Share Opportunities between Individual Agents
Teams are able to add assignees to opportunities so both agents are able to see the opportunity. Single agents should have the option to add agents in their market center to their opportunities if they are splitting the deal or working as a mentor on the deal. This way the other agent can have access to the whole opportunity and see the documents.

WHY ARE ADDRESSES UNDER A SEARCH!!?
Searching for an Address vs just entering one...I may not have their full address, but want to add the city they live in. Even under neighborhoods if I do that, the city isn't always there to pull from. WHY can't I add just the city and state so I know where they're from? Searching for an address is the worst...if I don't have an actual one for the contact, then I'm picking a random one from a street in their city...versus just adding the info I want which is to add city and state. That is the most inefficient system.…

Api nation google integration allows for more than just primary phone and email
, while we do have support for multiple emails/phones in contacts within Command, API Nation says they be able to sync to the primary fields for emails and phone numbers.
KW Command currently allows for syncing information to the Primary Email and Primary Phone fields only.

Export Opportunity Documents to 1 PDF File
The ability to download all documents from an opportunity to a single PDF file is useful and should be implemented.

Make it possible to filter contacts by parts of the address. city, zip, state, etc.
current 'advanced' search only allows granularity to the primary address field. First, that the address is treated as sometimes one field, sometimes 5 is confusing from the get go, but if we're exporting Address, City, State, Country, and ZIP, why can't we filter to that level of granularity. While I'm there, why is it that if I want to fix the state portion of the address I have to first delete the entire address entry from the contact and re-enter the whole thing?

Sort Contacts by Last Personal Contact
I’d like to pull my contacts list sorted by least recently contacted. But I want this to be by personal contacts/reachouts (texts or calling) but not marketing emails. So if I sent a marketing email last Thursday and I sort my contacts by last contacted, everyone shows last Thursday since I sent a marketing email. But I just wanted it to show when I personally contacted them. The reason this would be helpful is I can easily pull my list of contacts based on those who I haven’t made a personal connection recently and then prioritize who to reach out…

Currently, notes can be added to an opportunity, but not during the initial creation process. It would be beneficial to have the ability to add a note at the time of setup. This would allow for quick reference when managing multiple opportunities, providing an additional way to mentally keep them organized beyond an opportunity tag.

Tasks - sort by name
In the tasks page, allow the name column to be sorted. That way, I can see if a contact has more than one task.

Saved Search Sharing to Contacts
For contacts with relationships (spouses, parents, children, etc.) there should be a way to share the saved search created for one contact, to the other.

How to filter out HOPA
I would like to submit a feature request for HOPA verified neighborhoods in order to better and more efficiently service my clients. Due to the lack there of, my clients are spending time looking through and saving properties that they do not qualify for. Please consider adding this feature as soon as possible under property descriptions so that we may direct our clients accordingly.

Option to Receive Copies of Sent Smartplan Emails with Personalized Details
When using custom Smartplans like birthday greetings, there’s currently no way to receive a copy of the exact email sent to contacts. While creating a test contact provides a preview, it doesn’t show the personalized details (e.g., the recipient’s name or merge tag content).

Please add an option to automatically send a copy of each Smartplan email to the user or a designated email address.Desired Outcome:

Add Home Valuation to Agent Site Homepage
Now that the full options for modules are released, agents would like the ability to add other kinds of modules to the homepage or default pages of their sites. In particular, agents focused on sellers rather than buyers would like to be able to replace or supplement the home search function with the home valuation module.

2+ Buyers/Sellers in DocuSign
We often have scenarios in probate situations where there are 4 or 5 siblings selling their parents home. DocuSign only pushes 2 of those to the envelope and I have to add the rest.

KW Command should be optimized to be used on a tablet or mobile device.
KW Agents should have full use of their command dashboard on a mobile web version. When using a tablet, we should be able to use the full capability of Command. Example: when working on an opportunity and adding documents, before submitting to compliance, there is an ability to remove or edit uploaded documents if you are on a laptop or a desktop. The command prompt and dropdown menu are there on a mobile device, but it does not respond to a tablet or phone. This feature should work no matter what type of device you are using. import contacts create opportunity
When importing a list of contacts it would be great if we could have an opportunity automatically be created at the same time similar to how Command MC allows us to add to recruit pipeline.

Allow more than two decimal places for recurring deductions.
One of our Listing Services is FMLS. There is a per Transaction fee of .0012%. We cannot enter that because Command currently does not allow this.
This would certainly be a help to Agents, MCAs, TCs & more (with less errors & duplication of work!)

Add Non-KW Agents to Referral Network
The Referrals Portal would be more valuable if:
- The contact information went directly to the CRM portion of Command with the opportunity to apply SmartPlans, tags to keep in touch as well as areas served.
- Both KW and out-of-brokerage agents could be added.
- Once the referral is accepted, an Opportunity is created.
