Expansion of HTTP Response Fields for KW Opportunity API
Following our recent investigation into the KW Opportunity API, we have identified several key fields available in the user interface (UI) that are currently missing from the API's HTTP response.
To ensure data parity between the KW platform and our integration, we would like to formally request the addition of the following fields to the Opportunity object response:
Requested Fields:
• Close Date (not Estimated Close Date)
• Contract Date
• Contract Price
• Estimated Commission Rate
• Estimated Commission Amount
• DescriptionWithout these fields, we are unable to accurately sync transaction milestones, which limits the utility of the…

I am creating an initial offer. why do I need a close date? this is an offer, don't I use this to track offers?
does the close date mean I have closed or is this an estimate. I don't want to add a close date because this is just an offer. the close date hasn't been agreed upon yet. I want to enter the offer so I can track the negotiation process.

Customizing Location on Agent Website
Agent Hailee Fliam reported that her website is displaying location information for Lincoln, but she wants it to show Omaha, as her office is based in Omaha while her broker is located in Lincoln. Currently, this information is not customizable because it is pulled from the core data of the agent's profile and defaults to the first associated Market Center.
It was confirmed that the only way to change this information would be for the agent to leave the current Market Center, which is not an ideal solution. A feature request has been suggested to make this information customizable in…

Completion of one task generating another
There should be an option when setting up a task (either in a smartplan or an opportunity) that allows the task to pop up only when another task is completed rather than having them all be date/time based.

Estimated Commission Amount should update when a contract price is entered in the Contract Price
Estimated Commission Amount should update when a contract price is entered in the Contract Price field of the Financial information of an Opportunity. Right now it is only synced to Budget, which is fine for when they are searching, but not useful once the client is UAG. Thank you.

Filter by Home Anniversary Year
Currently the filter will filter by the Day and month of a Home Anniversary. So if you want to look just for home anniversary's of clients who purchased 5 years ago, you won't be able to. As the filter will show all the anniversaries, as they happen every year.

Alert Pop-Up or Prominent Field under/next to Contact Name
Create an Alert Pop-Up text box, or and alert text field under or next to contact name. that would be seen each time a contact is pulled up. This would flag an agent that there is something important to know before reaching out, such as "spouse recently died" or "currently battling cancer", etc. This would also solve the other ideas of "Buyer Bullet Points on Contact Page" and "Do Not Contact" next to client name. Currently there is no way of knowing unless you scroll through notes prior to contacting each client.

Create a tagging library (similar to SMARTPlan Libary)
We have a lot of great systems we recommend for agents, and how to tag their database.
Could we expand the pre-generated system tags in Command to include things like DTD2, or status tags?
This way, when new agents join, they can automatically tag their database with the appropriate tags.

Automatic Horizontal Scrolling When Dragging Opportunities
Currently, when dragging an opportunity to pipeline stages that are not visible on screen, the columns do not automatically shift to bring additional stages into view. It would greatly improve usability if the system could detect when a user is dragging an opportunity toward the edge of the visible pipeline and automatically scroll to reveal additional columns, allowing for a smoother drag-and-drop experience.

Smart Plan email editor to allow us to add a "Design" element (ie-branded signature) to bottom of simple text email
Current Limitation: When creating an email in a Smart Plan, selecting a "Design" (to add a branded signature) automatically overwrites and deletes any body text currently in the editor. There is no way to combine a simple text body with a graphical signature footer.
The Workflow Friction: Currently, agents are forced to build the entire email inside the Designs editor just to include a signature. This is inefficient because:
Data Loss: We lose work if we try to add a signature after typing.
Editing Difficulty: To make small text edits later, we have to launch the full Design Editor rather…

Put the Notes option back on the Homepage.
I used it to post quick links to Opportunity pages, eliminating a couple of steps to get there. It was useful for other quick link capabilities.

command worldwide referral map
I want to use command referral map to choose KW agents worldwide not just US. I am CIPS certified and want to network with our own KW top producing agents and share referrals to better serve our clients.

Button to Replicate Dual Opportunity
When you need to have a dual opportunity - it should just have a button that automatically replicate the opportunity w/o having to manually make it - it is a repetition and time-consuming

User Defined Service Areas in Referrals Profile
Current Issue:
At present, service areas in Command are determined solely by past closings (Rolling 12 months). This creates a major pain point for agents—especially top producers and independent brokerages transitioning to KW—because:It misrepresents service areas – Just because an agent has closed a one-off deal in a certain location doesn’t mean they actively serve that area.
It limits visibility in the Referral Applet – Agents who are new to KW or have past experience in other brokerages cannot showcase their true service areas until they build a closing history within KW. This is frustrating for top agents and…
