Calendly Integration for Opportunities and SmartPlans
When someone creates an event on your calendar using Calendly, here's what I'd like to see happen:
- Contact is instantly synced to Command (without having to use Zapier)
- In the integration settings, agents can select whether or not they get added to opportunities and smart plans based on the type of event
- Once the contact syncs, it's added to the appropriate smart plan and moved to the proper stage in opportunities
- If the meeting is rescheduled, they can be added to another custom smart plan
- If the meeting is cancelled, they can be added to another custom smart plan

Filter by Opportunity Phase/Stage
So we can easy see contacts based on their active status. Being able to filter by if they do or do not have an opportunity attached to them.

Neighborhood Nurtures for Sellers and Buyers
This would be very easy to implement.
I propose that we have 2 different Neighborhood Nurtures, one used to market to Sellers (those who already live in a particular neighborhood) and one used to market to Buyers (those who wish to live in a particular neighborhood). The current Neighborhood Nurure is "Buyer friendly" because the initial information the person sees when clicking on the email is: what is what properties are currently for sale, not the neighborhood stats. If he/she wants to know the neighborhood stats, they must search/find the link in the upper right corner "Neighborhood Stats" and click.

Custom Tag Order in Dropdown
I would love to have the Custom Tags that I make come with the ability to order them the way I would like. So, say a client has three tags...I would like to be able to select to see the tags in the order that I want to see them in...vs. just according to the designated order of when I made an actual tag.

Add Merge Tag for Agent Signature
Problem, when adding an email you always have to manually type in your email signature.
Solution come up with additional Merge Fields like:
{Full.Agent.Signature} - to include their office address

Profit & Loss Statement Report
I would love to have a way to keep track my business expenses and create a Profit/Loss report every month. Since KW Command will be able to track our income based on our 'opportunities', it only makes since to also be able to track our expenses.

WordPress Integration for Agent Sites
WordPress Plugin to add Smarter Agent IDX Listings Search, Map Search and Neighborhood Landing Page to any WordPress website. (For Smarter Agent to feed to Command from any KW Agent or Market Center website or Blog)
The plugin would include a Quick Search Widget, Featured Listings Widget, Open House Widget and a Landing Page Widget. In addition, a custom search manager to create custom searches for landing pages and neighborhood pages. Lastly, the ability to insert scrolling listings and listing grids in landing pages and neighborhood pages created as blog posts or pages.

Report for Neighborhood Nurture Engagement
I would love see who is engaging in a bi-monthly or monthly neighborhood search so we can follow up. Perhaps a notification of contacts who open the smart plan and are looking at listings. Or a way to filter these contacts. We seem to be good at sending them out but the follow up and metrics to these systems seem to be lacking.

Verify a Lead's Phone Number and Email Address
??RECOMMENDATION for KW Command Programmers...When the lead completes the form to view our FB and IG Ads, could a verification text with a code be created and they enter the code before they are actually added as a Lead?Something to keep the fake leads from coming in.

View Full Checklist Template for Opportunities
Being able to look at a full list of the checklist items for all stages/phases of an opportunity would be very helpful. Quick access to the full list is helpful to see how we want to edit the opportunity process in its entirety, maybe moving things to an earlier stage/phase.

If/Then Functions for Opportunity Task Checklists
For checklists, I would like to set up "If-then" scenarios where if a box is checked then another checklist appears. In other words, make a checklist item a question and then based on the answer, have different checklists populate that apply to that answer. For example, Checklist Question: Inspection Results; Answers: a) Satisfactory, deal moving forward; b) Unsatisfactory, Repairs Needed; c) Dissatisfied, withdrawal from deal
IF inspection is checked as "Dissatisfied", THEN another checklist for Mutual Releases/Withdrawal from Transaction is added. IF inspection is Unsatisfactory and requires repairs to move forward, another checklist item displays for adding an addendum, etc.…

Notification for Multiple Opportunities Created for One Contact
Issue: many agents create multiple Opportunities for the same contact/transaction because they do not remember making one OR they do not know how to find the one they already made.
Solution: allow for a modal to pop up when an agent begins to create an additional Opportunity for a contact using the linked contact as the trigger.
Example: an agent creates an Opportunity for Mr. Buyer. Later the agent forgets that an Opportunity is already made for Mr. Buyer and begins to make a second one. Once "Mr. Buyer" is linked in the Create Opportunity screen a modal pops up…

Select "Default" Version of Checklist Versions
Inside of Command Opportunties, agents are able to create a new version of an under contract folder. Many agents use this for a backup offer, but are currently unable to set the new folder to default as open if they need to start using that other folder. This has led to agent's uploading docs to the wrong version or downloading the wrong documents. Either being able to select which version will default open, or even having it remember which folder was open last would be a helpful feature.
