Update all forms fields to allow for FOUR buyers to match same quantity as contracts
Update all forms fields to allow for FOUR buyers , versus two that we now have, to match same quantity as contracts. When completing forms in DocuSign the fields don't match the amount of buyers. Also the contact information can't be linked back to command. This prevents the proper history being updated.
It's just too much unnecessary manual work when we already have a system created to do just that.
Adding TWO additional blocks to add Buyers will improve accuracy, time, transaction history and allow for clean process.

Trigger email from stage change in opportunity
Add the option so that once an Opportunity is changed to a different stage, it would automatically send a specific email out to that client. For example: An Opportunity changes from a stage called "Showings" to a stage called "Under Contract" - An email would automatically be sent out with details for the clients next steps.

Copy and Paste/Duplicate a Step in SmartPlans
It would be nice to be able to copy and paste or duplicate an edited Step to use on a different Day. There are many instances where I might do the same task weekly, but don't want to do a repeating SmartPlan because I'll also have text and email Steps that shouldn't repeat. This would allow an easy way to make SmartPlans instead of having to recreate every duplicate Step, especially if it's information heavy. Otherwise, I'm left having to copy sections from one Step, going to edit the new Step to paste the information, then having to save and…

Emails sent from desktop or other device be logged into Command in the contacts Timeline
It helps us stay on top of our contacts and quickly see what we last talked about. We shouldn't have to pay for another service if we already are paying for KW Command as a CRM.

kw website Edit Header Tags to include google analytics user id code
We currently have the ability to enter our google analytics tag and track website information using the google anayltics app. In order to track user id information from the google analytics tag, we need the ability to edit the header tag on each page. We can currently only do that if we are building a custom page but not on any other existing pages like the homepage.
Collecting this information would be very helpful. An example of what we would need to edit:

Leadership Role Specific KW Emails
There needs to be a review on KWRI allowing leadership role specific emails to be created for the market center. Not just the MCA or front desk. There needs to be one for MCTT's, PC's, TL's, ATL's, Compliance, etc. This will relieve headaches of when people leave the role. I don't understand why this isn't a thing now. Please change this so that the Market center owns these emails and all communication within these emails so when the roles are filled with someone new, they can pick up where things left off for that role. Link MLS with Command Contacts to show any listings matching the Contact's addresses
Link MLS to Command Contacts so when a property is listed on MLS that matches the Contact in Command, it is shown as an Active, Coming Soon, Expired, Cancelled, or Withdrawn listing. The KW agent should be able to add a widget on to the Home screen so we can see at a glance the listings that have been recently changed that are matching addresses in our contacts. Email Lists - Option to deselect specific groups without affecting the entire list.
Managing large email lists is challenging when trying to exclude certain groups. It would be helpful to have the ability to deselect specific groups of contacts without unchecking every individual contact, streamlining list management.

Add Contact City Name to Merge Fields pick list in Designs
For customization in emailed designs, the property address TOWN would be a real useful field as a merge item. I assume it would be |ContactCity| or something to that point.
Should be easy to add to the pick list, as well.
It would facilitate emails like "Hello |ContactFirstName|, here's the latest real estate newsletter for |ContactCity| :"

Ability to Map our contact addresses for shorter drive time
I do pop-bys for my clients and with the growing date base, if we could just check mark the names and ask the command to map the addresses to utilize less drive time, it will save us a lot of time. Google map can only do 25 addressed max, there are other apps that will do 50 addresses but we have to share the contacts with them. We need command to do this or us so we do not upload our contacts in a third party app. Please help.

Shortly after the security breach it seems recaptcha v2 was deployed. I believe v3 would be a much more user friendly and more secure method to confirm a user is not a bot.
Also, I just received probably the most jenky MFA I've ever seen in which the system challenged me for a code it had emails to my recovery email. In this day and age of authenticator apps and tokens I would much prefer something that was actually secure rather than relying on SMTP and the delay of emails.
