condense contact card, less white space
Currently to find information about contacts you need to scroll to see information.
While the email and phone number are visible, things like the description, mailing address, and other information could be included by eliminating much of the white space that is being allocated to separate information.Doing this allows users to get all information at a glance, making the system more efficient.

Allow Duplicate Contacts in Team Database
For larger teams, we run into a lot of cases where a member of the team adds someone to their contacts, only to see the contact already exists in the team database. Our current workaround is telling the second agent to add the contact to their personal database, but then they can not leverage the team's SmartPlans, create team opportunities, the contact is not visible to the team, etc. We would love to have our agents operate solely out of their team account, but this snag makes it nearly impossible.

Let Campaigns use Smart View List in Contacts Applet
The ability to filter contacts and build smart views within contacts - is a game changer, but not able to use the same filtering to run a campaign is frustrating. Campaigns has significantly better reporting (than smart plans). Why not allow the contact list to be pulled from the already created smart views list in the contact applet for campaigns? I send a single email smart plan to use the smart view list - vs using campaigns, when I could benefit from the reporting in campaigns. Add Merge Fields for Agent Information
When creating SmartPlans under a team account when adding a task or call action add the ability to add agent information merge fields so we can put complete scripts in the task description box. Right now the only merge fields for these actions are contact based.

cannot manually type in the State in the create address
When creating an address for a contact (It was a PO Box) I cannot manually type in the state. I have to search for the state even if I put the correct abbreviation for the state. So annoying!

stagger start
Currently when adding contacts from the Smart Plans applet, it allows you to type in how many maximum contacts per day you want to send it to as a stagger start. When adding contacts from the contact applet, you have to use the arrow button one at a time in order to select how many people you want it to stagger start versus being able to type it in. Hoping we can get this updated. I will teach my agent the work-around is creating a tag in the contacts tab and then adding that tag in the smartplan applet when…

Adding a brand new contact in the contact pop up screen
It would be nice to add a contact while I am already on a contacts page so I don't have to keep clicking on the "back to contacts " tab to back to the contacts list and click "create a new contact". I often come home from networking events and have a stack of business cards and causes extra steps in adding one new contact after another

Down Payment Calculations
In Offers & Commissions, in the Terms & Dates section, it asks for the Sale Price and then it asks for Cash amount. I have to use my phone to calculate based on the % entered on the purchase contract. I'd like to simply enter the % and have it auto-calculate the Cash amount based on the Sale Price.
Conversely, it requests Earnest Percentage (which we don't use). If I enter the Earnest Amount, it will then calculate the Earnest Percentage automatically, which is what I want the Cash field to do!

Update Linked Contacts at One Time
It would be very helpful to have the ability to update "linked" contacts all at once. For example, if I update a contact's address, home anniversary, or conversation notes, it would save time and ensure all linked contacts remain up to date. A prompt or option to "update connected contacts" when clicking save would make the process more efficient and help maintain consistent and accurate information.

Print Mailing Labels from Command
It would be good if we could print our mailing labels directly through command and not have to export them and then print from microsoft word. Way to many steps just to print mailing labels already in Command.
