhoods directly. In my area (Maui, Hawaii) I have found 7-8 different instances of neighborhood lines now being drawn correctly to include all housing in the area, as well as certain residential areas not included in neighborhoods at all. Allow command users to request changes to neighborhoods and then push these requests to the leadership team in that market center. This could be easily overseen by local MCTTs.

Lead Parsing Email
Create a Lead Parsing Email which is a unique entity separate from our normal command email like the separate emails that third party lead generation softwares provide. This would allow us to plug in our parsing email which would directly connect our lead generation from Zillow, Google ads, Homes.com, etc, and put it into our contacts in command instead of us doing it manually every time.

The associate does not want rental numbers included in their average deal sized for their referral profile.

KW Command should be optimized to be used on a tablet or mobile device.
KW Agents should have full use of their command dashboard on a mobile web version. When using a tablet, we should be able to use the full capability of Command. Example: when working on an opportunity and adding documents, before submitting to compliance, there is an ability to remove or edit uploaded documents if you are on a laptop or a desktop. The command prompt and dropdown menu are there on a mobile device, but it does not respond to a tablet or phone. This feature should work no matter what type of device you are using. Import the new signed documents from Loop into the Loop that has already been imported in Command
When a loop is imported into command, all forms within the loop are placed into a custom folder. However, If forms are added to a loop after it has been imported into Command, those new forms will not be automatically included in the original custom folder. We would like the forms that were added to the loop after the import to automatically get added to the existing custom folder.

It will be helpfull to be able to edit how often de client updates are send, and also be able to add for example how many views or visits the leasing have had in for example the last month, show the results to our clients and not the tasks that we have done.

Finance Type
Add 'Cash' as a selectable value for 'Finance Type' in Opportunity Details. Currently, selecting 'None' results in two dashes being displayed. This can be confused with the data have potentially been omitted, rather than a clear statement of 'This Buyer intends to use cash', which is an important detail.

Show Expiration Date on Compliance Request Cards
It would be extremely helpful if our opportunity dashboard for compliance requests included the expiration date of a listing agreement or buyer representation agreement. We just went through the very tedious process of archiving over a thousand opportunities from the compliance dashboard, many of which were listings that did not sell or buyers that did not buy. The only way to do this was to open each opportunity and re-open the documents. We have a submission date and an est. closing date....can we get an expiration date added so we can archive expired opportunities faster?

Include Team Emails in Email Reports
Teams would like a way to view more detailed email analytics for team members. Say, one agent sends out a SmartPlan through their Team SmartPlan account, the Rainmaker should be able to see those analytics instead of only the emails sent out from their account. Currently, the email metrics will show from that particular account. There is not a team email metrics at the moment. Basically there needs to be a 'Teamified' Reports applet.
