Twilio Inbox for Text Messages/Calls
The only place to review replies/calls from Twilio is under notifications. It would be helpful to have an inbox for all Twilio text messages/calls.

add activity to a group
It would be great to be able to "add activity" to a group of people that have been tagged when we send something to the entire group either through a direct mailer or an email etc vs having to add that activity one at a time.

Link shortener & QR code generator for website
When building out the websites in Expert Mode, if we create a single property website page, it will generate a link that we can use in social media or emails to direct clicks to that site. If we had a way to generate a QR code or even have a branded one-click to shorten the long link address, that would be amazing!

Add attempts to the daily tracker log
In the daily tracker log sheet, please add a field to enter the number of attempts. That way we can see how many communication attempts we are making each day vs. how many actual 2 way conversations are happening.

Preferred Partners
We would like in the Preferred Partners section:
• More categories to include other and Real Estate Schools.

Allow agent to use the same contact phone number or email address in the addtional field and primary field
Agent would like to add the same primary phone number/email to a contact in the additional field on the contact card and not get the error 'That phone number/email address already belongs to this contact.'. He'd like to have the same number or email address on the primary field as well as on the additional field

Improve Data Sync from MLS to Listings Applet
Easy button would collect data that is already in Command/the KWLS to save time on back and forth between Agents and Support. Ex. If their listing has been Active on the MLS for less than 24 hours, messaging indicates to allow up to 24 hours for changes to sync with KWLS. If the listing has been Active on the MLS for 24+ hours and there are still no photos detected, Listing applet has an easy button next to the listing to submit a ZD ticket to Support with MLS/listing details/List Agent details to kicks tart investigating the missing photos. "Back to Contacts" Goes Back to Place in Contacts Page after Scrolling
Want to seen the one that we were looking at last. I wish it would save place in my scroll. I want it to go right back. Would use the back and forward buttons some times but not always. Match behavior from Google Contacts.

Option to Receive Copies of Sent Smartplan Emails with Personalized Details
When using custom Smartplans like birthday greetings, there’s currently no way to receive a copy of the exact email sent to contacts. While creating a test contact provides a preview, it doesn’t show the personalized details (e.g., the recipient’s name or merge tag content).
Request:
Please add an option to automatically send a copy of each Smartplan email to the user or a designated email address.Desired Outcome:

Change, Delete, Archive Sent/Received Referrals
I want to be able to archive, change, or delete referrals that I receive or send. Sometimes, the receiving agent leaves KW and does not close a referral after the closing, or the client chooses another option. Being able to clean up my referral page will be most helpful. It causes anxiety for me to see all of the referrals that are either closed, expired, or should just be updated and deleted.

Digital Business Card - Ability to add profile picture from Marketing Profile
For the QR code in the Command app for the digital business card, I would love to see the ability to add your profile picture into this business card that is in your Marketing Profile to make it look more professional or the ability to customize what details you do/don't want on the business card.

KW Command should be optimized to be used on a tablet or mobile device.
KW Agents should have full use of their command dashboard on a mobile web version. When using a tablet, we should be able to use the full capability of Command. Example: when working on an opportunity and adding documents, before submitting to compliance, there is an ability to remove or edit uploaded documents if you are on a laptop or a desktop. The command prompt and dropdown menu are there on a mobile device, but it does not respond to a tablet or phone. This feature should work no matter what type of device you are using.
