To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Currently, when adding an international referral in the Commissions section, the system does not allow users to input phone numbers with international country codes. It assumes all phone numbers are in a North American format, which results in errors for agents working with international referrals. This enhancement will allow users to add international phone numbers, ensuring proper data entry and improved communication with referral agents.

  2. The moving between personal to team and then team to personal is messy. If a legacy tag is removed, the personal database is a mess. If they never use personal, or reclassify a contact, they cant take that information with them. If you don't make it easy to go from command to command, there is a chance they go from command to another system or command to another company instead.

  4. Ability to assign tasks to a client that shows up in the daily (or weekly) updates. For example - Seller to schedule terminate utilities. Or, Seller to provide contract to their mortgage officer. etc

  5. I am currently on a KWIR smart plan and I want to unsubscribe from just this one. I don't want to unsubscribe from all.

    I imagine that consumers might appreciate that option as well (such as a neighbourhood drip when they move to a new neighbourhood but still stay on their current neighbourhood drip or birthday plan.) Thank you!

  6. Would be useful in many ways to integrate recorded phone calls into Command and Command App. This could be useful for having something to go back to, for example if you can't remember what city the client said NOT to look at you can go back to listen, etc. If you are in the car during a call, take notes once you are back at the office. Eliminates that awkward text of not remembering something during the phone call.

    This is also useful due to the fact we often find clients saying "you did or did not tell me something"…

  7. It would be hugely beneficial if there was an option to create custom forms and add them to Agent Sites. This eliminates needing to create a Google Form and then manually add Contacts to your database. Creating those forms with the ability to set up lead routing / auto tag / smartplans would be awesome!

  8. I use smart plans to create tasks for lead generation AND I use opportunity tasks. Currently, that all goes to the same list (which is great). I would like an extra tab at the top to select only the opportunity tasks out of the general tasks. Obviously, these are more time sensitive than the lead gen tasks created generally so I would like to be able to check them quickly from that list rather than go into each opportunity individually.

  9. Agent wants to be able to see the last time a design was edited, command already includes the date but agent wants to see the exact time as well when it was last edited

  10. After an open house, I would like to be able to assign neighborhood(s) to all visitors who attended the open house. Would need the ability to "look up on a map", not just type in the neighborhood since Nextdoor com does not always have the proper info.

  11. With the stats applet in the website builder, it would be great if we could link to our MLS to have the stats update in real time (or once a day). For example, having XX active listings, or XX solds, etc.

  12. In the notification settings we can set notifications for a property inquiry or a note on a collection, but not if someone favorites a property. This is very useful info that we need.

  13. I would like to be able to access the landing page for the open house a few days before my open house. Right now I can only access it the day of. I like to create a QR code so people can sign in quicker and the sign in is more accurate. If it is available earlier I can have everything ready a few days before, with my schedule this would be a big help! I am sure I am not the only one..

  16. People want to see different contact information when you pull up a contact in Command. My experience developing applications & UI has always been a best practice to have as few clicks or physical interaction/navigation as possible.

    To minimize scrolling and see what each agent values as pertinent contact information when the contact is displayed, we should be able to modify the layout of the information on a contact card. For instance, the address is not in view nor is the 'About' section. We should be able to organize the subsections in a contact card.

  19. As an agent I need to be able to quickly see which of my contacts have unsubscribed from text messages so I can change my approach to communication with them or remove them from other forms of communication. It would be intuitive to have this info located in the Texts & Calls tab of the Reports applet.
