To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.

  1. As this "platform" is allegedly built on the Google platform, lose the Beta program "Unique Recovery Email" and have agent use the Google Authenticator application. Start thinking BIG - stop with the band-aid fixes that require new methods every few months.

    I want to suggest the development of an integrated dialing system within KW Command, designed to streamline call workflows, enhance lead follow-up, and improve overall agent productivity. Here’s how it could function:

  3. Can we update the way we scour through the email lists? Having to load 100 at a time, then have to wait for next 100 and have to return to the top each and every time to do anything is a waste of time.

  5. Previously when you imported contacts and there were records that failed, the error file contained ONLY those that failed.

    Now, the error log is the entire import file with numerous columns at the end showing why they failed.

    This is messy when you are imported thousands of records and because error validation is on numerous columns, basics sorts are not able to quickly show the associate what failed.

    Please go back to showing only the records that failed on the error file export.

  6. It's fantastic that we can manage a number of signatures in the email module within contacts! But we need to be able to select a default one that automatically inserts into our emails. For every email we send right now, we have an extra two clicks to click on the add signature button, then click on the signature.

  7. This might be more comprehensive and harder than I may be making it seem, and I also feel this would be a HUGE value add to Agents/Admin and MCAs/TLs. It would be nice if we could build a Smart Plan that included multiple different Campaign Features. Building a Month Long Campaign for an event or Reverse BOLD 100. Features would include scheduling by Date, Utilizing Text & Email (Already does this in a smart plan) AND adding the ability to have Social Posts scheduled to go out based on the linked accounts in our Marketing Profile.   11. There should be totals for Units, Volume, and Commission in All Opportunities.

    When agents use Filters and create Smart Views, they are often expecting to see totals for those fields at the bottom of the list to get a sense of where their production is at YTD, last year, or what's Active or Under Contract, etc.

    Agents have not been able to gain the insights they want in the Reports applet.

  12. When I generate a landing page for a FREE Playbook. I then have to manually enter to send to them. It would be easier if I could put the tag in Command for the specific landing page. When the landing page is used it would trigger the smartplan.

  13. When we enter contacts into Command that need to be linked, it would be awesome that when after you enter the first contact, and then when you start on the second and you "Add a relationship" ....if the Collaborator and Tags automatically populated to the second contact...that would be amazing!

  15. I searched others' ideas and I didn't see this one addressed.

    I see that we have the capability to make calls directly from the app (how cool!), and that it can track it as an activity (wow!), AND that you can choose whether to use your device's phone plan OR Whatsapp (amazing!).

    I am wondering if it is possible to integrate my Google Voice VoIP phone number (or other app for other people) as another option besides personal phone plan & Whatsapp. I am trying (if at all feasible) to make my VoIP my business number and keep my personal…

  16. We need the agent to be able to select which images they want to display to the consumer (app/website).

    Currently, the agent has the option to display all images on the KW apps and website or hide all images. For a better selling experience, it should be possible for the agent to upload all images for a listing and then select which images they want to display or not on the websites (but still have them available on Command). The advantage is that the agent has more photos available in Command (in addition to those displayed on the website) to…

  17. On a contact when you go to 'add activity' on the list of 'interaction type' I would like you to add 'door drop' or 'pop by' on the drop down menu. Then I can mark the days I personally show up at peoples homes with a door drop and then I can add notes if they were home or not.

  18. SMS messages sent within Command using Twilio are included in the AI summary. The messages sent and received on our phones while we're mobile are not and there isn't a way to import them into Command

  19. Currently we are able to create a custom field in command based on a category created by the user. However this option can only be viewed under the individual contact card. From the contact dashboard there should be a way to filter through custom fields using the advanced or basic filters and the column should be Clickable so these same contacts can be sorted based on but not limited to ascending, descending, newest, oldest etc. Finally the ability to bulk tags these contacts based on custom fields should be available too.

  20. When applying a merge field in a smart plan, the text of the [merge field] that appears does not adjust to match the font size of the rest of the email. It looks unprofessional having the client name tiny (for example) and then larger text in the body. If you leave the text size to match the merge field size, you have all tiny text. Please allow the merge field to adjust with the size and font on the email.
