To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.

  1. In the search filter for contacts,
    How can I filter the contacts who had the smart plan in the past and not current? Could you add a filter please? I understand that i can find it in the activity, but with 800 in my database, that's a lot to go thru. This is to avoid repeating the smart plan on the clients.
    Or if you cannot delete the smart plan under the smart plan section , even if it's completed.

  2. When importing contacts from your database, the birthday field updates to a date that is a month later than the actual birthday if you already have birthdates in the contact cards being uploaded.

  3. Today when I search on our Teams production to see how we rank in, say the Texas South Region or the entire U.S., I can only search by Region. Would love to have more options to filter the production data on the areas mentioned here:

    1. By Type (Group, Team or Ind. Team)
    2. By Reg #
    3. By MC
    4. By MC #
    5. By City
    6. By State (Include entire U.S.)
    7. By GCI
    8. By Volume
    9. By Units

    Would love to have the ability to create reports (save them) and then just run them whenever I need them and they automatically…

  4. Hi! When creating a new note or editing an existing note, the window that pops up only allows you to see about 4 lines of text at once. When making a lot of bullet points in a note, that means you have to scroll up and down to see if you already have a piece of information recorded. Could the window that pops up when you create or edit a note, be made larger?

    Also, the formatting doesn't transfer over from note creation or edit window, to when you view it. For example, if you make bullet points on different…

  5. currently whenever there is a discrepancy with an invalid email Support have to escalate each case. the user cannot see the reason code for why it is invalid. Support team cant go into mail gun to review past error to see if its a full block or something dev can clear. Then issue is escalated to dev team to check the reason and unblock the email if possible. if there was clearer wording for user or a button they could press to contest validity to have the email checked and cleared? (that sounds a bit fancy).

  8. If an agent on a team creates a contact on their personal side, and then immediately pushes it over to the team side, it keeps them as the owner of the contact. So in the case of them leaving the team, they can easily recover these people. However, if they happen to manually create the contact while under the team side in the first place, it makes the team the owner of the contact, making it very difficult for them to recover the contact.

    This makes it very difficult to differentiate contacts that the agent enters themselves, which should belong…

  11. In rural areas like Coldspring, Livingston, New Waverly and all in between there are very few 'neighborhoods'. If adding or the ability to request a new neighborhood would be available, that would be amazing!

  12. It would be nice (especially for teams) to be able to archive smarplans or toggle specific smartplans on and off as active to team members. We have certain smartplans that are used for follow up from specific events once a year. I don't want to delete the smartplan; however, it is cumbersome to have it in our list all year round of available smartplans. Having some way to turn those on and off from our list of available plans would be ideal.

  16. In the 'designs' section of command, and create an email campaign for a new listing, on the very bottom bottom of the design template, it auto populates my KW logo, and contact details TWICE as shown under my photo.
    Please help me to remove one side of the branded information and not two of the same footer.

So we are able to create tasks linked to an opportunity and make it repeating, however we are unable to make a repeating checklist task through the Opportunity Stages & Checklists customization. It would be helpful in particular for the Cultivate phase to have a repeating follow up call task that automatically is created to keep in touch with potential future listings/buyers, rather than having to create a task for every new opportunity in the Cultivate phase.

  20. Have the ability to include the note I add to one of my contacts to be updated on their associated persons (ie. spouse) contact card. Example:

    I add a note to James Doe and same notes gets added to Jane Doe
    Note: Talked to James and he said they will sell in 3 months

    I want the note to automatically or give me an option to have that same note added to the associated person.
