To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  2. Link MLS to Command Contacts so when a property is listed on MLS that matches the Contact in Command, it is shown as an Active, Coming Soon, Expired, Cancelled, or Withdrawn listing. The KW agent should be able to add a widget on to the Home screen so we can see at a glance the listings that have been recently changed that are matching addresses in our contacts.   3. Managing large email lists is challenging when trying to exclude certain groups. It would be helpful to have the ability to deselect specific groups of contacts without unchecking every individual contact, streamlining list management.

  4. For customization in emailed designs, the property address TOWN would be a real useful field as a merge item. I assume it would be |ContactCity| or something to that point.

    Should be easy to add to the pick list, as well.

    It would facilitate emails like "Hello |ContactFirstName|, here's the latest real estate newsletter for |ContactCity| :"

  5. I’d like to pull my contacts list sorted by least recently contacted. But I want this to be by personal contacts/reachouts (texts or calling) but not marketing emails. So if I sent a marketing email last Thursday and I sort my contacts by last contacted, everyone shows last Thursday since I sent a marketing email. But I just wanted it to show when I personally contacted them. The reason this would be helpful is I can easily pull my list of contacts based on those who I haven’t made a personal connection recently and then prioritize who to reach out…

Recently, I submitted a support ticket on this issue where contacts in my team account are directly texting me a question to my twilio number (because I had them save it as a direct form of contact), and it is creating a new contact in my personal command with the phone # as the name. Then, I have to go search the phone # in my team account to see who it is.   14. The ability to add more than one document per item in the compliance checklist. The current workaround at the moment is to create a duplicate checklist or have the MCA create multiple items for the same document.

  15. I would like to suggest adding the ability to set minute and hour delays between steps in SmartPlans. This feature would greatly enhance my marketing outreach by allowing me to send a series of texts with specific delays between each. For example, I could send an initial text upon adding a lead to a SmartPlan, then delay 5 minutes to send a second text, and delay another 3 minutes to send a third text, and so on. Additionally, it would be beneficial to combine these minute/hour delays with the existing time-of-day settings; a good example: enabling a sequence of texts…

  16. Now that the full options for modules are released, agents would like the ability to add other kinds of modules to the homepage or default pages of their sites. In particular, agents focused on sellers rather than buyers would like to be able to replace or supplement the home search function with the home valuation module.

  17. Agents are unable to efficiently review and edit multiple contacts while navigating through the Database. The current single-window approach disrupts workflow and causes loss of context when switching between contacts.

    To address this, we propose returning the Contact Name as a link feature Command previously had. Agents could open multiple contacts in separate tabs within the database view, by right-clicking on the contact name and selecting "Open Link in New Tab" button.

    This allows for standard desktop browser Tab management features, such as tab closing, reordering, and grouping which all would enhance user experience and productivity.

  18. We need the ability to merge two contacts that both have agent site connections. If a client creates a new account on the agent site or app after they already have an existing agent site connection, it creates a duplicate contact that cannot currently be merged. We need the ability to merge these duplicate agent site connections when they occur.

  19. It would be extremely helpful if our opportunity dashboard for compliance requests included the expiration date of a listing agreement or buyer representation agreement. We just went through the very tedious process of archiving over a thousand opportunities from the compliance dashboard, many of which were listings that did not sell or buyers that did not buy. The only way to do this was to open each opportunity and re-open the documents. We have a submission date and an est. closing date....can we get an expiration date added so we can archive expired opportunities faster?
