Adding Interactions: Outcome Details
In Associates Command, adding an Interaction Activity: no can select an outcome compared to CommandMC = you can select the outcome: answered, no answer, left voicemail, etc. Support said this feature is not available in associates Command, only for CommandMC : However, in the standard Command platform used by associates, these specific interaction outcome options are not available. The functionality in CommandMC is tailored for Market Center leadership to manage and track interactions more comprehensively, which may not be mirrored in the associate-facing Command platform.

API Endpoint for Retrieving Contacts in KW Command
Currently, there is no official API access or endpoint for retrieving contacts in KW Command, making it difficult to integrate with third-party automation tools like Zapier. Users must rely on workarounds using Google Sheets and Webhooks, which are inefficient and prone to errors.

Allow 2+ Contacts Per Opportunity
Right now you can only have 2 contacts assigned to any particular opportunity. However with the increase in Polyamourous, multigenerational and Parents helping Kids I would like to be able to attach more than 2 contacts to the opportunity. 3-4 contacts may be a decent amount as anything above that may be rare.

Create a tagging library (similar to SMARTPlan Libary)
We have a lot of great systems we recommend for agents, and how to tag their database.
Could we expand the pre-generated system tags in Command to include things like DTD2, or status tags?
This way, when new agents join, they can automatically tag their database with the appropriate tags.

Create an open house posting/claiming opportunity inside the MC Listings Applet, such that agents can do broadcast messages to their entire MC of agents. This can be controlled as toggled off or on by the local leadership, and the agents in the MC can use the listing feed information to post available open houses and send broadcast messages to their agents inside the office to claim them. This allows for agents to get coverage for their open houses quickly and efficiently.

Task view - only the tasks with a due date
Within team tasks and personal, I'd like the ability to hide any task that does not have a due date. Currently, there is no option to see only tasks that have a due date.

Allow the compliance chat via Command App.
Agents should be able to respond to compliance coordinators using their Command App. This will allow agents to respond quickly while they are busy with their business. Currently they have to sit infront of a computer to respond to these.
