Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  4. The ability to download all documents from an opportunity to a single PDF file is useful and should be implemented.
    We should have the ability to choose individual files, or a combined PDF.

  5. Having a Lost Opportunity Reflect that when in a contacts Opportunities with out having to go into the Opportunites. Example we have a buyer who was purchasing a town home that got to the stage Contingent and Phase Under Contract. How ever it did not go through. We have tagged it as Lost Oppotunities. However if we go into the contacts Opps Tab it still shows Stage Contingent and Phase under contract. It should show there it is a lost Opportunity without having to go in Opportunity.

  8. We need the ability to merge two contacts that both have agent site connections. If a client creates a new account on the agent site or app after they already have an existing agent site connection, it creates a duplicate contact that cannot currently be merged. We need the ability to merge these duplicate agent site connections when they occur.

  9. Can you please make it more obvious when an opportunity is approved for commission (the file is complete) maybe send a notification to the agent AND turn the file a different color or send off confetti......

  10. Is there a way to add a custom graphic into our signature for automated and Bulk Action emails? Branding is a critical aspect of my business plan and not being able to do so creates less value when obtaining capitalization.

  11. Have the availability to have an email notification for Twilio text messages. Currently you only get a desktop notification, phone notification, and a push notification. Those only work if you are logged into command. The Command app in notorious (at least to me) for logging me out without notice and when this happens there's not a way to know that text messages are coming through. We'd just like the ability to also turn on email notifications.

  12. Should be able to block or mark leads as scam. We get scam emails from the website and all we can do is archive them.

  17. Ability to add contacts to a mailer campaign. For example: have a seller lead on a weekly or monthly mailer postcard campaign to stay top of mind. Similar to emails and text. This is just another way to stay in touch physically. Mailbox power is a third party tool that offers this ability but it would be better if I can manage it from command.

  18. Every CRM I know has a form creation function, whoever responds to this form is automatically entered into the command, avoiding manual work for this purpose.

  20. Stephanie Rankin has requested an enhancement to the "My Preferred Vendor" page on KW Agent websites to improve the organization and display of vendors.


    Requested Changes:

    1. Alphabetical Organization:

      • Add a feature to automatically organize vendors alphabetically on:
        • The "All Vendors" page.
        • The pages sorted by vendor type (Vendor Type Pages).
    2. Manual Positioning:

      • Enable the option to manually reorder vendors, allowing agents to position their vendors in a preferred order.
    3. Synchronization with Vendor | MoveEasy:

      • Replicate the alphabetical organization functionality currently available in the Vendor | MoveEasy platform (used by Stephanie to manage vendors).…
