Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  2. Whenever a client unsubscribes from an email, they unsubscribe from "all email communication." Is there a way we can provide a way for clients to opt out of specific communication (campaign lists, smart plans, etc.) or all communication altogether or allow the person in our database to reach out to us specifically to adjust their communication preferences before deciding to unsubscribe?

    I've had clients unsubscribe from newsletters, but would still like to get property notifications, or vice versa.

    This could help us reduce our unsubscribe rates on email campaigns, and improve client/agent satisfaction.

  3. We need the ability to recommend changes to current neighborhoods as well as recommend the addition of new neighborhoods directly. In my area (Maui, Hawaii) I have found 7-8 different instances of neighborhood lines now being drawn correctly to include all housing in the area, as well as certain residential areas not included in neighborhoods at all. Allow command users to request changes to neighborhoods and then push these requests to the leadership team in that market center. This could be easily overseen by local MCTTs.

  4. Allow the ability to add more than one relationship connection. For example an entire family buying together.

  5. Create a Lead Parsing Email which is a unique entity separate from our normal command email like the separate emails that third party lead generation softwares provide. This would allow us to plug in our parsing email which would directly connect our lead generation from Zillow, Google ads, Homes.com, etc, and put it into our contacts in command instead of us doing it manually every time.

  6. Update the home evaluation tool to capture and notify agents of the address entered, even if the consumer doesn’t complete the full form. This ensures agents can see potential leads who showed interest but didn’t submit their contact info, allowing for follow-up strategies like targeted ads or direct outreach.

  8. We need the ability to link multiple contacts living in a single household with the same address.

    There should be system logic to identify and suggest household members based upon a common address in command. There should also be the ability to manually link household contacts if we do not yet have their address.

    This would be different from the relationships feature since related contacts may or may not all live together.

  9. The current layout of Command limits printing to the visible area of the page that so users can only print to what is currently on screen below the page header and to the right of the sidebar, which cuts off most important listing information.

    A print-friendly version of simply the Listing Details without the Command navigation elements would be helpful particularly for internal KWLS listings. These are not on the MLS, but some Agents may need to access the equivalent of a "MLS Sheet" about the property.

  11. Please enable the mass edit to apply to all selected contacts rather than the current limitation of only those on the same page.

    I'm enhancing my contacts with tags. I have found that the system only allows me to mass edit contacts that exist on the same page in Command even though I have checked multiple contact profiles (that are presented on other pages of contacts).

    IE I want to add 'family friend' to contacts that appear on pages 1, 5, 22, and 27, but the system only applies the family friend tag to the two contacts appearing on page…

  12. Could there be an option for printing just a select amount of contacts in your database? This will save time and conserve resources by reducing waste.

  13. Please move where we add the address in the contact up with the email and phone number. Our MC has less than 20% of its contacts with addresses because they will not hit the additional info button.

  15. Expand the options for Relationships. Some key relationships are missing in the drop down. It would be beneficial for Command users to be able to note Relationships such as : FRIEND, ROOMMATE, CO-WORKER.

  17. Most of the designs are social. It would be nice if you could convert them to email or other categories rather than having to redo the design. This would make our job a lot easier as some of these can be universal anyway.

  18. when recording a Call on the contact timeline it defaults to We Talked when you actually may have left a message (CLM) or no answer of the phone (CNA)

When working in the KW Command Design editor, I’ve noticed that when I set my design text color to white (or any light color), the text in the editor itself also turns white—making it almost impossible to see or edit. It would be really helpful if the editor could default the text color to black or provide a way to make it more readable while editing, regardless of the final design color. This would make it a lot easier to make changes and avoid mistakes when working on marketing pieces. It's a small change that would go a long way…

  20. Add spaces to the phone number when you are viewing the contact from the opportunity.

    Currently you can see spaces in the phone number in the app and on the contact card. When you need to quickly see the phone number in the opportunity it's HARD to read when you need to quickly call.
