I would like to choose a radius smaller than 15 miles for the paid ads so I can better target smaller neighborhoods

Manually add listing for creating offers.
Is input being accepted about the functionality of adding offers in the new system? Having to choose one in our market center from KWmls makes a ton of extra work for us. We have agents all over the state.
AND I can't even help them by adding an exclusive listing because my only option is to have myself as the listing agent.
We used to just be able to put in an address and that was SO MUCH better!!!2 votes -
Add Activity Type Column for Contacts Table View
I sort my Contacts list by Last Contacted. I would like to see a column next to that HOW I contacted them. Was the activity a text, call, mail, etc? If I could see that in one glance, it would be very helpful!

Download all listing images with the click of a button
Agents currently have to download images from listings uploaded to the platform one by one or wait for the agent that owns the listing to send them. This can take a long time if there are lots of images or if the owner is on a break, vacation, etc. Our solution? Adding a button that downloads all of the images at once.

Retain column width and sort when saving a smart view.
Smart views revert to narrow columns so I have to manually widen each column to see the complete data. For instance I have a smart view with birthdays and addresses for mailing birthday cards, but when I open the smart view the birthday AND address are cut off. When you save the smart view it should save the column width. Also the column sort is not retained either. It should be. There are a lot of potential case uses for this.

Reports for Clean Up
I am working with a team to help set up a more functioning COMMAND system. There are remnants of 3 old classification "ideas", most aren't being used. Upon inquiring to support, I found the exports and/or reports I need are not available. As functions have been released, it is necessary to clean up old workarounds to incorporate the new features. Doing some clean-up is needed and there is no way to easily query what is in the system. Any user created fields and assignments to clients should be easily accessible for reivew.

Offer with a Referral Issue
I received a referral check for a deal I referred out. Command still wants me to complete the offer section with the same info as if I listed/sold the property myself to be able to get to the commission tab. Since I did not work with the clients I did not have the details of the financing or the other party. Also, since I referred the client to another KW agent I had to create a new listing in the KWLS because the one that was already in there was linked to the opportunity of the agent that lead the…

Outside Agent Referral (zipcode issue)
We were trying to enter the information for an outside agent referral and it would not accept the details and let us click the button. All fields were filled in and we couldn't figure out what was wrong. After multiple tries we removed the dash from the zip code. We had used the 12345-6789 configuration of the zip code. After removing the "-4 digits" it worked. There was not a dialogue box or error message that showed what was wrong.

Bulk Change Ownership
Team owned contacts can not be changed quickly to a new owner instead it's a 1 by 1. This is most commonly seen when contacts are uploaded incorrectly

When generating mailing labels they should sort alphabetically and combine married couples on one label.

Created date in the contact profile
When you open up a contact's profile page, I'd like to see the created date on the left side, under the lead source line. As of now, if I want to see how long I've known someone, I have to take extra steps to search for them in the main page to see the date in the list.

Dynamic Statistics
With the stats applet in the website builder, it would be great if we could link to our MLS to have the stats update in real time (or once a day). For example, having XX active listings, or XX solds, etc.

Should be able to block or mark leads as scam. We get scam emails from the website and all we can do is archive them.

Establish Tap section on the Top of Command
Currently, when using the command, I have to open a new tab in Chrome every time I switch between different functions. Would it be possible to develop an option to add a tab on the top? This way, we wouldn't have to constantly switch back and forth or refresh the command, making the workflow more efficient.

Flat Commission Amounts in Commissions
Under the old system, agents could put in a dollar amount for commissions if they wished, and Command would do the math for them. Since moving to transactions, our agents are forced to input a percentage, which doesn't always match up perfectly with the flat fee they've agreed to. They're left reaching out to leadership and asking us to change it, which takes up time and resources that previously weren't necessary.
